We took on the task of turning the closet space and plastic wire-wrapped shelves left by our builder into something useful with great hesitation.Our experiences with contractors have not always been the best. With California Closets of Alpharetta, it was.We required not just remodeling the closet spaces in our new home, but rethinking how to turn them into something truly functional. We wanted to redesign four closets and two spaces.Our meetings with Kimberly Evans started us down this road. Her goal was to help us find the best solutions for both the space we needed and the style we hoped for.She was not just interested in selling some closets. She wanted to learn from us how we wanted to use the space as well as how to find the perfect style to match the rest of the house.The combination of Kims visit to our home and the fantastic software that made it possible to visualize exactly what we were talking about . She listened. She thought. And she delivered.Of course, panning is only half the battle. When the day came for installation there were some surprises waiting for us behind the walls of our house. Kim got involved immediately and help guide us to solutions that were more than satisfactory.The installers were completely professional and left our space cleaner than they found it.Another surprise from this project is that our re-organized space has room for almost 30% more stuff than we anticipated. We couldnt be happier and couldnt give a higher recommendation. I was very pleased with what they were able to fit in what I thought was a small closet. The design process was a lot of fun! Took about 8 weeks before the closet shelves/drawers were installed. The installer was great! He was finished in about 4 hours and did an excellent job cleaning up. He didn’t mess up my walls or woodwork in my new house. 3 months later I’m still very happy with my closet!

I purchased a new home and was beyond sad at my master closet. When I called California closets I honestly didnt think they would be able to do much with the space I had. Maddie came out, measured my space and came up with 3 designs for me to pick from based on my wardrobe and needs. I loved all of them and chose one that would organize all my shoes! I love love love my new closet. The day of installation I was so excited to see the vans pull up. The installers where professional and I felt so ecstatic to see them making a space for me. I swear my closet cabinets and drawers are built better than my home. The time they took to get everything right just went above and beyond my expectations. CA Closets built a custom closet shelf system for our master bedroom closet. We went from one shelf around the periphery of the room to many shelves and hanging compartments, along with 2 sets of pull out baskets. We now love our closet!

I had a great experience with California Closets and they followed covid protocols. My husband and I moved into a new house and wanted to do something better than the builder grade wire shelves. They were having a deal where we got 15% off if we did 2 closets so we decided to do our master closet and pantry. We first zoomed with Scott, our design consultant, to discuss our needs and wants. He sent us some ideas and showed us options. Since I wanted to see some things in person, I went to the design center to look around. It was helpful to see things in person. At the end of that appointment, we signed the contract and paid half of the total. A couple weeks later, they people came to install it. We love both the closet and the pantry and will definitely do this on our next house as well. The pricing was actually cheaper than other options we looked at and the quality of CC is so much better. Plus, we had a small problem with a drawer and they made an appointment quickly to come out to fix it. I’ve also had a couple people reach out to me since installation to make sure we are happy with it. All in all, I highly recommend CC, especially our design consultant Scott!

Fantastic designer worked closely with us thru numerous designs until we found exactly what we wanted without breaking the bank. The install team was superb, professional and neat. We are very happy with our fabulous new walk in pantry!

This was the third time we’ve used California Closets. Previously we’ve had our kitchen pantry and master bedroom closet remodeled and installed. This current install was again in our master closet. We were very pleased with the entire process through the installation. We’d definitely use them again.

I had another company in my other living space and was unhappy. I had California Closet in my new apt and what a difference. My construction was so sturdy as compared to the other co. I am waiting for the COVID-19 to be over to use them again. Don’t believe other advertisement, get the best.

Highly recommended!Our experience with California closet exceeded our expectations! We had the pleasure of working with Kimberly in the Alpharetta store. Kimberly made us feel very comfortable right away. She was very patient with us and explained in detail how their whole process works. She asked us several questions and with a few recommendations she help us achieve the perfect closet for us.The whole installation process for our walk in closet took about one week. We were very impressed with our installer Nathan. Nathan was very neat, clean and professional at all times.Like any remodeling project, we had a small hick up. Not only did they correct the issue, the owner contacted me to assure me things would be as expected and they were.We would definitely say California Closets is worth the wait. We still smile every time we go in our closet because its beautiful, exactly what we wanted and the quality is top notch. Outstanding job guys! We would definitely recommend California Closets in Alpharetta 👍
