Wow, wow, wow! That’s what I keep saying while looking at my floors! We had the absolute best experience with Tj and his team. We are renovating our house and had Tj come out and give us a quote for new floors in the whole house. The quote was way less than I was expecting. We had LVP put in main living areas and master and carpet in 2 bedrooms. They also replaced the subfloor in the house too. Our floors feel solid! After accepting the quote they picked a few samples out based on what I had told them I wanted and brought them to our house! Can you say great customer service?! I told Tj our picks and he said he already knew that’s what I would pick lol. They are so wonderful and know what they are doing!The installers are also just as wonderful! They showed up on time and got right to work. They were so incredibly nice. I had to run out a few times while they were working. I came back and one of them handed me the loose change he had found while ripping up the flooring. I couldn’t believe it! A small gesture but not many people would do that. They even brought my kids chalk in when it was raining one morning and carried a bag in for me without me asking while I had a baby in my arms. I just can’t get over how kind they are! That is so hard to find in today’s world. I have bragged on them to anyone who would listen. The experience was beyond all expectations that I had from price, flooring options, and the whole crew. I would give these guys 6 stars if it were possible. They are AWESOME and did a fantastic job on my property as well as gave me a competitive deal. TJ is the man and Clinton went above and beyond by delivering the hardwoods that I purchased from them and the carpet they installed was great quality (product and installation). I had another contractor who installed my hardwoods that I bought from them and he screwed up by using one piece that was much darker than the rest of the pieces, but Clinton came to the rescue again by sending me one of his guys to correct the problem for an affordable fee. I will DEFINITELY be using these guys again for my other properties!Update 02/28/2020: My second time using these guys! I uploaded some photos from another property they installed carpet in. Once again, Clinton and TJ gave SUPREME service. I have recommended them to my agent and will be using them on more properties. Thanks once again, guys!!Update 09/24/2020: Guess whos back? My third time using Dollar Floors and their service keeps getting better and better with each repeat business. Had them take out old flooring (hardwoods and carpet) and install LVP and Carpet. Excellent customer service, excellent install, excellent selection and prices clearly marked on flooring samples! If I could give 10 stars I would! I had two levels of hard wood installed and carpet on my stairs. Clint came by everyday to make sure the work was done properly. Initially I was unsure about what color and type of wood I wanted so after I picked out some colors they brought the sample (plus more 😊)to my house to see what would match best. I finally decided on a style that was total opposite of what I originally thought I wanted. He was so patient and didn’t try to “sell” me a certain product over the other. I had tried the big box companies and they never were upfront with their pricing and had a limited selection but Dollar Floor was different and it was very refreshing to work with a company that was customer friendly.

We shopped tirelessly for hardwood flooring for our home. We either found that the quality of a product was not as we hoped or that the prices were too high. We visited Dollar Floors and Clinton walked us through the different flooring choices. He did not hover or steer us toward the most expensive products. He helped us to find choices within our budget. TJ came out promptly to measure our home and give us a quote. He also helped us to find a product that was a great choice while staying within our budget. The floors were installed and we couldn’t be happier. They are beautiful and very professionally installed. We elected to keep tile in our half bath and it is a smooth transition from that room to the connecting hallway. We are very pleased!

We recently pulled up the carpet in my parents livingroom and are ready to sand and stain the almost 100 yr old hardwood floors that was underneath.  With one exception, the floor vents no worked, so we needed to take them out and fill in with  matching hardwood.We tried the Big Box stores but, no luck, that is unless I wanted to pay $80 for a full bundle of planks.Not willing to give up, I remembered the Dollar Floors store that Ive passed 100 times when turning onto McFarland from Hwy 9. I went in saying, you may not have this, but... The sales person, Clifton, replied, No, but I do have something similar that could maybe work instead.. It was exactly what I needed, except at a 1/2in depth instead of 3/4. Since we were having to build up the subfloor anyway,it was a winner.Not only did Clifton go out of his way to offer an alternative solution, he gave me a great deal on the broken bundle.If I ever need flooring of any kind in the future, Dollar Floors will be my 1st stop.

These guys are awesome to work with and really will work to get you a great deal! Philip never put any pressure on us, but made it so easy to make the right decisions for us. Best of all, the floors look great!

I cant say enough good (and true) things about this store and staff. The manager Clinton is great, the install teams are excellent, the prices are also great and they offered a fair negotiation. The products, OMG, top notch at great prices. I highly recommend the Choice commercial grade LVP Vineyard collect (Wine Barrel) for the farmhouse floor look and lots of dogs! Our salesman Phil was fair honest and genuinely excited about our project for a whole home flooring remodel of a newly bought house. In the end, Phil is like family practically. Also, the Manager Clinton stands behind his products and warranties. We had a nail pop around 6 months after installation and they came out within days and repaired within a few hours no questions asked no charge. The repair guy works hard with great attention to detail to make it right. All in all a great experience and great store that well be happy to include on any future flooring projects.

We used Dollar Floor a few months ago to put down new flooring on our lower level. Clinton and the team did a fantastic job with top notch service. They responded quickly to emails, came to visit us in person bringing some samples and helped us out in the showroom with our final decision. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The pricing was competitive and came with a detailed estimate. They were able to quickly schedule the installation and completed it in less than a day. The crew that came to do the work was extremely professional, carefully moved and replaced furniture and took pride in their work. After they completed the installation they cleaned up inside and outside. Job well done! We would definitely use them again.

The quick review is, Dollar Floors ROCK!! We purchased my mothers 20 year old house this past summer and needed to replace or redo every floor surface. Dollar Floors handled everything which included hard woods (both installing and refinishing), carpeting and vinyl. The hardwoods were done first. When completed we loved them but (unknown to us) there was a slow leak from our kitchen sink which seeped into our new floors causing buckling. Luckily the floors were covered by insurance, but TJ at Dollar Floors, helped us throughout the insurance process, interacting with the adjuster and making sure we received enough to get our floors completely replaced. Both TJ and Clinton helped us in picking everything we needed to get the flooring we wanted. Even though are flooring process seemed to go on forever, Dollar Floors was there for us. They were always available to answer any questions and responded quickly. Oh, and I forgot, Dollar Floors pricing was excellent. We would highly recommend this flooring company!

I am so happy with my new hardwood floors installed by Dollar Floors! Clinton, the manager, was extremely helpful and patient as I agonized over what floor to choose in the beginning, and encouraged me to take several samples home to keep for a few days so I could see how they would look in my setting under various light conditions. Once the decision was made, the install process was quick and painless, and the result is beautiful. The pricing was also more than fair. I already felt like I got a good deal before install, and then, unbeknownst to me, there was a layer of luan and old vinyl left behind by the company that installed our old hardwoods 19 years ago that the Dollar Floors crew had to remove before installing my new floor. They didnt charge me a dime for this extra unexpected work, and they were still able to complete the job in one day. Their customer service is amazing. I will definitely be using them in the future for other projects. I highly recommend Dollar Floors for your flooring needs.

From MY experience this company is friendly and eager to take your money but the product they sell by NEXT FLOOR brand of Canada is very poor quality; do NOT buy that brand. Our expensive floor is less than a year old and it started to show excessive wear in the form of many scratches. We do not have pets and there is only two of us living in our home. After the floor was inspected by the distributor, we find out in the fine print there is NO warranties for any scratches which suprised the heck out of us. I ask Dollar Floor to buy us a bottle of the scratch remover NEXT FLOOR suggested we use and they did even have the courtesy to call me back with an answer. As I told Dollar Floor, my friends and family will never darken their door to buy any more flooring from their retail store. Buyer beware of the flooring made in China and retailers thay do not get back to you.

Our most recent was having Luxury Vinyl Planks installed in 80 percent of our home and new carpet on 2 staircases. It all turned out awesome! Clinton was there through the entire process for us. Beware of this business. Not trustworthy, especially when you don’t go with them for installation. When we purchased floors from them, they mentioned they will take back unused, unopened boxes. When we tried to return such boxes, they refused stating they would only take back if there are 5 or more left unless we would like to pay $75 shipping and restocking fees. Apparently we were misinformed as per the General Manager. Never ever going to recommend this business again.Go to FLOOR & DECOR instead. Excellent service and inventory.

Excellent assistance from Clifford at McFarland location in Alpharetta in picking out the floors. He was knowledgeable, patient and very responsive. They have a lot of choice product wise and their installers did a good job with a tricky situation Cliff helped us make a decision and we were very satisfied with the quality of the installation job Beautiful floors and they’ve been in for months. I have a neighbor who also used them and his floors are beautiful too and he is very happy.

Dollar Floors did an OUTSTANDING job on our floors!! T.J. and his crew installed laminate flooring in 3 rooms downstairs, sanded and stained another 2 rooms on the main floor and carpeted up the stairs and the entire upstairs area. They showed up to work when they said they would be here and they didnt leave a mess behind. It was a pleasure to work with these people. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring needs you may have!

First, TJ is a fabulous sales person. I waited a whole year before acting upon my quote for water resistant laminant, but not the in-store selection. You can find lower quality at other places, but I wanted top of the line at fair price, and i got it! Now, the install. What an amazing team. Knowledgeable, accommodating, respected my opinion and wishes. Moved my furniture with care. But boy, they know their stuff! I cant recommend Dollar Floor more highly. Dollar Floors is wonderful to work with--they carpeted my entire upstairs flawlessly, for a good price and on time! They also installed laundry room vinyl in a special project using hospital flooring--it looks beautiful. They provide great quality, customer service, and most important of all--honesty & ethics. I especially appreciate that TJ is not a fast-talking, slick salesman-type who will try to sell you flooring you dont need. They went the extra mile for me as I wanted a special order of the new Triexta soft carpet--they got exactly what I wanted on time. They know their products & know how to measure & schedule correctly also. All furniture was carefully moved in 4 brs, including heavy antiques & placed back in position. Not an iota of woodwork was damaged anywhere so no retouching was required. This is amazing! I am beyond pleased with the work they did on my home & recommend them without reservation. We heard about Dollar Floors on Focus on Forsyth Facebook page. We got quotes from one of the big box stores, a Floor and Decor and then went to Dollar Floors. I can tell you the experience was great. Chris was very knowledgeable about all the different flooring options. We were replacing 20 plus year old carpet in our whole house. We decided on laminate and scheduled the estimate. The estimator was TJ, he arrived on time and was very professional. He answered every question we had and was very thorough. The next day he emailed me a detailed quote with drawings of every room. The estimate was not the least expensive but was the most professional we received. We scheduled the install for after the holidays. I cannot say enough good things about the installer Jose and his crew. They arrived on time and went right to work. At the end of the night they cleaned up and let the house in great shape. Jose is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. I tried hard to find issues with the install but could not. This is about to be a long review. But if you want the short version: If youre looking for flooring - GO HERE!Let me tell you about the amazing experience I had with Dollar Floors. I just recently purchased a home and the ENTIRE flooring of the home needed to be replaced. This is a 3 story, split level home. I had a lot of ideas of what I wanted, but didnt know where to start. I did bit of Google/Yelp research and found 2 companies I wanted to go with. Dollar Floors and another.I called on the phone to make sure someone was at the shop, and had the pleasure of speaking with Clinton. Clinton was great over the phone and let me know he would be there when I arrived. When I arrived, Clinton was fantastic. He showed me all their flooring options (which is ALOT). They have laminate, vinyl, hardwoods, carpets and tile. Clinton was patient and let me go back and forth with my decisions. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out to measure 11am the following week.The day arrived for measurement and in walks TJ. *cue dramatic music* TJ knows his business. He went through my house and measured my rooms, and drew up floor plans in less than 30 minutes. When it came to picking out what flooring would go where, TJ and I had a difference of opinion. TJ is a hardwoods man... me, myself, I like tile. He disagreed. I almost wanted to quit right then and there. But he was persistent and let me know listen, ill do whatever you want, but im just saying... I thought wed never get along after that. He left and told me hed have an estimate me to by that evening.TJ is a man of his word. That evening by 6pm, I received my detailed estimate. I was shocked at how low the quote was. No way you could do my whole house for this low of an amount! I was sure there was an error. I received the quote from the other company I had chosen and Dollar Floors quote was TWO THOUSAND dollars less! TWO THOUSAND. Of course I was going with them.TJ was the contact for my flooring project. I let him know I wanted the floors done before I actually moved in. He said, it may be an issue with the tile work I wanted done, but he would see what he could do. Would you believe it... not only did he finish the entire home before my move date, he was TWO days ahead of schedule. Everyone who worked on the home did SUCH great work. The hardwoods, tile and carpet are all amazing. TJ said he was gonna get me to love him by the end of my project, and he was right! I LOVE TJ! He was professional, courteous, and always did what he said he would.I AM IN LOVE WITH MY FLOORS. They look amazing. The before and after shows their great work.If youre looking for flooring, go with Dollar Floors!

We just had our fourth floor installed on the main level of our house (over a 20 year period) so have experience working with different companies and products. We worked with TJ on the estimate which also involved an insurance claim due to minor flooding. He was excellent to work with as the insurance company required a very detailed estimate in a specific format. We also opted to go with a higher-end LVP option this time around (HD-CoreTec LVP) and have been thrilled with the floor so far (have had it for 2 months now). The installers did a great job - had the whole job done in two days. This new floor is much more durable than our previous wood floors and we dont have to worry about water and dog damage like before. Appreciated both the product and service experience with Dollar Floors. A true 5-star experience all the way around!
