OK I’m here all the time and get a green tea iced latte with almond milk. Sometimes I get almond milk sometimes I get regular milk and have to come back. Today I ordered the same thing I always get and the drink looked almost white compared to what I normally get as you can see in the pictures. I took a drink of it and it literally taste like it is just milk and no green tea was even put in it. It seems like Every time I order this it is made different. I actually tried to switch it up the other day and get a hot one. The drive-through was busy so I took it and didnt touch it until I got home, But when I opened it there was almost nothing in the cup except for foam. It seems like no matter how I order this drink it is always made incorrectly. It’s very frustrating

This Starbucks is a convenient neighborhood Starbucks and is in walking distance from multiple neighborhoods. Drive-thru and mobile pick up orders are currently available. The mobile pick up station is located outside and offers quick service. It is handicap accessible. They have ample parking. Current hours: Open Monday-Friday 5:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday 6:30 am – 7:00 pm.

When you receive your drink open the lid and make sure they didn’t Fill half your cup with whipped cream.

Love Starbucks, but this locations business hours are crazy. One day they closed at 4:00pm, another day, they were closed at 5:00, even though the sign says 6:00. Yesterday, Monday, they were closed completely.

Staff is friendly and service is pretty quick.

Stores opens and closes randomly, one day you can pick up inside the next you cant. While the employees are great whomever is managing the place needs to be replaced.

I absolutely love the new location! A well-thought-out design even through the pandemic. The Starbucks APP makes it very convenient to grab my coffee on the go! The staff is nice and provids good customer service!

Neat layout. Somewhat clumsy landscaping so confusing to get onto the street. They should have an easier way to exit. Service is good and fast. A lot of light in the cafe making it good for work.

Their new location off of Windward and Union hill is one of the largest and nicest locations in north Atlanta in my opinion! Very modern yet cozy with lots of seating to meet clients and friends. Plus they now have a drive thru (even though the interior is too nice not to go in)... Definitely my new spot!

Either they lost my order or someone grabbed my coffee. It took 25 minutes before I left. They are usually really busy. Each of the other days that Ive been there have been good experiences. Today not so much.

Perfect place for chilling out with hot / cold coffee.. One of the best place to relax in morning with cool breeze at outdoor seating.. I love listening to music on my beats headphones with cold coffee at outdoor seating.

Terrible! You saved me trying to fight with your app in order to send you my complaint! If you had a minus star thats what I would give you. Our group of 3 ladies, sometimes 4, meets at that Starbucks on Windward Pkwy every Wednesday. But no more! We asked for a refill of our overpriced coffee and tea because we were told that you did refills on those 2 drinks as long as we drank it there and just had plain coffee or tea. So we were told to find our app which we did. But we couldnt remember our pass words. So they refused to give us a refill. Such rude service! So embarrassing! We went up there 3 times because first we were told we needed a card. Then we went up to show them the app. And I even had some emails you had sent me on my app. That wasnt enough proof that we had a Starbucks rewards account. So long story short. We wont be visiting any of your establishments any longer. You need to get some better people to work there. And you need to stand behind what you claim to offer!

Its a very busy but very efficient location. I use the app and my order is almost always waiting. Extra hot is always extra hot, etc...very friendly staff, too.

I have ordered the same drink in many places, and its just better here. I dont know why. Try the White Chocolate Mocha with Soy and no Whipped Cream if you have parted ways with milk. Its really good!

Firstly, Location is in good looks and nice ambivalence in outdoor seating .. I like to spend long time during fall sunny days. Maintenance is very nice and fun to spend this place.I keep visiting this place with friends and family.. no bore at all 👍

Ive always enjoyed the atmosphere here and of course the coffee. The staff is great, and the service is fast and courteous. Always enough tablespace to sit back and chill, quiet enough for a meet with friends or study time with the PC.

These are part of the fees that Starbucks charges through Uber eats. Why are you guys charging a small delivery fee? It’s a coffee place where lots of people place high volume small orders each day.

Fast and friendly atmosphere. Sean Spinelli is a really great associate and his professionalism stands out. They close a little early but it’s definitely beneficial for the close.

Terrible service. Was given the wrong muffin after I pointed to it 3 times. The employee would not move to the muffin counter so I could point to what I wanted. I was truly amazed at the laziness of Jayne. She literally just stood 5 feet away as I pointed to the cream cheese pumpkin bread and got home to realize she gave me the muffin instead.

I go here to study a lot with my neighbor and stay for hours on end. The Baristas and the manager are the nicest people and are awesome at making drinks and suggesting new things to try. This is my favorite Starbucks and would definitely recommend it!

The staff was very friendly despite me spilling my entire drink when I got up to leave. They were also nice enough to replace it since Id only had a sip. It was a small gesture that I appreciated tremendously as I was headed to my friends funeral.

Service was quick and easy. I orderd a pumkin spiced latter just to try it for the first time, but it was underwhelming in taste and substance. Not bad! Just a little watered down for me, and pricey.

This Starbucks was literally out of everything I asked for. Then, ordered the Peach Green Tea Lemonade, which Ive ordered many times before, and they did not make it correctly. Tastes horrible. Not going back to this location ever again.

Normally, they get my order right. Its not that difficult to make a mocha cappuccino. However, today they decided to give me BLACK COFFEE... No Cappuccino with steamed milk, No mocha syrup... Just black coffee.. you are telling me I paid $6 for black coffee I could have gotten or $1 at a gas station? Furthermore, their discontinuation of their orange cranberry scones has me livid. They replaced it with an iced, sickly sweet cranberry cake. Disgusting. I called Starbucks to have them refund my money for the $6 coffee, they said where is your receipt? I said, well I can send you an image of the time stamp on the side of the coffee purchased today, No maam, we need proof of your order. I have never been so furious. DONT MESS WITH MY COFFEE.-Signed, your lost client.

They are so rude. First their coffee tastes the worst. Last day I was there I have seen a really bad attitude from them. The lady who was working there was talking to me but at the middle of that she left me and went for taking someone elses order. And no matter how many times I call her, she never answered me. I am not gonna go there anymore. She was sooo rude!

Despite how busy things are, we still received good service on a carload of orders on a rainy day. The iced and hot coffees were so good. There is a supply chain issue causing us to miss out on a few favorites such as hazelnut, but the service with a smile more than made up for it!
