I recently had to contact Gulf States to get a simple plastic knob for my double buck machine. The initial contact the lady was very helpful and they got me the part the next day. The problem was is that it was the wrong part. I called them and was transferred to a gentleman who explained that the factory had sent the wrong part. He then told me that rather than his company have to spend more money shipping me the correct part that I should drill a hole in the knob to make it work. When I complained he laughed at me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I will also recommend that every cleaner in this area do the same

Their customer service is very poor. Accidentally ordered the wrong part because of poor communication and they were no help in offering to pay the shipping label back to them. Not only did I pay shipping for the first order, I would need to pay for the return label and the shipping of the correct part. Without blaming them, they were very defensive from the start and had no consideration. Try cleaner supply first
