I want to thank Surface Providers for all the hard work, superior customer service, exceptional staff, and amazing finished install. This is very late I know but well life gets in the way. Last year SP installed our new quartzite countertops. We had already chosen our quartzite from another provider and they were willing to use that one for the install. After the install, there was a strange dark stain surrounding the cut around our kitchen sink. Lise and Phil stepped up and went above and beyond to try and correct the issue with MANY tries to get rid of the stain. After several attempts, they replaced the ENTIRE counter with a new cut and install. And then in the end with all the frustrations they gave us a credit back on our backsplash tiles! Lise and Phil along with their project teams are very easy to work with, accommodating, and excellent with communications on updates and responses. I HIGHLY recommend Surface Providers to anyone needing new countertops and/or backsplash installs. Also, they have a very skilled and experienced contractor that does all the prep work, installed under cabinet lighting, and installed the backsplash. Thank you Surface Providers for everything you did for us.

I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service I received from Surface Providers. I had a small job in a high rise condo, which was not easy to deal with, yet they made the whole process very easy. The installation experience was excellent and the counters are beautiful!

This was my first time with Surface Providers and all I have to say is WOW! I have been looking at several places for a countertop for our newly renovated laundry room and on a friends recommendation I called Surface Providers. I was not disappointed. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. Plus they have so much inventory to look at. I am so happy with my experience there that I will be coming back when we renovate our kitchen. I may have to move it up on the honey to do list. The photo doesnt even do it justice. There are sparkles in the countertop that the camera didnt pick up but trust me its beautiful.

Surface Providers has more stone choices than anyone else in the area. They have beautiful, unique pieces that I did not see anywhere else. I was looking for some remnant pieces for two small bathrooms as well as a slab for a bigger project. Lise quickly got a sense of my style and took me to pieces she thought I would like. This was a huge time saver and kept me from getting overwhelmed by all the options. I also really liked that they can do a template so you know what it will look like once its in your space. Lots of options with personal service makes them an outstanding surface provider!

Surface Providers is absolutely the best. We have worked with the previous company Premier and Lise has always exceeded our expectations. In total, Lise has been involved in a total of 5 jobs now. I used surface providers to redo my kitchen counters. I was helped by Lise in sales and she is absolutely amazing. She was super patient and was able to answer all of my questions for me. She allowed me to look at the quartz as long as I needed and was available even after I had left to answer questions. It took no time for them to get to my house and measure, and shortly after they installed. Nathan and Joquain installed it and did an amazing job. They were super awesome as well. I visited with Surface Providers to get a quote after delaying my kitchen counter project from earlier in 2020 (gee...I wonder why?)I was put in contact with Lise and she immediately understood what I was trying to achieve with the look of my kitchen rehab.From selecting the quartz counter slab, to communicating a formal quote, to measurement, and then (a short 2 weeks later) a flawless demo and installation...the process could not have gone any smoother.One of the big challenges was to limit any demo damage to the existing backsplash tile and cabinets I had that were going to remain in place and there was none! The install crew was meticulously careful on demo and it showed yet Lise was ready with a rec for tile repair if needed.😊I recommend working with Surface Providers for any counter top needs in your home!
