Dennis treated us to a tour of the facility where we saw first hand how these special doors are created by talented craftsmen. Do not overlook the talent and experience it takes to measure the opening for a custom door. This important step in the process affects the end result. The installation process was also top notch and the transformation is incredible. Our new tall double-entry doors are beautiful and elevate the look of our home. We could not be more pleased.

From start to finish we had great customer service from Masterpiece Doors. Shelia sent us pictures from the showroom in Georgia and finished product photos before packing and the crates when ready for shipping. Everything arrived in excellent shape and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the doors especially since we live in the upper Midwest where temperatures fluctuate greatly between winter and summer.

Masterpiece Doors and Shutters is absolutely amazing!! I was having a lot of trouble finding doors for an indoor room in my home to be an office. I contacted several door installation companies, but none of them wanted to take on the task of installing doors inside of a home. I then called and spoke with Masterpiece Doors and Shutters and they never thought twice about it. The team was amazing to work with. They really helped guide me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I’ve had the doors and sidelites for over a month now and the doors and sidelites are a work of Art. They are amazing!! They are without a doubt the highest quality and workmanship. General contractor looking at a slider for a customer found 2/3 lite slider thru local Home Depot. After checking with a local store found the door was online sales only and store could not help with sale. Called for pricing Home Depot internet sales. Door showed for just under 1500.00 then Spoke with HD rep no door starts at 900.00 for base door then you can add options, (screen, mini blinds, per door) added mini blinds jumped to 2000.00. Okay what is going on, after further research door starts at 1500.00, blinds takes it 2000.00. Home Depot sales rep showed lack product knowledge, no customer service, she did not listen to customer wants and keep asking questions repeatedlly then got short with me. She stated I didnt have to shout I told her she needs to listen, if I was shouting she could hear me without being on the phone. Would not recommended purchasing doors this way..

George did an excellent job helping me with my front double door and transom project. He was very responsive step by step and everything turned out better than I can emagine...... Great Job.

The service and craftsmanship of masterpiece doors is superior. My husband and I were building our new home and wanted to make our doors in the home one of a kind. The doors turned out even more beautiful than expected and the installation was seamless. I could not be happier with our new doors, we constantly receive compliments when we have guests over. Highly recommend!!

I inquired about a postion with this company. I feel as a jobseeker its up to the applicant to decide if a location is up to that individual. Also if applicant already workin that area. And hiring mgrs need to be focused on your skills. I will never apply with them again or refer there business.

A great, stress free, and professional experience from the early stages of design and concept to the actual installation. They were easy to communicate with and easy to reach all along the way. I have had very bad experiences in the past with previous homes when installing but this time was drastically different. I would (and will) use them again for my next projects. Thanks Masterpiece!

We ordered double doors and shutters for our house, spent about $6k. Great product. Referred our neighbors who also bought a double door. However, we recently added an addition and needed one shutter to match. They cant produce one shutter to match! We ended up having to get shutters we dont need to reach their minimum spend purchase of $1,500 to get our one shutter to match! Our rep seemed as if she could really care less. We even asked if we could just wait until someone else ordered the same shutters and wed just add onto their order? Nooo, we cant do that. While most people wont ever add an addition, what if one was damaged? Its just ridiculous to spend that kind of money and be held hostage for more money later. Im stuck, dont put yourself in that position.

Cant say enough about the doors and service we received from Masterpiece Doors and Shutters. It means a lot to have a family owned business that builds such quality products and also provides some of the best service around. The process from beginning to finish was great. We are customers for life!!
