I called to discussed with Bryan about two brands of high end head phones. I told him I wanted to hear the difference. He says he has them . I arrive and he tells me he doesnt have the one brand after all, to listen for comparison. But he assures me that listening to a lower end headphone from the same company will be just as good. Wrong answer! He wasted my time and proved his knowledge was not quality. Let alone the poor customer service of saying he had what he did not. Lame ! Lame! Lame!
