He is so friendly to work with and provides great results! I had about 20-25 shirts I needed embroidered with company logos. He worked with me and went through each shirt to make sure the right logo was on the correct shirt. Only took about 3-4 days for that many shirts and they look great!

Ive been taking my childrens private school shirts here for the last four years to get the school symbol embroidered on their uniforms. Its so much less money than buying from Lands End. They are always prompt and perfect!

Very unprofessional and rude! I will not recommend anyone to use his services unless you like being ripped off!

Sal (The Owner) was very professional and polite. He did a great job on my shirts and hat. He is also super busy so that should tell you something about the quality he puts out and still received my 3 shirts and hat at a very reasonable time. I would highly recommend him to anyone and Ill definitely be a return costumer. He also has tons of products to sell that can be embroidered at reasonable prices.

Love coming here. You can bring your own stuff even though he has plenty to choose from. We’ve had jackets and hats embroider at a fair price. We’ve also gotten a monogrammed front license plate. Great work!

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They don’t deserve your business!!!!!!! The male owner told me to leave because I asked for a proof of the graphic prior to putting it on a $250 shirt but he was OFFENDED saying “don’t you trust my work!?!? I don’t need your business then” and freaked out. Wife was too scared of him to say anything and apologized.

Extremely disappointed with this company. This is the second time I have an issue with them and will not be returning for further embroidery needs. The first issue was when I asked for the name of the company I work for to be placed on the right front pocket, and my name on the other side. This got flipped on three different tops - did not match any of the other tops my coworkers wear. They refused to fix it. I figured it could have been an honest mistake, so I tried to use them again. Last week I asked for a very specific embroidery on an extremely expensive jacket, went to pick it up today and they added a logo that was not asked for.. the logo could not be removed AND they refused to refund my money. Now the jacket is ruined and I lost $14 for an embroidery that I didn’t want. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend working with this company at all.

We had a large order of Santa hats that needed to be personalized with names on them last minute (2 days before Christmas) and this was the only business able to do the job at a reasonable price. The hats look great and they were ready by the time given. I received great service from beginning to end. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Im a nursing student and needed some embroidery done on two scrub tops. The website says same day service, but it took three days to complete. I was very pleased with the final product.

I have used Stitch by Stitch as far back as 2008. They have done exceptional work for me. My only issue is like what others said about pricing. It could vary at times. But for the most part, the price isnt too bad considering the convenience. From shirts, baby stuff, tree skirt...they have done a great job for me. The customer service & turnaround time have also very good. I would recommend them.

Tried to call several times and no one answered phone, I figured it was just because they were busy with back to school stuff. I drive all the way down and get there and I am told they are not taking any orders because of a family emergency....and they won’t be back until August 4th. I get that stuff comes up but if you have a business you need to handle informing customers better before they waste their time. Like put a recording on your phone!

Really impressed with the staff and professionalism. They did such a great job on my monogramming and made me feel special while doing so. It was fast and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience. I needed something quickly for my Son, and they digitized the file and cranked it out the same day, while I waited. Quality was awesome, but more importantly they were willing to help, pleasant and eager to get what I very much needed; done. - Thank you so much!

This printer/owner ruined 5 BRAND NEW t-shirts & 1 hoodie! He had NO IDEA how to setup my file for printing even though the art was print ready. When I asked why didnt he know, he replied he was not a graphic artist and would need to send my file to someone else for help. Because I was in rush, he decided to run the job himself. A BIG mistake. He didnt print the white lettering from my design (it was left blank) and the bumblebee yellow color was printed a dark mustard. To add injury to insult he REFUSED to refund me for the work, so the effort was a 100% loss. UNACCEPTABLE for a business owner offering a service he doesnt fully understand how to deliver. Be warned.

Absolutely fantastic place for Monograms! I’ve been coming here since I found out I was pregnant and they have been very patient and helpful with all my ideas... so far I’ve come here about eight times already and have been very satisfied with every purchase.

He seems to be very busy to answer my phone, but still he kept asking what questions I have. Sounds like he is very working hard and runs his own business well. Sometimes I ask the same questions over and over because I am not native here, but he listens well and answered my all questions. Thank you, sir~! Tomorrow I will visit your shop~!!!

I referred here by another store and I can tell you I had a great customer experience. They were friendly, helpful and choose the right Lettering and colors for my custom Nike Backpack that I needed done. They had them done within 2 hours. At pick up, I decided to add more lettering to the bags and they were more than happy to assist me and even did it within 1 hour (at Christmas time). So, for people providing the review, that say they were rude to them, give them another try. Their work speaks volumes and remember whatever attitude you give to them, 99.9% you will get the same back. Thank you so much for making my experience a GREAT one and I will be back to get my YETI Coffee cup done! :) :) :)

I am so happy that this is so close to me at North Point! I have had a shirt, beach hat, bathing suit, and bath robe monogrammed at their kiosk, and all are perfect! I also just purchased a custom monogrammed Iphone case from them, and the worker went above and beyond what was required to make sure I had the best design and case. Theyre prices are fair and they are very friendly to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

The owner is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Stay away from this place. My wife came back from the mall and said she was watching how he treated one of his employees (female); then he refused to do an embroidery she needed, saying ‘she was not nice to him’, she was agreeing to the cost of his service. He seems to be Arab. We do not have a problem with immigrants, as a matter of fact our family is multi cultural but he treats women without respect. If you want to avoid having a bad time, please don’t give your business to him. He doesn’t deserve it.

Terrible. Rude. The manager has zero desire to have your business, and does not appreciate customers. Prices change depending on who you talk to and when. Monogram stitching was thin and poor quality. I found another lady that does it out of her basement, and does great work for half the price of this place. Do your research and find ANY place other than this business.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLEThey messed-up my order despite writing it down and having me sign for approval. But to add insult to injury, they offered me $30 back when I paid $110 for service/goods. The other option was the refund the order and pay for my items. However, I explained that my items are no longer available for repurchase. So I can not buy them to be re-embroidered. 😡😡😡They would not give any other offer not refund the total amount of the service for wrong job and half done service.Now after seeing my review the owner refuses to conduct business with me. By far the rudest most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. Their products are extremely cheap and inferior in makeup and the service is well below any acceptable standard of minimal customer service. In short I would suggest no one with hopes of quality product utilize this business as they are the single worse business I have ever interacted with in Alpharetta GA.

They did some fantastic custom work for my Golf bag. It was well worth the investment and Ill certainly be returning to them for future embroidery work.

This place is the worst, I didnt like the font I saw so I asked did he had any more that I can see, his response was yes I have hundreds. I asked may I see a few more, he said NO. WOW, so Ill just take my MONEY somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever!

The owners are very friendly, patient, and amazing people. They’ve been working on my project for almost a year now and they’ve given me the best quality pieces. Print or embroider pieces come just perfectly how I drew them on papers. Every pieces of the work that they do, they never disappointed me. They are very honest and will tell you up front if it will work or not. They’re very professionally skilled; very hard working owners; and very trustworthy.
