This location is right next to whole food at Avalon. I’ve love in this area for almost 5 years now and didn’t know this place existed. Hubby and I always go to perimeter location if we needed shoes crates or home goods. Staffs here are super friendly and helpful with my needs. Until next time!!! Peace

They have a wide variety or products to fit many needs and a lot of innovative items to solve various household issues. Generally if an issue Im having is remotely storage related I can find a solution here. Also, the staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. My only issue is that they often only have one or two of an item I need multiple of and sometimes dont have an item all together and it seems to take a bit to restock. Overall I recommend this place.

Cant say enough about the staff at this store! The manager, Ryan, went out of his way to assist me with a product (with original assistance by wonderful sales reps, Dawn, and then Sabine???). Truly, Ive dealt with a lot of Container Stores, but this store went the extra mile to accommodate my request. Two thumbs up for sure!! The BEST customer service...

This is my happy place. I didn’t want to go because I was afraid it would be too expensive. Sure there are some highish prices but most of the items are reasonably priced. There are some interesting items here and the store is well organized and well lit. The staff members are nice too. I went on a busy Saturday but I was able to social distance and use plenty of hand sanitizer. Love the items I brought home and now my place is way more organized!

Jenn was absolutely amazing. She designed two beautiful closets. She is very knowledgeable and a delight.

This was the first time visit. First impression. Darn is it expansive here. Some of it 3x over Home Depot or Amazon. But you can find things that I have never found anywhere else.

Jenn Amos is an absolute rock star! Really, all the staff at this location have been super helpful as we settle in to our new home. Jenn recently designed an Elfa closet system for our master closet and I couldnt been more pleased with the way it turned out. Just as any other creative design process, it took a few iterations before getting it just right but she was so patient throughout the entire experience. It turned out so nicely that Im already looking at other areas that could use a similar solution. Thanks Container Store team! Im sure Ill see you again soon.

The staff is amazing. Bonita checked me out and was so nice and helpful. Another lady in there helped me out as well. They don’t hound you and let you look without watching over you, but are there when you need help. Great environment. Definitely recommend this location.

Great place to shop for all your various containers. I travel a lot and its the go to place for leak proof 3oz or less containers. The prices are good for most things.

Customer service given by “dezzy” in the custom closet section was not good. This was my first time coming to this location and my second time ever visiting a container store and I’m not pleased. This visit I spent over $1,000....the least she could have did was be kind to me and be patient while I make my CUSTOM closet decisions. She didn’t seem chipper when she first greeted me either.Update: They also double charged my account. Oppps. Let me donate a half hour of my time getting this second charge removed :)

Love this store and all the products they offer. The store needs to reconsider how they restock the product during selling hours. As a customer, it is really a challenge to shop while they are stocking shelves. On these days, it is not a good shopping experience. The aisles are blocked and difficult to navigate.

There were a lot of useful things here. The line was long for a Saturday, but I was happy it moved quickly.

Organization selection is great and priced for everyone’s budget.

I decided to reorganize my master closet with Elfa from TCS. So glad I did. Its amazing. I love how easy it is to install and all the fun accessories. I especially like the gliding pant rack and valet rod! Included my picture of before and after! Theres so many more useful products at this store!!

I knew only the freaks at TCS could help me with my very specific storage need. I told Alison what I had in mind and after looking over a few conventional products and even opening a packaged product to see if it would work for me, she came up with a creative alternative that was perfect for me. Its obvious she knows every product in that store (and there must be thousands). She got me signed up for their rewards program and I instantly got 15% off my next purchase.

For Christmas my girlfriend wanted one thing from me - a trip to the Container Store. She loves containers more than anybody I know, and she hadnt ever been. So, I took her for the very first time recently and she was absolutely blown away.The Container store is a paradise of containers, for every room in the house and beyond. Need closet space back? They have a tool for that. Need to organize those pesky garage tools? Look no further! I couldnt walk 15-feet without finding a container that I couldnt have imagined!If you are looking to decorate a home with fashion and maximum storage capacity, the Container store will no doubt have the product you are looking for. Visit, and find capacity!

Customer service was great! Plenty of parking. Great location tucked away from the Avalon crowd. Great sale prices but items not on sale are pretty pricey but I expected that. Store was neat, clean and stocked with lots of neat things.

Dont like being followed around. If youre going to do so then grab a cart and your credit card and lets do this! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

This place is amazing! All the organizing things youre looking for and probably some you didnt even know you needed! The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it didnt offer much in popular colors, most items were white or neutral. I still managed to find plenty though!

My wife and I love shopping at The Container Store at this location. The staff are always helpful. My wife and I had many questions about the design of our closets, office, garage....the staff was very friendly and helpful and did not pressure us into buying anything. I love the Container and this location is super convenient! Staff, as always, are friendly and helpful. Ive bought many things here and never had a bad experience. When picking up a few shelves, the cash wrap always give screws as needed so that youre all set with organizing whatever you desire!

One man can make or break customers experience and review. In this store, a guy name Jon was that man. His short temper, short answers and not wanting to actually help or hear a customer, making assumptions about what was said to him, poor customer service was way too obvious for me and another customer and I’ll be happy to take my business to the other locations. First time trying out this location and he doesn’t realize that I’m paying his hourly rate with my shopping. I rather spend my money at the container store in buckhead. $1.00 - $10,000.

Store is great for window shopping and ideas. The place is very organized and friendly, with high prices to match. I notated what I found interesting and then found similar items for half price elsewhere.

Clean, well lit, just what I expected. We got our items and checked out. A quick trip that day.

This store is my happy place!!! I love organizing. I have lived in many many places and the Elfa closet organizers, although more expensive than some options, are by far the absolute best closet organizers I have ever had. I recently moved into a 986 sq ft condo and put these into all my closets! It has helped me utilize my space so well!!! I am adding the Elfa closet system into my laundry room as well!They also having amazing containers! I spend extra on their storage containers that I put in my storage unit because I have had great luck. My storage facility had a big leak a few years ago and everything in my containers was perfect!They also have great food storage containers. I have an older refrigerator and the storage is terrible I picked up some organizations options from the store and it makes it so much more efficient!Lastly I added Elfa drawer system to my pantry!My parents are moving into a new home and order all Elfa closet set ups.

I tried to shop at this location today but they are requiring face masks. I decided I would rather shop and support stores that are more customer friendly.

This place is great!!! The closet specialists met with us and told us all the options we had for different sized closets. They were incredibly helpful and told us how to set everything up.

I go to this store often. The staff is very friendly, but there are rarely sales and the products are very overpriced. However, recently I went in because they were having a 30% off sale for closets. I went to the closet section and looked around. No one offered to help me even though a sale lady was just hanging out at her desk texting. I finally asked for help and she showed me some things. I said GREAT, I want to have my closet measured. She took my info and said someone would call. 5 days later I called back and said HEY, I was KINDA expecting a phone call by now. The lady looked up my info and it was wrong. Not a big deal. It happens. They had one number in my phone number wrong. We all make mistakes. The lady apologized and re-entered my info and said I would get a call right away. WELL HERE WE ARE..... another 48 hours and no phone call. BTW- the sale ends in a few days, so I wont be getting my 30% off, which is a BIG DEAL when I was budgeting thousands of dollars. I am taking my money elsewhere. Move on yall....

Really great staff, small luggage, random knick-knacks, kitchen containers, and cleaning supplies, so 3, may be 3.5, stars. Everything else just seems to be wobbly plastic, and cheaply made for the price point. It isnt TERRIBLE quality, but a bunch of bent plastic bens with wobbly legs and poorly done metal shelves for their price is a little beyond me. There are others that have better options (in terms of price for what you receive) for small consolidating in closets and bathrooms. Personal opinion, I like the store, just not the quality of the shelving and bins for the price.

Surprised to find a large home office section next to the closet storage section, and a staff member readily offered up workspace solutions, like using a wheeled closet storage bin that had sliding tray drawers big enough for 11 x 17 paper reams, that would fit a large printer or flatbed scanner on top.

Whats not to like... some prices are a little high on items you can find a Walmart, like 10.00 for a bottle brush. But you wont find a greater selection to organise everything and every room in your home, office, dorm room, garage, wherever! Great and helpful staff

Wasnt sure what to expect of this store, saw it in passing. Glad we stopped in, a lot of great stuff that you can use for your home, projects, or even gifts!

They try their best to satisfy their customers. I asked for unordinary procedures (shipping to home for an order under 75) and they still offered to try. I changed my mind and shipped to the store. Darrel and Adrian provided the best service. Exactly how associates should interact with customers. Dont know if I spelled their names right.

Awesome inventory and service. Inexcusable check out. Literrally 35 min and counting just to check out, and there was 0 line. Ordered one clothing rack, 3 chairs, and 15 bins.
