Hard to compete with big box stores and so I give them alot of credit. These guys had a better selection and had the metric bolt needed that Orange didnt. Wish I had more time to browse. Super nice and helpful staff.

Edit: I returned the original set today with no issues and bought something else that is great. Everyone was very accommodating.The people there are really nice and helpful and I picked out a cute but inexpensive patio set.I figured it would be easy to assemble at home. I assemble stuff from IKEA all the time and its fine..And if I wanted it assembled there I had to leave it. But the pieces just dont fit together. I had someone helping me and they just dont go together at all. Im going to pay someone to see if they can put it together and if they cant then I guess Ill return it. Im pretty disappointed in the product. By the time I called them to talk it was about 3 minutes after closing.

What an incredible store! Spend some time looking around, and do not rush in and out. Incredible selection of things for home, yard, and Patio.

Employees here are always super helpful. They have such a variety of unique items - things you sometimes just dont expect to find in a hardware store! I just spend so much time enjoying browsing through the store - especially in the summer months for outdoor items. Everything from typical hardware store items to Yeti, Corksicle, patio furniture, Adirondack chairs, melamine serve ware, dog toys, decor and soooo much more!

This place has almost everything you could need for your deck. From furniture to Green Eggs to bird feeders and food, they have it covered. Their prices are competitive and the staff is friendly. They also do repairs for broken glass (such as picture frames), window/door screens, etc. Oh, any they sharpen everything from chainsaws to knives. Its really a one stop shop for backyard life.

I have been in here a few times because I always want to give a store multiple chances. Ive had other hardware stores give better customer service on their busiest days then these guys did on their slowest.Ive had 4 associates (including management) ignore me as I try to locate something throughout the aisles. When I did ask, one said it was over there either 3 or 4 aisles over in the middle. He turned and walked away. Ive had a cashier say nothing as I checked out.I think some of these reviews are from bots or fake accounts.

Visit Urban Hardware once and you will never want to return to either of the giant big-name hardware chains ever again. Although the selection might not be quite as extensive as what you can find at a corporate store, they still have a wide variety in every department. The exceptional customer service provided by the UH team is what really sets them apart from the competition. You dont ever have to hunt someone down to ask a question because at every turn there is a helpful and friendly employee offering assistance. Added bonus: the store is well-lit, clean and organized. Double bonus: UH is locally owned!

Love this store. Much more of a hardware store then the HD or Lowes. They have a lot of harder to find stuff. Nicely clean and organized.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Urban Hardware! They have ANY & EVERYTHING! Not just Hardware, but lovely HOME DECOR finds... Christmas Decorations. UNIQUE gifts, and a wide assortment of BEAUTIFUL plants! The staff is VERY HELPFUL. Ana and Mike are always so pleasant. You will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous home hardware store. It’s sparkling and new, and the selection is top notch. Bigger than Ace but not quite as extensive as Lowes. Folks were great and the quality and selection were pretty much all you could need. They helped me out to the car, too! The cashier noticed that my goods rang up $1 over, and updated the price without hesitation. Good peeps.

I go to this store on a regular basis over Lowes and Home Depot. There is personal service, good products and no big crowds. The staff is friendly and makes it point to acknowledge you, and even remember if you have shopped there before. True, their prices are not the same as Lowes and Home Depot, but I am sick of the rude and uncaring employees at the big box stores. I would rather spend more and feel respected than feel like cattle like at do at the other stores.

Best selection of any Ace Hardware i have ever been to. Their collection of Carhartt clothing is amazing!

A bit pricey but if you need it now, this is the spot. The guy who started the store worked at Home Depot before creating urban hardware, in my opinion it has the best selection of products compared to big box retailers

They have a great outdoor and garden section. Staff are always available and knowledgeable for questions. Definitely prefer going here when I need something for a home improvement project.

Many of the employees here DO NOT WEAR MASKS and openly mock people seeking to be socially distant. My husband and I have visited this store on four separate occasions and have had issues each time with employees not wearing masks, pulling them down and stepping close, and saying loudly that “masks are just for show”. I really loved this shop prior to the pandemic, but I cannot justify spending money here with these irresponsible practices occurring. Be warned- if you or a loved one is at risk, AVOID THIS STORE!

Great place for ideas, however the prices on average items is much higher than other hardware stores making it difficult to consider using Urban Hardware as a go-to for typical HD or Lowes trip items. Very clean store and friendly staff, just very high prices.

First time customer, but fell in love with the store. Very clean and organized, and they have a variety of beautiful items, sort of a combination of home depot and hobby lobby. Love it!!

First time visiting today and it was a good experience. Large store with nice selection of hardware as well as outdoor furniture, lawn and garden and much more. Ill be back for sure! By the way the store Manager, Carol, was very nice and helpful.

I don’t disagree with all the great reviews regarding Urban Hardware...that is during normal times. But this is not normal times. I’ve shopped there twice within the last two days and very disturbed that I did not see a single employee wearing a mask. I work on the front line in healthcare and come in contact with COVID 19 positive patients every single day. It’s for real!!! It greatly angers me to see a business that doesn’t require their employees to wear a mask. I asked the cashier why she wasn’t wearing a mask and she stated that she was just tired of wearing masks. Being tired of wearing masks won’t make the virus or the risk go away. It’s grossly irresponsible for a place of business to not require their employees to wear mask. It puts the individual and their customers at risk. It’s a reckless and inconsiderate way to run a business. It’s unacceptable to be playing Russian Roulette with your customers. Please conform to the safety guidelines issued by the CDC and other medical experts.

Wow.Urban Hardware is my new favorite hardware, decor, grilling, gardening, home needs store. Everyone there was exceptionally nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Colby in hardware was an incredible help and knew everything about all their products and offerings. They made a lifetime customer today!

This store is awesome! The selections and service is impeccable. The four gentleman that opened up the store came from a larger corporate hardware store and know exactly what theyre doing. This should be your new go to place for your indoor and outdoor needs.

Very nice store, but dont go here an hour before they close since the employees are only focused on closing tasks. I browsed the store for a bit and wanted to go see the selection of outdoor plants they have. Get out there and its all locked up (at 7:30). They dont close until 8. I asked an employee if I could look at the plants and was rudely told that they lock the plants up at 7:30 typically. Poor customer service. I was really excited to pot some plants tonight! Oh well.

I decided to give this place a try this morning, since its the closest hardware store to my house. I waited till 8am instead of going to Home Depot or Lowes at 6am. I went to go in and all the doors were closed and the employees were outside not able to get in. I guess the only person who could open the doors decided not to show up. What a waste of my time.

Great new hardware store like an upscale Ace. Friendly and helpful staff much more easily accessed than Lowes/HD where I can only find help when I dont need it. When I was in recently, they were actually lowering prices on some items to match Loews/HD! UH is like comparing a community bank where you know the people to a big regional bank.Suggestions:1. install a search window on your website2. keep some carts available inside the store. I often go to a store intending to buy one thing, and end up buying several items and need a cart.
