Im disappointed. About 6 years ago I went there and talked to the guy and said what I wanted, and was able to look through a few catalogs, get the chandelier ordered, and receive it promptly. I was very happy. Recently I called and emailed and havent gotten a response to either.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered some lighting accessories from this retailer a month ago. I have yet to receive my order. The company is slow to respond to my emails (I have to email them 2-3 times before I get a response) and I get nothing but excuses on my missing order (Were not sure whats happening or The vendor is not calling back). I would recommend avoiding this merchant.
