Horrible customer service! I called 4 times, left emails and still have not heard back (its been over a month). I need to purchase (not price) 10 crates. Business must be great not to have to call customers back.

No customer service. Tried to get quote and buy racking locally. Called at least 8 times and left messages, spoke to people who said that sales rep would call them, and even went by the office to see that people worked there. Still no response. Had to order from out of state.
