The customer service was over the top. Sydney was most helpful, took plenty of time explaining everything. Made sure i felt comfortable with my inserts, that i understood how they should be used.As far as the inserts go, they are not going to magically fix anything right away. It does take a little while for your body to adjust. Ive waited a bit to write my review, so i have given them time. They are wonderful. I broke both my knee caps 23 years ago and have terrible arthritis in both knees. These have helped with my pain. At the end of a long day on my feet, Im no longer miserable. They have also helped with go pain i had from walking, favoring one side note than the other sure to my injury. Im never going to run and jump like the other kids but these inserts have definitely helped my mobility and lessened my pain.Ive got to come back to Sydney because i can not express how impressed i was. I can be a little difficult with asking lots of questions and getting details before making a decision. She stuck with me through it all, Great attitude and more helpful than i could have possibly expected or asked for.

Had a wonderful experiencf well its just too hard to do fountain in here e getting fitted for new orthotics. Very nice young man with lots of experience helped us. I am looking forward to good results.

I dont feel like they were upfront and honest. I asked up front how much it would be and they just kept avoiding the questions. Well 3 hours later me and my wife were shocked it was going to be over $3400.00. I explained that was to expensive and my wife left. They then said they could give me some temporary inserts they rang them up and it was over $400. I went to sign the receipt and realized I couldnt bring them back if they didnt work out. How in the hell I am supposed to spend that kind of money and know for sure they would make me feel better in 15 mins of wearing them. Its a scam. If they truly believed in their products why wouldnt they give a 30 day money back guarantee... Be careful please...

WE DO NOT recommend The Good Feet Store. We were quoted $399 at TGFS (Nortpoint store in Alpharetta GA) for orthotics for dress shoes for my husband, comparable to the cost of the custom orthotics in his tennis shoes. When I went to pay the clerk said total cost was $467.65....nearly $70 more! Clerk explained that the thin smooth cover over the correction was $30 each. Husband only tried on the orthotics with this cover so we naturally assumed it was all one piece. We requested the added $60 be waived....but no, TGFS only offered to split the difference. So we declined to buy their orthotics.The custom orthotics are perfect, fitted by Emory podiatrist, but are slightly wider in the heel than the dress shoes, cost covered by insurance. The custom orthotics can be trimmed but then they might not fit the tennis shoes properly.

The customer service was exceptional! Very patient with me and my mom. Answered all our questions in friendly respectful tones. Allowed us to test walk as many times as necessary. Even recommended a place to eat! The supports are fabulous! Best supports I have ever purchased. Highly recommend this store!

I like the fact that I can make an appointment before coming in. When I did come in I was greeted professionally by Reggie. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was very explicit in his explanation of the process of getting the feet back in proper working order. It was a surprise to me to know that this was not just a “bye, see you later” situation but a lifetime commitment of the Good Feet Store. The peace of mind that Reggie gave me that I can come back at any time and make adjustments was very confident. Staff went through the whole presentation, showing case studies and how there lives were changed forever because of the insoles.I really didn’t need all that because my mind was made up to purchase them way before I decided to go to the store. I’ve had cheaper insoles that did help considerably. Knowing the “good feet” brand were a little more spendy, and using the adage, “you get what you pay for”, my only issue was, how much? There was some sticker shock, but I purchased them anyway. I have to say, it was the best purchase I’ve ever made. My pain and stiffness is gone.

Wow!...explains everything!! I have been putting off making an appointment for some time (you know...fear of the unknown), but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while! I didn’t know what to expect scheduling an appointment for insoles, sounded overkill. It was a long process, but Bobbie explained why my feet hurt and how the support could help.Bobbie asked how long I’ve had foot pain?When I told her a year, it was the first time someone understood my pain. She reacted in a sincere and concerned way.I thought I was going to have to start a new career.After we talked I didn’t care if it cost $1000. I was sold.We totaled everything and it was expensive.I couldn’t work a four hour shift on my feet without extreme pain through the night and into the next day. I’ve bought every style of insole under $50. None of them made a difference.Its been couple weeks since my purchase. I’m working twelve hour shifts, on my feet the whole time. I feel some pain while working bc my feet are getting used to the insoles (Bobbie explained this would happen). After work I feel no pain, I can’t tell you how much it’s changed my life for the better!It’s enough that I‘ve never left a review until this one.

I went to the store on Wednesday and from the moment i walk in to the moment i left i felt very happy. The person i talked his name was Dean and he was very professional and knowledge. I’m still not 100% sold on my inserts that I’m using for plantar fasciitis, especially for the price. They do help but so did the 30$ pair I got on Amazon. I’m in week 3 wearing the 1st pair for 30 minutes then switching to the next pair for the remainder of the day. I stretch throughout the day snd ice at night.

My visit to north point store was really good. Reggie did an amazing work, super nice guy, very passionate about his job. Perfect explanation and great advice about how to choose adequate shoes. So happy with the results so far. My feet pain has gone in the first week. Really important to pay attention to your feet.

I only gave this 4 stars because of Scott because he was so knowledgeable and very professional. The inserts did not work for me, they made my feet hurt even more but I am going back next week to try another pair. Scott has assured me that if they dont work, I will be able to get a full refund so I will update this review either way!

I decided to go to the Good Feet store after hearing advertisements and realizing that Ive had foot pain for some time now. I want to do it learn how they might help a person to reduce their foot pain on a daily basis. What I found was a clean, nice store and a modern feel. My greeting was warm and made to feel comfortable when I arrived.The salesman proceeded to demonstrate the product line that Good Feet offered. My first discovery is that they did not sell shoes but rather support for my shoes. I was fine with that. What followed was what sounded like a heavily scripted demonstration with no deviation and very little detail answering questions I had. It seemed that the questions deviated from the scripted presentation and the person wasnt sure what to do with it.During the demonstration I was outfitted with shoes and was able to try out the three steps of product. The description was detailed enough to understand why there were three different inserts for my shoes and seemed to make sense. I felt like there was a possibility that the product could actually solve my dilemma. At the conclusion of the demonstration the salesperson presented a detailed bill of sale that showed the cost of their lifetime commitment products and service. It was startling. Over $1,300.So I asked about other levels of product that might be available so I could determine whether or not it truly could help before I made that huge financial commitment. Well, at the point I stated that I was not interested in spending that kind of money, the salespersons tone and demeanor dropped heavily as though he was not interested in earning my business. He described the alternative product that was available at a lesser cost saying that the materials would only last 6 months to a year and were $300 a pop for the pair. But it was his lack of interest in proceeding that was a major turn off.In the end, I decided to do a lot more research before I invested the amount of money that the Good Feet products cost. It didnt seem unique enough to spend that much and the confidence level I left with was less than I had hoped for. Perhaps this is a new product and company. Maybe with more experience and time, the customer experience would be much better. Ultimately, I was nowhere near convinced that it was worth the cost.

I was surprised by my boyfriend and was taken to the Good Feet Store. I had been complaining for six weeks about my foot hurting. Three weeks ago I went the Doctors Office and got a shot in my foot. It hurts really bad. It helped but the anti-inflammatory pills I think was the best relief. Still not very good. I had to lay down alot and raise up my leg and foot to relieve the pain.We went in and was helped by professional help and got informed. I was fitted for inserts put in my shoes and it was good. I got some relief and it did get better. We bought 2 sets and I am getting better.Thank you for helping me get better with out more painful shots.

I waked in and after a few moments of standing in the doorway, as the two employees just look at me, I was finally approached with a luke warm greeting by a young woman. She asked if I knew about the process and once I replied no, she told me the prices. She told me that it would be $1280. If I only want a part of the package, the cheapest option is $400. I asked if I could speak with someone about a solution/ get a consultation before committing to a product (which the website says they will do) and she said no, that the examination that the do is only for the custom insoles. I left.. not because of the money but because of the way I was brushed off. I ended up going to FootSolutions a few miles away and had an incredible experience there.. where I was happy to spend my money.

The worst customer service especially for the price you pay!!!! In the store you will get good service and a lot of pressure to give a 5 star review! After leaving the store you will get no customer service, will be out a lot of money if you purchase the product and your feet will still hurt!!! Make sure you get a left and right cushion for the inserts because if you receive 2 right feet cushions you may never get the left foot cushion which is what I have been dealing with since I was in the store on 05/26/2020!After a month and with speaking to the district manager I finally received another correct set of cushions. They want me to come back to the store saying it is trial and error until they figure out the right combination. Who has time for that especially when you are 1 1/2 - 2 hours away. At least they are making an attempt to work things out.

I have been dealing with heal pain for over six months -- Ive seen a chiropractor, a podiatrist, been prescribed a boot that simply bumped into my sore heel repeatedly, tried numerous reflexology massages and cheaper arch supports, and finally tried Good Feet. Jamaal was very observant and worked through a process to find the right fit. The first support didnt fit, and while I was hesitating, he recognized my posture still wasnt aligned and suggested a modification. It was a big improvement. In all, he spent quite a bit of time fitting me into three inserts and I felt confident in the fit and the pain went away immediately. I was able to get back to my normal activity level the next day.

Came to Good Feet today for my Mortons Neuroma, a very painful foot/nerve condition. Dorian helped me, and by the time I left, I was no longer limping. I had seen a podiatrist for the pain, and he gave me cortisone injections, which did NOT help at all. He suggested surgery. This was my last hope. Thanks to Dorian and Good Feet, I walked out without any pain! WOW! Thank you so much guys!

Too expensive. Too long of a process to get the price. To humor the sales guy, I sat through this long sales pitch. They wont tell you the price up front even if you ask. Spoiler alert, its $1500. Who knows if the product is any good, Im sure it probably works but until they take insurance I will never find out. Advice for salespeople: Set expectations for any customers who walk through the door so you wont waste your time or theirs.

Product seemed well made and felt good when tried. The price is absolutely ridiculous. $1300 for the system. 3 separate inserts at 400 each. They were off the shelf products. I had custom orthotics made from a cast of my foot for $400 by my doctor. Much better feel and deal. Stay away unless you don’t like your money.

My insoles had to be changed for a different size for a better fitting. They were very professional and their interest was on making sure my insoles worked. It was a real pleasure working with them. BTW, I came into the store looking to have a pedicure and complaining of knee pain. I had no pedicure but got rid of my knee pain.

I brought my mom in to talk to someone about getting some relief for chronic toe pain she has been having for a few years. The pain keeps her up most nights. We have seen several doctors who have not offered her many options.We were met by Reggie when we walked in the door. Reggie is extremely knowledgeable about the product, very personable and extremely patient - I highly suggest asking for him though the other employees were equally as nice.The product does take time to get used to and I had to encourage my mom to use them, but they have really helped alleviate my Moms pain. She no longer complains about her toe pain waking her up at night. She adjusted to the initial uncomfortableness and now does not even realize that she has them in her shoes.I would have given 5 stars due to customer service and success with the product. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I think they are a little pricey.

Walked into this store and received great customer service from the store manager Demetrius Irick. I’m a nurse whose on her feet for a minimum of 12 hours per day.
