This place is absolutely amazing everyone is always ready to help. Staff is super friendly. Roddy the owner actually showed me how to set up my machine which I’ve been using now for three weeks without any issues that I experienced at first. If you’re new to CPAP this diffidently the place to go. The can also print out you compliance report for DOT uses even if you didn’t purchase your machine directly throw them.

After evacuating from NOLA after Hurricane Ida, we discovered our CPaP machine had been damaged during transit. We randomly called and left a message with CPAPS, ETC. The call was promptly returned and Roddy was very compassionate about our situation. We went to the store and was able to easily purchase our desperately needed supplies. Then after that, a mask was chewed on by the owner’s dog where we were staying. We emailed another letter of desperation and Roddy overnighted our replacement masks to another out of town address. The service he rendered in our time of need went beyond the call of duty. We will forever remember this positive experience.

I am new to the world of CPAP and needed a different mask than what I was given with the machine. I have sinus issues so wanted a full-face mask, but was hoping I did not have to go with one that covered both mouth and nose. I was asked a number of questions by the folks, shown options, then allowed to try them in the showroom with their help fitting the mask. I ended up with one (ResMed F30i) that allows me to nose breathe and when I am deep asleep if my mouth opens it no longer wakes me up. I’ve been there a few times for supplies and have consistently received great customer service.

Broke my CPAP packed in my suitcase. Out of town. Visiting. Called a few places. Not only did other stores/people not have what I needed but they didn’t even know what I was talking about. That was not the case with this business.They were super friendly on the phone. Inviting. I went up. No muss no fuss. Had everything I needed. Even got some thing I didn’t know we needed. Same price that was listed on the Internet. I will sleep well tonight.

I walked in, no greeting. No one in the front office. I ask the young lady if someone could check me out as I only wanted to pick up some Somnifix. An older gentleman stepped out of the back and said he would be with me in a few... I ask how long, he said 15 or so, we get busy you know. He not only said it with an attitude, but with a scowl, like I was bothering him. Needless to say, I will never ever be back. I know they probably dont care, but God forbid you interrupt their lunch. There are too many other places to buy supplies. I suggest you be aware of possible tude from this shop.

Roddy and Sharon are TERRIFIC! As a healthcare administrator, they exemplified to me everything anyone could need for information on CPAP technology. They also did it in a very personalized fashion. I dont think anyone else would have put me at ease about something so new to me.They are simply the best!

This place has so much. The wonderful lady working there went out of her way to help us. Forgot the power supply to my husbands CPAP while on vacation, found CPAPS, ETC online and couldnt have been more pleased. Great people, cutest puppy dog to keep you company and best prices. Stumbled onto these guys after my transformer bit the dust. We were so impressed with their knowledge and customer service we came back 2 weeks later and purchased 2 new cpaps with all the accessories. From insuring we had the proper settings to assisting with choosing which mask was best for us, they are by far worth the trip to invest into your health.

I expected to be told I should buy a new one (and I should!), but instead Roddy said he probably had the part because I make it a point to keep all parts in stock. Lo and behold, he had it! Excellent! I was so frustrated with my moms doctors office. Couldnt get an appointment, couldnt get a replacement mask, couldnt get anyone to work with me. Finally, two months into the process, someone in the doctors office wrote a curt note, attached it to Cpaps Etc.s brochure and mailed it to us. I immediately called Cpaps and discovered they understand customer service. I am so happy that I have this company to work with regarding any extra supplies we might need. I cannot say enough good about them. If you need supplies, even those you dont know exist, this is the place to go or check their website. You will be pleased.

OUTSTANDING. I couldnt figure out how to get a new mask for my CPAP, and I went to CPAP Etc. They were great. The guy was very friendly and helpful. They have a room where they have a chair and a lot of different CPAP machines set up for you to test masks!! I tried on a few, found one that worked much better than my old one ever did, and bought it and a hose. No prescription needed unless you need a machine. My old sleep doctor isnt on my insurance now, so I really needed help. He was very knowledgeable and they had a lot of different accessories, even the pillows! Im definitely going back there for all my CPAP needs. Its a tiny bit hard to find, because its in one of those office/industrial parks, and you have to figure out which door to go to.

I had an excellent experience at CPAPs, etc. I purchased a Transcend portable CPAP machine. Roddy, the owner, showed me all the options, programmed my new machine, and was extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase. It was also very nice to be able to visit a store location where I could actually see (and hear) the various options.
