Aurillo did a really great job with our furnace, he noticed we had some remodeling done based on the dust content inside the system itself. We had the vents cleaned before we moved in. He cleaned the whole thing for us, took great before and after photos to show his work. He talked to us about maintenance contracts, and how to save some money.Would recommend and we are using them again!

I had my heating and AC unit installed about 10 years ago from Precision Heating and Cooling. Great service and great products. I had to recently have my AC unit serviced due to some animal activity on the outside of my house. Nick was able to come out the same day, problem solve my AC issue, and fix it. Precision was referred by another HVAC company no longer servicing our area.I spoke to Greg on Thursday evening. Greg came out Friday morning, we agreed on a system and price, and the work was completed by 1:30 p.m. on the following Monday.Both installers, Ralph and Hector, are to be commended for their attention to detail and understanding the need to get it right. Ralph spent the time needed to rewire portions of the system that were leftovers from a previous American Standard installer who gave little thought to properly doing the job.I will gladly refer Precision and Greg for his technical knowledge.

About 2 weeks ago in the middle of 90 degree temperatures my A/C stopped running in my families restaurant/bar . I contacted 4 different companies who were not able to diagnose the problem. Precision was recommended by a neighbor, and I decided to give it a shot. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service. I was obviously a little skeptical considering everything we had gone through, but not only were they able to repair the unit, it was handled in such a professional manner. We awoke to our furnace unable to generate heat on one of the coldest mornings in a few years. In less than 15 minutes we received a call back from our technician Mark who was at our house within the hour. He diagnosed and corrected the issue quickly. We were quite grateful for his speedy work!

Keith called me back at 7:00 am on a Sunday Morning. I was very distressed because my brand new furnace that Four Seasons installed in September 2020 was not working. I called Four Seasons on four occasions on a Saturday because the temperature in the house was dropping and I was afraid that my pipes might burst. Four seasons said they would come out on Monday Morning despite have stuck a sticker on my new furnace stating that they had 24 hour emergency service and knowing that it gets very cold on January 24. Next, I asked to talk to customer service and of course they were not available. Keith said he would be at my house in an hour. He explained what the issue was, fixed it and solved the issue. He suggested that I call customer service at Four Seasons to replace a part and of course nobody picked up the phone in customer service. Thanks Keith and Precision Heating for caring. Four Seasons left me and my family out in the cold.

Please beware of this company we had them out they replaced a part charged us 450 dollars and our heat was still not working, disrespectful second day another person admitted the part they charged us for we did not even need then they tried to tell us we needed s whole new furnace or an electrical circuit board which both are very expensive today we called another company from the neighborhood they fixed it and told us we had very good parts and good furnace high end furnace and didnt need any of the things they said. They fixed it and charged 100 and now its working fine. Mark hung up on me Tony th manager very rude, just stay away from this company not even worth one star

Our heater had malfunctioned and didn’t work no matter what we did. We gave them a call and they were very professional and it was decided mutually that they would come today to check it out. Today an employee by the name of Denis Anton came at the time that was agreed upon. He was very polite and did his work quickly and effectively. While he did his work he gave us some knowledge on what he was doing, he was pretty knowledgeable about everything he did. I personally was very interested in the work he was doing and I asked him a couple of questions. He answered them professionally, calmly, and in a way that I would understand, he made it see so much simpler than I thought. The job was done correctly and efficiently and the price was not high for what we were getting. Disregard any negative comments about this company because they were truly a life saver in our time of need. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing of any repairs.

I had them repair my walk in cooler, but the tech stated it only needs a condenser fan motor and it will cool down was charged $1250. Tech claimed it will cool down in a few hours and it did not. Called customer service was told they need to send tech out and charge me a fee of 100 to diagnose again and the other tech told me a whole new unit which will cost way to much.

Highly recommend this company. Pro has been servicing our HVAC for many years and we have always been highly satisfied with their knowledge and professionalism. We just had our AC replaced by Steve and Dan and they did a great job of installing and explaining and dealing with some last minute changes that we made. Great company! The office staff is pretty quick getting a tech to my house if I have an issue with my equipment. Rarely happens though because Ive held a maintenance agreement with them for 7 years. Highly recommend calling Precision to install your new Trane systems. They installed a high efficient Trane furnace, humidifier, air filtration system and AC in my house. My house is very comfortable in the summer with thermostat set at 73, in the winter there are no dry noses in the house. My gas/electric bill decreased 40 % the 1st year. The install crew was great too, they left the area spotless and are very knowledgeable. 👍👍👍👍👍

Called to simply have my filters changed, they charged $250, stating that they had to do a maintenance check before changing the filters. I was having no problems, and no problems were found. They did not inform me of this policy prior to coming out

Jeanette is a very caring and compassionate Technician. My auntie had major problems with her heat which was installed by another company.
