Alsip Masonry Experts and his team were a dream to work with! They made the process incredibly simple, easy to follow, and transparent. His price was very reasonable compared with other estimates we got (though a whole new front of pavers is not cheap!), and he broke down the costs for the project and the timeline. Him and his team worked incredibly fast, they completed the entire job in three or four days!He was incredibly responsive to all my texts and questions, and he was very detail-oriented and thought of things (like grading the driveway so all water would flow to the sidewalk instead of puddling in the middle of the driveway as it was currently graded) that I would not have thought of.One huge bonus point for them: was part of a much bigger project on our remodel, and after the pavers were installed on the front patio, there was an issue with an underground pipe that had to be reached. So we had to remove a large square of pavers to get to the pipe. Techs, at no additional cost, came back out after the issue was fixed, and reinstalled the pavers back on patio. A great gesture by him that I really appreciated.The quality of his teams work was top notch, I cant recommend Alsip Masonry Experts enough! Alsip Masonry Experts and Tuckpointing Service are simply the best! reasonably priced and true to their word, the finished the project in time, and provided excellent service despite the Covid outbreak. All my neighbors have been complementing their awesome work. They were professional and did a wonderful job.

I got three quotes for my backyard hardscape that included removing an old, buckling wood deck and retaining wall on a steep backyard incline just above a recently plastered swimming pool. Alsip Masonry Experts and Tuckpointing Service was the best quote but (owner) was by far the easiest to talk to and took the time to really explain the job so that I would understand the cost and the scope. He was honest and forthright about all of my concerns.The finished job speaks for itself (see included photos) but what I cant show you is the respect the entire crew had for my home from front yard to backyard and including my barking dogs! I was able to talk and ask questions to crew leaders while they worked and if I had any concerns they quickly addressed them to my complete satisfaction. Today after they finished the final touches they washed off the entire hardscape including the old deck, power washed the STREET and my driveway where they had earlier staged gravel, dirt and the pavers as well as other supplies.Very impressive drainage system installed as part of the process! Highly recommended!
