NOT A FAMILY PLACE . I asked for my refund because my mother n law caught COVID (which was the place we we’re going to have my sons 4th party AND WHY I CANCELLED IN THE FIRST PLACE )and this man is giving me a hard time with giving me my money back!!! plans change and for them to take all my money like that is wrong . All the other places I asked happily gives a refund because they understand plans change!! IF THEY DONT GIVE ME MY REFUND IM GOING TO TAKE THEM TO COURT WITH A SMILE 😃.

The lady whom says is the owner not only is she unprofessional but very disrespectful, she not only told my husband she would personally fix the balls on the tarp for him but also personalized his receipt with her cell phone number and added call me you wont regret.
