Extremely impressed with this place. I checked two other locations and Excel offered the best price. I took my car there after getting hit in a parking lot. They were amazing throughout the whole experience. When I went to pick it up, the whole car had been detailed inside and out on top of fixing what needed to be fixed! We have used Excel on several occasions as OUR choice for a body repair shop following an accident. This time it was a work van with a minor repair that they finished quickly at a vert reasonable cost and even washed and detailed the van. Loved the text updates throughout the day on the progress. Not that I enjoy accidents but it is good to know there is a place I can go to where I know it will be done right.

Excel has been the best overall auto shop I have had to deal with, Daisy was absolutely wonderful and a delight to work with, she kept me updated step by step. Came in to get my bumper and fender fixed on my Honda Civic after I backed into a car. I dropped off on Monday morning and they had it done by Wednesday afternoon! Outstanding! We found them on Google due to all the great reviews. Their communication is incredible. We were updated throughout the process. They met the deadline that they set. The work on the car was first class. We can not say enough great things about them. They are very busy so it may take some time to get the work done, but totally worth it. Fast check in and great service

My car was rear ended and declared a total loss by my insurance. I brought the vehicle in to Excel to see what they could do. In 12 days they restored the car to practically like new condition for less than half of what my insurance company estimated it would take. The quality of work, friendliness, and professionalism were amazing. Strongly recommend.

Sorry this review is so late. Glenda was my main point of contact and she was wonderful from the time I dropped the car off to when I picked the car up. They showed me all the areas that were going to be fixed... and sadly I was shown areas that were damaged that I was not aware of. They took care of all the paperwork and contacted insurance. I HIGHLY recommend Excel Auto to ANYONE who has unfortunately been involved in an accident. Thank you for making this as stress free as possible. Hopefully I dont have to ever come back. But I will gladly make referrals to all of my friends!

Professional experience all around. Kept me updated on all work status and handled all changes with insurance with ease. Have used other body shop not far away from here before but wasnt treated as well as this guys treated us. If you want prompt, reasonably priced and quality repairs, this is the right place. I took my Toyota Highlander there after getting estimates from some of the bigger places in area. Excel was at least 30% cheaper than the lowest estimate. I liked the work on my Highlander so much that I took my 2012 Sienna there too after it was rear ended by an uninsured motorist. I am very happy with my Sienna after the repairs, it looks like new. Plus you can always make an appointment online and sign all the papers online too!I highly recommend this body shop.

This was the second car that they did repair work on and, just like last time, they were great. All the work was done beautifully and on the timeline they promised. They handled all the insurance work as well and kept me posted along the way. Overall it was a great experience.

Your estimate was more than double anyone else’s spot estimate, and nearly double what the shop I took it to after I had it taken from your shop has estimated it at.My uncle in Connecticut, who was a body man, laughed at the estimate and urged me to call a tow truck immediately. I’m glad I did. It saved me more than $2500.I will never let my vehicle, nor anyone else’s I know, ever see this place.

My vehicle went to Excel Auto Body after a accident with extensive damage. During such a trying time they made my experience amazing. I never once had to reach out for a update, I was updated regularly, the staff is very personable, and I especially love that they went the extra mile. I cant thank Excel team enough for a lovely ending to an otherwise traumatic event.

My insurance company highly recommended them...car door hinge made an awful noise and was told it was replaced with a new part .. apparently not ...they forgot to paint the piece black underneath the car to match other side and the inside of my car had white paint dust EVERYWHERE...front seat had GREASE stain in it ...had to leave the car again to complete ...I called on a Monday before going into work asking when the car would be done and they said I will call you when its ready I kindly told her I was off on Wed and Thursday but take as long as needed....today Thursday I get phone call from the body shop and my insurance company asking me when Im picking up my car and returning the rental...I was livid telling my insurance company the body shop NEVER called me to let me know the car was ready...my car has a NEW HINGE on the door and doesnt make a noise so obviously it wasnt a new part in the first place...they had plastic over my seat and removed the grease stain THANK GOD ....I wouldnt use them ever again

Took our Honda Accord to them for body work. They were very nice and professional, and never did we get the feeling that they were trying to talk up services and repairs that needed to be done. Not only did they fix the bumper and tailgate perfectly, the vehicle was cleaner inside and out than when we had brought it in. To top it off Glenda, contacted me to make sure we were happy. This place really went the extra mile, not just in the workmanship but in the level of customer service.

Excellent place, they took around 2-3 weeks to fix the car and it came out like brand new you couldnt even tell that the car was in a car accident and the color was spot on. Ill give it 10/10

These guys were great! They were able to look over my car in about 15 minutes, giving me an estimate, and noting that there would be possibly more damage after the the front bumper was removed for closer inspection. The follow up call in about 2 hours clearly communicated what else needed to be done. The work was completed on time (3 days!) and the estimate was not only a great price, but did not change! They were nothing but clear and honest (and friendly) in their communications, and the work (which was completed about a month ago) has held up. If you need body work on your car, and I hope you dont, Excel Auto Body is the place to go.

My car looks excellent again! When I got into collision I researched body shops to repair the damage. I chose Excel auto body based on the other reviews. They did not disappoint. Everyone was super professional and courteous. When I got my car back I could tell they had cleaned the inside too. That was a nice surprise. I will recommend them to anyone!

I went to get a estimate for a side view mirror, told them to place the order for the side view mirror told me it was placed when it wasn’t . Supposedly placed the order when I found out it hadn’t still been placed, had me come to the shop multiple times for the paint code and to match the paint and then they simple lost the part and are now saying the part was never there just wasted all this time trying to just get my side view mirror fixed. So unprofessional. Would not recommend at all.

This body shop is great! Went in for repairs through insurance. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on and even got my vehicle ready before the estimated time frame. The workmanship is amazing. Color was bang on. They went above and beyond and i highly reccomend them. Its no wonder they have such great reviews.

I went to Excel 2 weeks ago to have my car worked on. I have to say, I am extremely picky who I allow to work on my cars. Guys here made sure the vehicle repair done PERFECT! I had an accident in January and had a very difficult time getting answers from my car insurance agent. After my friend recommended Excel Auto Body, I called them and asked a lot of questions. (I had never made a claim before.) The manager I talked to was very patient and gave me more information then the agent did. They got the job done for the same amount as the claim, even though it did require additional labor that had not been taken into account and they did a great job. When I picked it up, everyone was super nice. Its a stressful situation to be in, and it makes a world of difference when you are treated well. Very much recommended!

I got to give a big thanks to Excel. I had a 17 Civic SI engine problem. They kept me informed on every step of the process. Just in a week my car came out looking like it had a sip from the Fountain of Youth. Im certainly pleased with the quality of the work and service. I was told by many repair technicians that they didn’t want to touch my car because of it being a Maserati. However, we took our car in for repairs as a result of someone hitting it in the parking lot and EXCEL Auto Body exceeded our expectations. My husband came to inspect the vehicle are the repair were completed and could not find one flaw. We highly recommend this shop for repairs even to for the high end cars.

After getting three estimates, we had Excel Auto Body/Altamonte replace the front end hood, bumper & grill on a black 2003 Acura RSX. We couldnt tell the old paint from the new. In fact the whole car looked new! Daisy and the other office staff were wonderful to work with and very responsive. They will try to save you money (if you prefer) by looking for after market or recycled parts without the $$$ OEM price, and will keep you informed of what they find before they do the work. Highly recommend this company.

Really unpleasant experience. I call today to get an update on my car that they have already had for a week and Daisy puts me on hold and never gets back to me. I call her back and she tells me that she tried to call me back but Im looking at my call log right now and there is no missed call from her. They have already had my care for a week. She tells me that they are going to need it for another 11 days but that will probably be delayed if the storm comes through. This is the worst auto body shop I have ever experienced.
