Great selection for all crafting needs. I love the coupons it saves so much. So make sure you are signed up so you can get all the coupons. The staff is great about scanning all of them. The only thing I wish they had more of is dollhouse items.

I use to like going to JOANN Fabric but customer service has gone down I asked for a certain kind of material and print and associate said go down two aisles down and it should be there and Im like okay .... Wow she didnt even walk with me over there..... They used to be very helpful in helping you out... It might not be all Jo-Ann fabrics it could be this this particular..... The store was not that day.

Great stuff!! But, AFTER prices are on clearance only then are the prices reasonable. So, after the 40 to 70%off, I still am NOT paying an actual sale price!! Just a reasonable price... Bummer ✖️

I went to find some trim for throw pillows. They didnt have enough. This was at the Altamonte store here in Florida. The lady at the cutting tables was very helpful . I was able to order what I needed 😃

I went in today to get Cricut materials that were on sale and got great deals. Additionally, the customer service was great. I do wish they had more variety of certain items like vinyl brands. Also, they should have more visible signs to navigate the store without having to request help from employees.

Needed a new table cloth 70 x 54 inches. Joann Fabrics has a good selection of fabric, vinyl, and others to choose from. Found what I wanted for 7.68 a yard. Service was excellent in getting the selection cut. This store covers a lot of crafts. Highly recommend.

Great selection of items. From fabric, crafts, flowers, toys, paint, baking supplies, etc... You name it, theyve got it! I do think their regular price items are overpriced. However they always have 50%-70% off sales. They also provide coupons through the newspaper and their online app. So, it all balances out.

I went here today and meet a nice lady named Debbie she was amazing and super patient with me. I was trying to tiger out how to follow a pattern and gather what I needed and she was happy to help. Debbie thank you.

So the pros here are that they have a huge selection and the store is very clean. The down side was that the staff seemed like they didnt want to be there and were very abrupt with customers.The store has all the standard things you have come to expect from this chain. They still had a bunch of cotton fabrics for mask making, which was nice, as the store closest to me was mostly out. They are only letting in 25 persons at a time right now with the social distancing rules. The line outside moved quick though.When I came up to the fabric cutting area, the staff was kinda barking at everyone, which I didnt love. I totally get that its hard right now and Im sure they are overwhelmed with the uptick in demand, but it felt a little much. I got my fabric and the cashier at checkout was friendly, so that helped.I like that they have a ton of season items and that they have decent sales as stock rotates through.Overall: BThe cutting area wasnt awesome, but the rest was solid.

Did not have as wide a variety of fabric in home decor. Found something else that I could modify for my needs.

I love this store. It has amazing fabrics.

People here are so great, mostly the cutting fabric department and the cashiers. I also leave with more than I planned. Everyone wore mask and kept six feet apart.

The inventory is huge and they always have great deals. Waiting time to check is sometimes long, but its worth it. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The store has a very large selection of fabrics but the older woman with short blonde hair that was working with me in the fabric selection really made me feel like I was bothering her and being a inconvenience. So I will not come back to this particular store. Customer service is first and this employee did not understand that concept.

Spent about 45 minutes in the store looking for specific colors for yarn and attachments for my sewing machine. I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Not once was I greeted or asked did I need any help. I find it ironic how I was looked in my face numerous times but not once greeted, some customer service. As soon as another male on the same isle came up the employee greeted him and still didn’t acknowledge me or my fiancé . So at this point we realized we’re not going to spend money somewhere we can’t get a decent greeting and decided to leave, this also is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Joanns. The culture here sucks.

For as busy as the store was, there was plenty of help to get my fabrics cut and checked out with a quickness. I was approximately 6-7 in the line to check out and it didnt take no more than 4-5 minutes to get me to a register and out of the door. Thank You ladies for a great first experience at Joann fabrics!!!P. S. It was pricey though.

Wow!!! Huge Joan store. Must be a distribution center. There were enough staff members that I didnt have to go in search for one. She was courteously and found what I was looking for in the back.

Im pretty self sufficient when I am in Joanns so I cant really comment on the staff helping. I can say they keep the store neat and clean. Im a knitter so I appreciate the skeins not loose and yarn pulled out.

5-25-20 12:45 pm.My girlfriend and I was in this store today. She took a number for fabric. The sign clearly said they would call your number and you can go shopping. Then they told her that she must stay in the line. A line that they are herding customers on top of each other. No distancing whatsoever. So instead of keeping their customers safe and letting them shop in the store, they are making them stand on top of each other. The woman at the fabric table was very rude.

Ive been to several Joannes around Orlando area since March 2020 and this is by far my favorite one in regards to service. I thank the entire staff for excelling especially during such a difficult time. I hope the company is showing appreciation to staff in a way that is helpful and generous.

They have a huge selection of fabric to choose from at great prices. They always have coupons to use on your purchases. They also have different craft items for kids through adults. Definitely reccomend this store for all your crafting and fabric needs. They are currently adhering to social distancing, so you may need to wait in line outside, and the lines inside are spaced for 6 feet apart.

I want to Joanne 0 the day because lucky monkey was close they revamping their whole area anyways my granddaughter picked out a pen that is a chicken and is absolutely adorable but the whole thing to this story is the cashier was so attentive all my granddaughter and just as wonderful as she could be. I had forgotten my coupon so she helped me with my phone where I could receive my coupon through my phone. To have a business take the time and be attentive on your four-year-old grandchild is absolutely wonderful in my book. I will be shopping there more often...

Lisa at the fabric cutting was very rude to my mother, who had just gotten surgery and was allowed to be out in public for the first time. Lisa flipped out on her for being one inch over the “green tape” on the floor, which you can barely see. We were being helped by a kind gentleman, and Lisa said “did you even grab a number?” Um, there was nobody in line and we were helped immediately. She was rude and nosy and it made me really mad.We complained to the front cashier who was very nice and helpful- her name was Alyssa I think?Anyways, if you go to the fabric cutting table, avoid Lisa at all costs unless you wanna get yelled at 😂

This is my absolute favorite craft store. In addition to craft materials they also have wonderful home decor. The best part about Joanns is the coupon deals. You can use more than one coupon on non sale items. Lately there have been a change of staff and some familiar and friendly faces are gone. Still I enjoy coming to this store!

I went to the store for the first time today. I was trying to find some Triple Thick Glaze to complete a project I was working on. I could not find it and decided to check out. I told the cashier Claudia what I was looking for. She volunteered to get it for me but I told her that I would get it because there was a long line. She was spot on with her directions and even found me coupons to reduce the cost of my overall purchase. If her patience and professionalism is a sample of the other staff members, they are on the right track. I was also impressed with the size of the store and the selections.
