Ive been going to this location off and on for years. The employees are always very friendly and helpful when needed.Im glad theyve taken the step to get rid of plastic bags -- if you dont want to pay for a paper one, just bring your own.Also, I think a lot of people fail to realize that theyre not ALLOWED to give hair advice. Their job is to help find the product youre trying to locate and to check you out. This is because its a liability to give advice and when you (an unexperienced person) mess it up you will blame the employee and possibly even try to sue. Please stop blaming the employees and do your OWN research before buying products.

I don’t remember her name but the girl that helped me pick out salon quality products was AWESOME! She grabbed the bleach, toner, dye and then the 3 developers that I needed and explained the ratios.I was gonna drive over and show her today but they’re closed till tomorrow so I hope she sees this.She went above and beyond and deserves that recognition!

I havent been in thus store in awhile. It looked amazing. SUPER clean and organized. Whoever the new manager is, they need to be recognized. I have been going there off and on for a decade. AND the leave in conditioner the girl told me about was incredible. It smelled good and worked awesome. I usually buy all WOW products, but I still couldnt get my hair super soft. Its called MBIB Tangle Slayer. Its in a black bottle. I got type 3 for curly hair. I highlight my hair, too.

Didn’t have what I was looking for but that’s okay. But what I bought she didn’t offer a bag to walk out the store. When I asked for one she said they did away with the plastic bags and the paper were 15cents. Why wasn’t I told this before the purchase I would have added the bag to my order. More training needed in this retail establishment.

Didnt have things in stock, numerous thingsI needed, and when asked when the next order would arrive, they said the truck arrived today. And then when I went to pay for the few things I was able to get, it was like the sales associate couldnt wait to get far away from me. I dont stink, Im not sick, and I was never rude. If its like that, then dont work with the public if you dont want to be around people.

Ive been shopping here for a long time and never in my time of shopping here have I had to pay $0.15 for bags. This is ridiculous. This isnt puerto rico that they charge you for bags in every store you go too. But Im starting to see that trend. So disappointed with what they have started its not about spending $0.15 its about spending much more in the store and then have to pay out for a little paper bag. Not happy with their service.

I have been in Panera watching potential customer after customer find that this Sallys is closed. There is a sign on the door that states will be back in 30 min however its been close to an hour now. There would have been 6-10 customers who would have potentially purchased something. I guess profits, customer service, and community engagement is not a priority for this establishment.

This is a Warning. The employees are rude and no help. WASTE OF TIME. Ive been coloring (from the box) and cutting my own hair for years but a friend mentioned that It would be better to buy stuff from Sally and do my own coloring. So I go to Sally get my bush and bowel asked a woman (with piecing on her chin and red dipped hair ends) I asked her a question which she replied rudely and when I asked a follow up question which she should know she didnt. How in the world do you work at a hair place and you cant answer a simple question about a product you sell and she didnt even try to find the answer. Then later I needed to find a product. I asked other women lets call her W2. I was hoping W2 would help more than the other women lets name her W1. Well W2 called over W1 to help me because W2 didnt know the answer. I had to deal with W1 again. I asked for a product that would lift the color in my hair and she said they dont have any thing that would do that. I kept asking so nothing in this store can lift color or make my hair lighter. I asked 4 times before she said the only thing you can do is bleach it. I said Ok so what do I need to do that. She then goes on and on saying you cant do it because you have to know what you are doing and you cant do it she also said other rude and unnecessary stuff. After all that 3 customers helped me more then the employees. I ended up getting the help and information I needed from 3 customers. I even was able to find the products for cheaper on Amazon. I walked out saying wow those employees dont know a thing and they didnt care about the fact that without us they dont get paid Im NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!!!!!!!!!!! EMPLOYEES NEED TO GET NEW JOBS.

Bad customer service. This store has been closed for the COVID 19 for almost two months. They recently opened like other businesses. They should have a welcome attitude but on the contrary, they have such a bad and careless unwelcome demeanor. Never going back again. A very unpleasant experience.

I’ve never been to a Sally’s establishment and had no type of customer service provided. I asked for help and the lady just straight looked at me and ignored me and attended another customer. So rude and unprofessional. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me and I just walked off and left.

UNREAL!!!Walk in with a big return, the MANAGER says, “This is going to put us negative!” Ahem, ma’am, I am standing RIGHT here. YOU should Never as a customer service rep, say around or near ANY consumer, ANYTHING negative!THEN... It’s as if she is punishing me for bringing somethings back, she is moving at a snails pace. After patiently waiting about 20 minutes, she states, she has to start over and at the end, with a big smile, “So the cash back would have to all go to the card due to “no cash”, and then has issues with evening handling it on the card?!?She should not be a manager! Very unprofessional like attitude and lack of knowledge. Whoever is running this store needs fired! I will NEVER return!!!Bye Felicia ✌🏻

I usually love going here, but today draws the line. This is the THIRD time I’ve been to the store before closing hours roughly 30-45 min before and the store has been closed. Why have hours on the door if you can’t follow them?! Or maybe put up a sign saying you had to close early?! Some of them are super helpful, but most of the employees are just rude and are clearly there for the paycheck. If you’re not happy then find a new job!!!

I thought really hard about posting this review but every time I come here I have an issue and I kept giving the store the benefit of the doubt but after tonight i feel like should post to warn rather than complain.I shop at this Sally’s as it’s closest to me and after tonight I will drive the extra few miles to go to a store where the following doesn’t happen.They always seem to be out of items, there’s an entire back area where color sealer and other hair mask and hydrating packets should be and they’re always out.Please watch out for their bogos. Tonight is the third time I’ve been pressured to get out of line to get another item that should be free and I’m charged for it anyways because they don’t deduct prices until the end.Please be wary of the products you purchase, I bought a 16oz bottle of creme developer that I now realize has been used or spilled and put back on the shelf. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed something like this either, I’ve grabbed boxes of Age Beautiful color only to have the wrong bottle in the wrong box.I understand that as a consumer I can make the extra effort to pull out my receipt in the store and read through every item to make sure it was deducted. Or shine my phone light through the bottle to make sure I’m actually paying for 16oz instead of 9oz, I can open every box of color I want to purchase to make sure the bottle matches the box label but I truly should not have to do that. I should be able to confidently grab what I need hoping Sally’s would only put out acceptable products or any products.

Was “helped” by Carleen, who had little to no knowledge about flat irons. I shrugged it off and had her hold a flat iron for me at checkout, as I went to grab a mirror. As I walked up to checkout, she was stepping away to help someone else. No problem! Ten minutes later, there’s a line and we are all waiting as she laughed/giggled and made jokes with that customer. She took several looks at the line with absolutely no urgency. We all continued to wait another five minutes. *Here comes Carlene!*...but wait, she’s bringing this customer to the front of the line as though none of us were waiting here for FIFTEEN MINUTES. Won’t be back.

You have to notice some stuff. You may buy cosmetics that are not sealed; then you may not be compensated; due to the fact that you are unable to reach customer service. In service workers cannot compensate you or give an exchange.

I went to this Sallys for some hair dye and bleach products since my hair is super dark that in order for it to take some color I need to bleach it, well The young lady that I was asking questions to kinda judged me instead of educating me about bleaching my hair, in a way she made me fee bad for even wanting to bleach my hair, even though I have done it before. It is not her place as a Sallys employee to tell someone what not to do with their hair. Her job is to only answer questions that people ask. It kinda left a bad taste in my mouth, I will not be returning, take your hair needs else where.
