Kelly provided excellent customer service when I needed to exchange my unopened sheet set for a different color. I had called ahead to see if this store had my desired color and they did. I had called three locations trying to find them in stock at the store. Finally found them here. Kelly had them pulled and at the cash register ready to go when I got there. It was a fast easy transaction! Great customer service Kelly. Thank you!

Kelley gave us outstanding customer service. She made us feel like an old friend was letting us try his bed. She explained to us all features on the mattresses we were interested in, helped us make comparisons and choose based on our preferences. The entire process was very smooth, we never felt rushed because she was so efficient. We left very satisfied and impressed with the Altamonte store.

We have been talking about getting a new bed for years. At random, we walked into this location. We were greeted by Kellye. She was so polite and professional. She answered every question you can think of (and we had ALOT) and she was just so warm. We didnt for one second feel like she was trying to sell us something. She had a solution for every think you could think of. She handled financing our order and the best part is we got a really really nice bed for same as cash for 36 months.We will refer and tell everyone about Kellye Reyes!

Staff was friendly and patient. Weve owned a select comfort since 1995 and this is our second one now. Not for everyone, but worth checking out.

The i8 smart bed has given me the best sleep Ive had in years. The staff at the Altamonte store was absolutely helpful, patient, and cheerful. I stopped by the store last night for another set of really soft sheets. I mentioned to them that perhaps they should start a support group for people like me that love the bed so much they never want to leave it -- ever!!! I need help :-)

I have been looking at the sleep number beds for several years (8-10). My wife and I simply could not agree to spend the money for a sleep number bed. In February 2019, I saw the 50% off offer on the elite mattress. I met with the sales person Kellie and explained my story. With the offer for this mattress, I thought it would be the best opportunity to convince my wife it was time to move on from the old spring mattresses. With Kellies help we sold my wife on the idea. Kellie was simply the kindest and most knowledgeable sleep number team member we had ever spoken with. During my pitch to my wife before taking her into the store, I was provided some inaccurate information from the 1-800 personnel. This resulted in some confusion and a savings for our purchase that had my lovely wife thinking this is where the savings on the mattress is made up and here we go with hidden charges. While meeting with Kellie at the store and explaining the concerns that has now placed my wifes agreement for the purchase in jeopardy Kellie stated bring my wife in as planned and she would get this issue resolved. This is when I learned that Kellie was the store manager. When my wife and I arrived at the store, Kellie had researched my call, listened to my conversation with the 1-800 team member and stated that she will get the unfortunate misinformation and the misstated savings applied to our purchase no matter how or who she needed to convince or inform to insure we got the added savings. This savings was approximately $200 + and she honored it and I will soon be sleeping peacefully and finally getting the old bones the rest they need. Kellie, youre the best for saving my purchase and going above and beyond to make sure we got the price stated even if it was incorrect thank you, thank you, thank you. Soon I will be sharing my wonderful nights sleeping experience with all.

My husband and I like very different bed surfaces. He likes extra firm and I like hug me soft. I have (had) back problems, so we got a I8 sleep number almost 2 yrs ago. Long story short after having to quit yoga over a yr ago, go into Physical Therapy, try chiropractics, and two nights on different occasions sleeping on my daughters topper recently, I bought a topper for my side of the bed and wake up now with no pain! Sleep number I8 is not for us. A lot of expense for worse results.

Overall great experience. My husband is very picky and this bed gave him the ease of mind that he can adjust the bed if needed. When you buy a regular bed you dont have that luxury. We did take advantage of the Presidents Day sales and our bed is scheduled to be delivered 7-days after we move into our new house. In store - everyone is very helpful and able to answer questions. They dont rush you and they make sure you understand how their product works and what the differences are between the bed options.

Shawn was great to deal with both times we went to see him at the Altamonte Mall. We took a lot of time to pick out the perfect sleep system and he has a lot of patience. A great place to learn about Sleep Number beds. Marquita was amazing and supremely knowledgable of the products. Unfortunately we were unable to secure the bed we chose. But she is a super star and if we are able to purchase a bed, she would be our choice. Thank you, Marquita Moorer.

Although purchasing a bed can be a very intimidating experience when you find out it can be as much as a first car Rafael made our purchase and our experience top notch. This is not a mattress store for the faint of heart but if you are in to an important noghts rest and the company to back it then i would recommend you stop by and check it out. There really is a number for which sleep can be found.

Mattress arrives with wrong size topper. Now having to wait 3 weeks for new bed to come. Major debacle with order arriving and bed not having any feet. Sleep number did say they would send me a frame. Thats great considering that is what I was told I would be getting... timely NO. Wrong top on bed and I get to wait 3 weeks MORE weeks for my new bed? UNACCEPTABLE... sleeping on a mattress on the floor now when spending almost $3k... not cool.

When we bought a condo in Florida for our winter home, and had to furnish it, I decided to try the sleep number bed. It was the best purchase I have ever made. I have a sore back on occasions. After a night on the bed I feel much better the next morning. My wife says that I am asleep in about a half hour once I get in.In my other home I had a true temper memory foam bed. If my back was sore before I went to bed, in the morning My back was still sore. This year I bought another sleep number bed to take back home to replace the foam mattress.

Great...I have owned a sleep number since 2010, we love it. Im looking at upgrading to a split mattress.

I already own a sleep number bed and couldnt believe how the low price was for the C2 bed. It comes tomorrow and I cant wait to start using the iq technology as well. Working w the bed for optimal sleep is exciting! The salesman Rafael was awesome. I felt a good vibe from him and he seemed very confident in his job. Its the 2nd bed Ive bought from the Altamonte spgs location (1st in 2012). Ill eventually replace that other bed, w another sleep number of course.

Worst customer service experience, didn’t honor Tax refund although I had a prescription that should waive it but was never informed at the store at time of purchase that I could apply it and a week later they said the purchase was made already and they can’t apply it !! Then I wasn’t happy with the pillows I got and they said no return for that too as 30 days elapsed although I tried to call the customer service numerous times through the pandemic and was on the phone for hours with no luck, and I didn’t even mention issues with delivery times and having to wait weeks to get the correct items sent after receiving the wrong product, definitely don’t recommend it to my enemies, useless customer service
