The help I received a couple hrs ago was top notch.Someone yo put 3 4×8 plywood on cart and cashier very friendly to Nick that help me to load up the van.So, please Home Depot, a little raise of $$ would keep these people smiling ear to ear!Frenchie

Pro desk very profesional and helpful customer services.

Awful store, pro desk was helping customers with customer service and told me they were too busy to do a phone sale and sent me to customer service. Terrible terrible service. Then customer service told them they couldnt do a phone sale. Totally ignored me then told me there isnt a managet.

Typical Home Depot with a huge selection customer service as always is awesome the pro desk got any more helpful they would just go out and do the job for us!

Poor waited a hour a the pro desk for a phone sale while every one sitting in the pro desk. Laughing and cheering waiting on one guy. I mean why are you in the pro desk if you cant make the sale....

Apparently so disorganized they not only dont have any idea where their stock is, they also dont keep accurate stock counts.
