This company installed a granite counter top that was uneven and crooked, altered my already purchased sink and made it “uninstall able “Also replaced my old linoleum with something very nice but the adhesive they used is seeping out around the edges.Big language gap here with the companyNeed an English to Spanish translation,That would most definitely help in terms of communicating efficiently 🙏🏼Still have hope they will fix all.10/3/20I am pleased to say that professional flooring took care of all my issues with the floor and the countertop.I was also reimbursed the cost of the sink.👍🏼👍🏼

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. We used them to put in flooring in our school in Apopka. They did a very poor job installing by not putting the floor fully up against the walls so over time they have slipped apart and been peeled / ripped up through use. If they were installed correctly and held in place there likely would have been no issue. Not only that, but this all happened under the warranty period and they refuse to come out and even look at the poor job that they have done to potentially replace the product. A truly APPALLING display of customer service. I would encourage everyone to avoid using these services regardless of the price.

Can’t beat their price! We shopped around a lot before deciding to go with Professional Flooring, I’m so glad we did. The quality of the cabinets and granite is amazing. My dream kitchen looks awesome. Make sure you explain well what you want and when you need it, they’ll do their best to get it done the way you want and on your budget. Andrea was my sales person, she is very patient and knowledgeable.

DO NOT do business with them. Their name should be UNPROFESSIONAL flooring. On March of this year we went to get a new vanity for my master, we paid and agree to get the vanity in 4 weeks but when the time came no body answers my calls, so I had to go to that store and wait for Andrea (sales lady) who never was available to answer. On May they were trying to put my order for June or July and of courseI asked for my money back. They don’t have an idea about customer service!!! Wow :(

The team was friendly, educational and professional. The granite was beautiful and affordable. The seam installed was flawless - no one could ever find it. I am positive this granite selection helped to get our house under contract in less than 24 hours after posting - with multiple offers and above asking price! Thank you so much for helping me pick the right color and for doing an excellent install - and for getting it all done within 3 weeks! :D

They redid my bathroom a few years ago and we were recently told by a plumber that the shower pan was installed incorrectly, causing a leak. Called them to see if they can come take a look and I cant even count how many times I called and was told Id get a call back and never did. Was also (finally) told someone would be coming to take a look, they never showed, no one called, messaged, acknowledged. I called again for the 30th time probably, then they wanted to charge me to have someone come out. Never again.

Be aware of this company and their schemes. My wife and I are having our kitchen remodeled and went here to look at counter top slabs. After speaking with the sales rep, Mary, we liked a few slabs but wanted to continue shopping. Mary stated that it would take 2 weeks to get measurements and an additional 3 weeks after for installation. BUT we would need to put down a $500 deposit to hold our spot. There was nothing that stated our $500 would not be returned. After finding the counter tops at a different location, we called the company and asked for the refund, since no work, measurements, orders on slabs, fabricating had been completed. 5 phone calls and 2 visits to the location later, I finally get in contact with Mary. She tells me she cannot provide a refund for the deposit. She also states that it is in the contract we signed. I review the contract I had signed under the section Refund: All purchases are final AFTER ORDER FOR MATERIAL HAS BEEN MADE.The best part about this, is, I didnt officially order. Because I had been choosing between 4 different slabs at their facility. So I am battling for a refund on an order that was not made, based on company policy that is not correct.

Bought Kitchen counter tops from this company. The counters started showing etching very quickly. We called the company and they sent out two men, one spoke no english and the second spoke very little. They told me that most of the marks were natural and there was nothing more that they would do.........Hired outside company to buff out the counters ($800) looked great for maybe a week, then the etching started coming back.I was told that the granite was too soft for kitchen use.Less than three years later, we replace the bad counters. What a bigwaste.Dont waste your time or money with this company. They do not stand behind their product.

I happened to stop in here looking for some flooring. I walked by a slab of granite and I was in love even though that wasn’t what I was looking for. I looked at hundreds of slabs previously and been to three different fabricators. I was leery to have this business cut any granite for me solely because the reviews or a low three stars. However, I really liked the sales person Yami in the office. More so than the other people I met I felt like she really knew what she was talking about when it came to laying out the counters. In addition the owner seemed to really want to work with me and earn business which I think is impressive. I am so happy that I decided to give this a shot. I saved several thousand dollars by going with this company. I have the most beautiful piece of granite. They were courteous and on time for both fabrication and Installation. I was also so thrilled that they let me go to the warehouse and lay out on the stone where my cuts would be made. I don’t think this is something they offer every day but they are willing to work with me because it was important to me. I had 106 ft.² of countertop and they managed to make my two largest pieces be seamless. I chose a OG edge and they did a beautiful job with it. They cleaned up before they left and made sure that I was happy after installation. Everyone that has come in my home and set up beautiful my granite is and I couldn’t be happier.On the con side I want to be completely blunt that the Person that took the measurements at my house, the person that was cutting my stone, and the installer did not have the ability to communicate Fully in English. I can see how this might cause some problems for the company. However I found that they are very willing and friendly to work with. We were able to call the office and have translation and when I realize there is a language barrier when things I wanted got super specific I just called a friend of mine and asked if they would be available to translate. If this is something that might frustrate I you be aware. I was fine with it.So would I use this company again? Absolutely!!! I would recommend it to anyone. I had 3 other quotes and no one even came close on price. It’s not the fanciest place to buy stone but the people are friendly and do a great job. I’m thrilled I took the chance. Two thumbs up!!!

We are happy with the final result with our kitchen remodel. We did all of the demolition and installed a dust barrier to ensure no dust was sent around the home or enter into our A/C system. The tile installer did all of the tile demolition as well as installation and was prompt and cleaned up every day after he was finished. No raised edges anywhere on the floor installation. He also removed and replaced all the baseboard molding correctly. The cabinet team was very good and all cabinets were installed same day and all seams are even on the doors. The cabinet manufacturer lost 2 of the cabinets and Tatiana was terrific in getting them replaced and installed. She was in constant contact with us to resolve the issues.We chose Professional Flooring after 2 of our neighbors reported that they were satisfied with the results of their projects so while we did read a lot of negative reviews we only experienced positive results with the team.

Best place to go for cabinets, counter tops and flooring! Excellent customer service and quality. Andrea is amazing. Highly recommend them for quality, honesty and excellent customer service. They care about their customers and do everything they can to assist you through your home remodeling project.

I arrived at their location close to closing time, but everyone was still hard at work. A lady named Yami worked with me and the drawings I was given. She was very professional and courteous. The price point exceeded expectations. They gave me their earliest timeslot, but it was moved up for me several times without me asking (another customer must have had a delay or something). The two men that installed the countertops were very friendly and extremely hard working and they completed the task very quickly. It was professionalism and high quality service and products from start to finish and I would recommend Professional Flooring to anyone. Once I had made my final payment they called the owner, Leo. He asked me if everything was to my satisfaction and, of course, it was. He was very friendly and it was a nice touch. Great experience!

I would recommend this company. The installers were professional and courteous. The store is pretty busy and sometimes you have to wait for assistance. However, the time between template and installation of granite was one week.

Stay Away! Nov. 30, 2019 I ordered cabinets from this company with the promise that I would have them two weeks later. Mid 2020 I finally got the last piece that I needed to complete my kitchen. These people will tell you anything to get your money and appease you for the moment and the cycle goes on and on. Do not believe anything they say.

Professional Flooring Corp. did a great job. The service from start to finish was excellent. Nice and friendly staff made the process nice and smooth.

All was good until it wasn’t ! Used three times first couple jobs went well. They also cracked the granite and didn’t tell us and used resin to cover it up. Showed up months later. They botched up new cabinets on install as well as the new drywall and tried to NOT be accountable for it - much NOT NEEDED aggravation. Quality has gone downhill. Also a couple of people move recommended had issues . They think their too big for their britches now! There are many others ...

They are the very best to work with, our specialist was extremely knowledgeable with their products and designed a beautiful layout for our new and beautiful kitchen we cant wait to see the completed kitchen.

I just remodeled my bathroom. Professional Flooring supplied and installed my new flooring and granite for my vanity. All for an extremely fair price and quality work. Amazing customer service and punctual. I would recommend this company and I will be using them again as a repeat customer in the near future. Go see their showroom, it is beautiful!!! They also do cabinets.

Stay away from this company! We put a $500 deposit down for Quartz countertops and were told we would be emailed pictures on the samples we liked so we could choose. We did not receive an email. I called the following day to follow up, our sale rep was not in but I was told she would email me the photos/descriptions. I was texted one photo of a slab that we did not even pick out. I felt this was a red flag so I came to google to read reviews and was not surprised of the amount of awful reviews.My husband and I decided to not move forward due to bad communication right off the bat. I called to get a refund for our deposit and was told my sales rep Marie would call me back. Did not receive a call. I called back again... was told she was at lunch... called back a third time.. was told she left for the day. At 1pm on a Monday. I then asked for a manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up, called back and was put on hold again for another 15 min. I then called back AGAIN and was told Marie would call me at 4:30pm. The manager refused to get on the phone with me and give us our refund.My husband decided to drive up there since clearly calling was not doing anything. He was told in person that the manager left for the day (which was a lie) and that we had to wait to speak with Marie... who is only a sales rep. Or come back a different day when the owner is there to get our refund. I have never seen such awful customer service.They are 100% trying to give us the run-around so they dont have to give us our deposit back. If you want to save yourself the headache, I would go with a different company.

We had a kitchen, all floors and a granite fireplace completed by this company. The results exceeded our expectations and are truly stunning. The skilled workers were super friendly and hard working. They even did extras. I can’t say enough about our experience with Professional Flooring as the price was great and the results are beautiful. Leo and Yami gave us lots of attention! I got (3) quotes and they beat the other two by $800. Easy to work with and did a great job.

Everything was great. I purchased a countertop from them. It was measured correctly and installed on time and looks amazing. No complaints, only compliments.

Countertops were not sealed properly from the install and quickly started staining and looked brown in spots. Response I was told I should have purchased a dark color if using granite in the kitchen.

They were professional and timely. The office ladies were wonderful and the installers were great hard working. The prices were very reasonable. Will do business with them again on the next project.

We found Professional Flooring through several friends whod used them and were pleased.This company came in on time and on budget for our kitchen renovation. The price is very reasonable for very good quality wood cabinets. The cabinet and granite installers took pride in their work, doing a beautiful, skillful job. The granite fabricators were artists, matching the pattern on each side of the hairline seam! The fit was exact. This is a busy company and I was impressed that they stayed on schedule, except for a few days delay from issues with our houses construction, which they immediately resolved for us. We are very happy with the result and have already given a couple of friends Professional Floorings name. Any renovation is stressful, and any busy company is juggling lots of scheduling. When the issue with our house came up, our electrician said wed be waiting about 3 months like other kitchen reno companies hed dealt with. He was amazed that the original schedule was only delayed by the few days it took Professional Flooring to fix the problem with the house. This time I was doing my kitchen which was a big project.They ran out of the quartz that I wanted, because of such a large order that they got for an apartment building.Tatiana assured me that they were getting a new shipment in and when it would arrive. They were right on time and let me tell you, it was worth the wait.They are extremely friendly and want to please you. Professional Flooring is a great company. I shopped around for quality cabinets and they had the best prices and best cabinets. Zoe and Yamy were very helpful in helping me design my kitchen and select flooring for my house. As in every project changes have to be made along the way. Tatiana made sure that the installation was done in a timely manner. She made sure that everything was perfect and I was happy with the final product. Be patient, they are very busy but will do a great job and the price will be fantastic!

I have gotten two jobs done by Professional Flooring since February. They first did my stairs in laminate. I went to several other places that wanted to charge me double what I was quoted by Leo. He was friendly and gave me a GREAT deal to get it done. The installer showed up and I thought for sure at that price something is not going to be done right. Angel did a fantastic job and was friendly and efficient. The second job was flooring for the rest of my 2200 square foot home. Tatiana was great in dealing with me as the original flooring I ordered for that never showed in the order so she helped me find something else that actually was a better choice for my home due to having 5 dogs. Angel again was my installer and while it took a bit longer than expected the house looks great and he did an AMAZING job. Their prices are way less than some of the other places like Empire, 50 Floor and I am grateful. There were a few bumps in the process but overall extremely satisfied with the job and experience.

They are really nice people but they cannot get the job done. It took over 4 months and they still have not finished. They tell you they will do things and then not do them. We were left at our house twice after taking off work and expecting them to show and never did. They do good work and they have a great product, but sticking to what they tell you and what they will do are two different things.

The granite is beautiful and the staff is helpful. They came out to install it and the guys said the cabinets were out of square (the office insisted that I pay in full even though the job was not complete) so they left after taking out the window sill and not installing the new one. My cabinet guy came out and after about five minutes determined that they must have kicked out a block of wood under the cabinet so they put another one in and left. Professional flooring came back the next day and the counter tops went right in. My only complaint is that they charged me an extra $150.00 to come back out even though it wasnt our fault and they insisted on being paid in full before the job was complete. Trying to get my $150. back but they wont return my calls. They finally gave me $75 back. I needed somebody to come out and complete a seam and he couldnt speak English. I just sent him away and Ill live with the seam. I wouldnt use them again. The juice isnt worth the squeeze as they say

Professional flooring did a good job installing new laminate in two bedrooms and a hallway for us.They kept the place clean, installation was great and they worked with us to come in early on the final day to make sure that they could accommodate our schedule

I had Hector, Javier and Ruy come and install my new granite countertops. They did an incredible job, took great care to make sure nothing got scratched or bumped. I feel they went above and beyond and I HIGHLY recommend these men!

We sat down with Andrea who was very knowledgeable and kind. We explained all of our concerns and what we wanted to get done and they delivered!!! Our kitchen and floors came out great and in budget. Special thanks to Alex and crew (floors), Tomas (cabinets) and Sammy (backsplash) and I almost forgot the guy that installed the granite (dont know his name) did an spectacular job. This gentleman work hard, fast and really good. My house looks great and we are very happy!!! Thank you guys!

Don’t bother with this place. Waited for 20 minutes and after being acknowledged by a sales representative she chose to help someone else that had just walked through the door. When I brought this to her attention not only did she not apologize she didn’t rectify the situation. As we walked out, another customer said they experienced the same treatment.

Absolutely horrible customer service which is a shame because their prices are actually very good. They came and installed our countertops and made a mistake on two of the bathrooms. We were very patient and understanding because it was an honest mistake...almost four months later we are still waiting for them to come and fix it. They keep giving us the run around and promising to call back. They even said the owner was out of the country...have no idea why that would stop them from fixing the misleading they made. Very disappointed.

They were truly amazing! They worked with our budget our schedules and even suggested cost effective ways to redo the bathroom. The entire staff is courteous and very professional. I would recommend them.

I would give no stars if it allowed me. After a hour in their showroom and voicing our concerns over our large island we paid $50 to “have the owner come out and measure”. Appointment day, 2 phone calls later and 30 minutes late the same individual that we spoke to in the showroom showed up with no owner. Was told he was on a large job in Tampa. Was told she could reach him via FaceTime. Why wasn’t this mentioned in one of the phone calls earlier. After reading other reviews and all this we are luckily only out $50 and not thousands. I would stay far away from this company.

Literally the worst company ever!!! Yes, the cabinets and flooring looks nice but it took them forever to do it. They connected my washer back but the moment my daughters washing clothes the whole house flooded!😠😠😠 If youre a professional but cant even properly reconnect a washer, then why are you in this profession? Plus the fact that my stuff in the living room are now damaged and my daughter couldve gotten electrocuted. Never again this company. Now I know why theyre so cheap.

I was hesitant at first to contract with this company due to the reviews. It seems like most people had an excellent or terrible experience. I visited 5 granite warehouses but I found Professional Flooring had the best selection with the best price and no other place could get the style i wanted to so I decided to take a chance and place my order with PF. As it turns out i had an excellent experience with this company. The crew showed up on time, were very professional and didnt mind me hovering over them. I did sign an agreement at the estimate that there would be a seam where the sink was and the granite was very narrow but the installer used a colored glue that make it practically invisible so that was not a big deal. They even hauled away my old formica tops for free which other companies charged for so i would give them a 5 rating - excellent product installed as agreed with no problems - i would recommend!

Horrible experience. Still waiting for them to finish. They broke the granite countertop, ordered the wrong cabinets, a two week project is on week 4. Im so done with them.

Absolutely the work quartz job I have ever seen. They had to measure three times and one time being the owner Leo doing it. Then had to come back 5 times to make it right and still not right. Owners wife admitted they havent done that much quartz. Then owner Leo screamed at his installers so loud I could here across the room on phone. His own people think he is wrong and said so repeated times. Worst. I am calling my credit people to.refuse charge it is that bad and going to rip out and start over with a new company. Save yourself the heartache I have been through last couple months and use anyone else. If you had been to someones house so many times to fix wouldnt you the owner be out there making it right no screaming. Just because you scream in Spanish doesnt mean I dont understand what you are saying.

This place has horrible customer service. When they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed it is an out right lie. They tried to bring cracked Granite into our kitchen and repair it without us seeing it. They cut two pieces wrong and said they lost the template. The sink has the opposite cut of the form of the sink. There were huge chips in the granite that they tried to say was typical of Granite because it’s a natural stone. When we took the pictures to the owners to ask them what they were going to do the Arrogant husband said do whatever you want I’ve got lawyers we’re not touching it. My advice is stay as far away from them as you can.

I STORONGLY DO NOT recommend doing business here. After selecting granite, they have no record of the order. Selected another one, they tell me the cost is the same if you pick it up or they install it, they then change the story and say I can pick it up 4 days later. I rearrange my schedule to pick it up, then they say it wont be ready until the following day. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great experience with this company - we have used them to install 3 kitchens and could not be happier. The girls who help put together the design and help with pickutje granite and cabinets really do an excellent job. Very professional and they took all the time I needed. The work was done precisely the way I wanted it. Thomas the installer is A+. I recommended this company to everyone. Ofcourse just like anything else. Everything does not always goes smoothly as we wish it did but they try their best to make their customers happy. I’m one of those. So if you’re looking to renovate your kitchen/ bathrooms. Don’t hesitate- prices - quality & service CANT BE BEAT!

Pass on these folks. Office has problems getting orders correct. Do not pay them until they finish. Not good at calling you back. Installers showed up without all the order due to Office not getting order right. Leo screamed he was going to call the police, beat us up, come take our money and some other words we had trouble making our he was screaming so much. He wanted paid before he was done. Our agreement was paid when complete. Its really to bad cause the installers were very good . It just was not worth all the drama the office put us though. The lie on each other, throw each other under the bus, and nothing gets done. we wanted more things added to the kitchen but they just never could seem to get it together. We are just glad we are rid of them.

This is a consumer protection warning.My company is a real estate company & professionally renovates homes.Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience in working with Professional Flooring.The entire experience was marred with major communication issues, confusion, lack of customer service & language barriers. If you call the office, you constantly get put on hold. The representatives sound like they are yelling at you when trying to talk normally on the phone. The staff make you feel like your disrupting their day by hiring them. This company desperately needs training for its staff.We paid to have the company take granite measurements & several days later during installation day, one section of granite was either the wrong piece or the wrong size. It was the companys fault & the installers agreed to retrieve the correct section, but the office manager demanded a $150 trip charge. The office manager was extremely rude, would not acknowledge the error & made no attempt at making amends.We were able to get the installers to return 5 hours later with the correctly sized granite, but they refused to finish the job & walked out of the jobsite! It was a disgrace.This company is not worth the trouble. We dont be hiring them again for any of our upcoming projects.

I had really good experience with Professional Flooring. They were quick with the price like no one else (I had to wait for other prices few days). Professional and quollity work. I will recommend to anyone.

They installed an unsealed counter and said they would send a service person to seal it. After 10 calls and 9 broken promises, I have given up. I’ll figure out how to seal it myself. To the owner:Your installers are rude.Your office people are very nice but they do not follow through with promises.It is much better to answer the phone and take a number than it is to put people on hold for 30 minutes. If you are busy take a number and call people back.Park your Maserati at home and drive the Honda to your Granite money machine.I’m done with you. I’ll gladly pay more for my next projects in exchange for better service.

I flip houses and have used Professional Flooring around 10 times. Great pricing, paired with a very professional staff that makes you feel like family. I will continue to use this company!

Tried to do business here for granite but after 4 days of calling 4 times per day they NEVER returned my call with an appt to measure. Each person said they would help.Don’t waste your time. They don’t perform

Get it all in writing and dont pay till the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction. The promises made to make it right after the payment are false and full of excuses .Goodluck but I would go elsewhere.

Install guys driving 40mph in a 15 mph residential area. I tell him to slow it down and the coward flips me the bird and drives off. These folks need to be fired and need to observe some speed limit laws and basic common courtesy.

I been using professional flooring for all my granite and I purchased a lot a tile from them have never had one problem with them theyve done a outstanding job great communications I would highly recommend them Im a property manager and Ive used them in remodeling for over 20 units since 2009

Terrible communication and reliability! They missed 2 appointments that I took off of work to sit at home for a half a day. Never called to communicate they were running behind. I called and they gave me attitude like this was my issue. Not sure I would ever use them again!!!

When this co was working on neighbors flooring.A iron bistro set(2 chairs & a small table)It was taken!I asked them to return it.Still have not done it.When addressed it further & called office.They just say..dont speak english!!

We have done business with professional flooring for a few projects. The first few times was OK. For the last project they didn’t cut the granite right, near the stove it was all crooked and the granite wasn’t sealed. Dark spot started to develop everywhere it got wet and would last for some time. We have called multiple times about these issues, had to go through on hold on the phone for ages, sent photos and were promised several times we’d get a call back but never got any follow-ups on this. We would not recommend this company to anyone. If you want a cheap granite job with rude installers and unsealed granite, and you don’t mind crooked lines then go ahead. If you want anything better than that don’t go with this company.

Problem resolution disappointing. I will start by saying the experience along the way was excellent. The ladies in the show room, the people consulting with me, the people coming to my house, all very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this outstanding service and treatment CEASED the second I gave them the final check. I have a few minor problems that I have reported thoroughly, repeatedly and have been almost completely ignored. I have sent multiple emails, texts with photos and even visited in person over the past six weeks and have yet to have problem resolution or any communication indicating progress. One issue was a cabinet was too large, another issue was the workers used 8 tubes of my personal caulk I had purchased for painting work, several areas of grout had voids and needed to be refilled and the cuts around my curved fireplace were not of the quality youd expect from a professional (huge gaps, not cut to match the curve of the brick. I have always said no company or service is perfect, in the end, it is how they respond to concerns from the consumer, and this company has failed miserably.

I hired this company to remove existing granite countertops in kitchen, install new cabinets and reinstall the existing granite. I also hired them to remove the soffits in the kitchen so I could install taller cabinets. I had them remove the soffits in the master bath as well. The only reason this company is getting 2 stars is because their cabinets are beautiful and appears to be real and solid wood as they said. I’ll also give them an extra star for the demo guys who removed the cabinets and soffits and applied the knockdown texture to ceiling. However, the cabinet install was a nightmare. There were mistakes with the sizes of the cabinets and every time I called the office Tatiana and Leo tried to wiggle their way out of it. Some cabinets weren’t properly joined together and had gaps and trim work was missing. I was told my cabinets would be the same size and fit as my previous cabinets, yet a couple of them were different upon install. They installed an 18” cabinet where I previously had a 45” one. They tried to tell me that’s how my previous cabinet was. Thank God I had pictures of the previous cabinet as proof otherwise I would have lost all that cabinet space in an already small kitchen. Another cabinet was so bad that the granite countertop hung over the side of the cabinet by 2 inches and the concrete slab on the floor was now exposed 2 inches because they didn’t butt the cabinet up to the floor. Tatiana again tried to wiggle her way out of it by telling me that I can’t expect my old cabinets from 10 to 15 years ago to be the same size and fit. I was shocked she would even try to wiggle her way out of something that was obviously done wrong instead of just fixing it. Everyone makes mistakes but the correct thing to do is fix it when you are made aware of it and not try to talk your way out of it.When they removed the granite countertops, they broke one of the pieces but NEVER made us aware of it until 5 days later when they were to come back to reinstall it. At that point I asked them how could they not let me know and had me sign their paperwork indicating I was satisfied with the removal. They had no good reason and told me I had to pay for a new piece to replace the one that was broken. We asked for them to return the one that was broken so we could see it. We wanted proof that it was indeed broken because it just didn’t make sense that they would not tell us right then and there when my husband and I were both home at the time and they could’ve easily told us. We saw them taking the pieces out and didn’t notice anything was wrong and that’s why I signed the paperwork that the removal was good. To this day, they have not provided the broken piece as proof.Tatiana wanted final payment even before the work was completed which is not in accordance with their contract. I believe the only reason they came back and corrected what they did wrong was because I refused to make the final payment until all the issues were corrected. If I hadn’t done that and based on their behavior of trying to dodge every issue, I don’t believe I would’ve seen them again had I made the full payment prior to completion.Fast forward a few weeks later when my sister had them install her kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops. Within a few days, a large drawer face on the bathroom vanity was falling off. She called them out to fix it, they promised to come out but they never did. Of course, she had already paid them in full so we figured they would just keep on making promises to come out but not return like other reviewers have said. My sister eventually paid someone else to fix it.

We needed 2 slabs of granite for our kitchen.we could only see 1 slab because they were stacked together they assured us the slabs were 99% the same but they weren`t .unfortunately they cut and installed a the slab we couldn`t see for the main portion of the kitchen, they were the same type of granite but did not have the same color or grain and flow of the one we picked out. . we talked to the owner on the phone when they brought the slabs in and told him they were the wrong slabs and he said everyone says that even though we had pictures of the slab we picked out and you could see the obvious differences ..we kept hoping the next piece installed would be from the slab we picked out since they told us we needed 2 slabs but they weren`t. since our contractor wasn`t there for the install we signed the work order. because we signed they said the wouldn`t do anything for us.if they recomend fjs constuction in deltona fl. Run !!!

Let me start by saying you pay for what you get! They have a sales location where they tell whatever you need to hear to get you to buy, but once they got your money the caring ends. I waited over thirty mins to get a call back for them to tell me I need to wait another 30 min for the only warehouse guys who know more than 2 words of English. So I got to the warehouse about 45 min (gave a few extra mins). Once I got there no one he any clue that I was coming and the warehouse guy was still no where to be found. After being there another 25 min he showed just as lost as everyone else. NO FOLLOW THROUGH, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT USE...In April of 2012, I hired this company to redo my kitchen and the flooring for my downstairs. The flooring has been the VEERY worst part of this. The crew that was sent had what seemed to be an experienced leader but not an experienced crew. The leader was here a total of about 2 days of the five day tile job. My tile is uneven throughout the entire downstairs. When the job was done, I called the several times and after a couple of cancelled appointments, the owner (the husband) came and looked. He agreed it needed to be fixed and promised me the world and said that he would come himself to make sure everything was done right. After about 3 months of me continuously calling them, they sent a new crew, (no owner in sight) to remove the worst tiles (about 15; these tiles were so uneven, meaning not flat, that they would cast a shadow on the tile next to them when the light hit it right and the corners of the tiles were sticking up and would cut into your skin) (having this worked on again meant that we had a film a dust all over the house again) The remaining tile is still uneven and our feet get scraped as we walk through our house in bare feet. In the kitchen, we are happy with the granite. The cabinets are cheap quality and show unevenness in the wood on the sides. (Even though we bought the best cabinets they had) When the cabinets were installed, they guy drilled an extra hole in one of the doors when he was putting on the handles. He covered it up with putty, colored over it with a marker but promised that he would be back the next week with a new door. It is now the end of August and I still have the door with the extra hole. I have called and spoken with the owner (the wife) who is always very sweet and always promises that “at the end of this week or next week I will send a new door to you.” In the end, we got what we paid for in product but the quality of the workmanship and customer service is extremely poor. You are better off just buying the product if you like it and paying someone else just a bit more to do the work right. We spent between $10,000 and $15,000 and are very unhappy with the quality of the work. This is extremely disappointing since we had saved for so long to do this “upgrade” to our house. Good luck with your project.

Easy, affordable and quick process! Constantly getting compliments on countertops!

At first everything seemed good. I was a little worried by the 2 Mazeratis outside but everyone should do well in our country if you ask me. We had the granite installed. Was a bit annoyed that they didnt remove a pot that literally filled with dust but I guess I forgot to remove it. Now comes the 2 parts that make me recommend you pay more somewhere else. #1They didnt seal the granite! Has to be incompetence or laziness. When water got on the counter top it would leave a dark spot for hours. It took 3 weeks and multiple calls to get someone out to help. When the 3 guys got to my house the first thing they said was that it was normal for the counter tops to do that. Then proceeded to seal the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms in about 5 mins with a spray bottle. We still have spots in the kitchen and bathrooms that darken significantly. The second major issue has been customer service. It has been terrible after they got our money and made the initial install. Maybe for a contractor to purchase from them wholesale and take it from there this place will sufice. For everyone else I would pay $10 more per square foot somewhere else so I didnt have the headaches and worries.

Owner told paying customers to F off because of mistake made by their associates. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Its horrible. They never finish them job. They installed vanity in my bathroom but still missing feelers a side and I call them 100 times and all time they say next week next week. But they never come to fix that.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! From the beginning when they installed the cabinets one was crooked. I called several times for someone to come out and fix it. The granite has now cracked and I contacted the company to only be told to send a picture and they would schedule someone to come out. It has been 2 months and no response!! This seems to be a common practice for this company. Please be wary of their quality of not only products but warranty. They will NOT respond!!

Do yourselves a giant favor and DO NOT use this company!!!! It’s a very long story that I don’t even want to think about! I have a tiny kitchen, and after so many headaches and disappointments I ended up with a kitchen I’m not happy with. I finally gave up because I didn’t want to deal with this company anymore!! I can’t imagine trying to get a big kitchen remodeled!!

Yes, I did business with professional flooring big mistake they left razors and granite in my front yard after calling the business on several occasions about my concern not even the courtesy of a call back.I would not recommend them to anyone ever again

Buy a granite in this place the installation fien a disaster, crooked, badly cut, badly put I think that neither an apprentice does that kind of work, Nobody responds for the installation so we will see what lawyer can help lost moneyDo not buy anything in this place do not lose your dollars because those of us who work honestly hurt us to steal in this way!
