My 07 Tahoe had white/feedback noise from an install at another shop (1yr with this noise, annoying as hell). The guys were able to solve the issue within an hour.. system works properly and sounds good.
I am in awe of this place. I called to inquire about a issue I was having with my car audio. Greg made an appointment on Saturday morning at 9.30 am. I arrived on time and was met with an enthusiastic Greg who spent over 20 minutes analyzing the issue. He pinpointed the problem and referred me to an expert to get the issue resolved. He did not charge me anything for the time he spent on my vehicle. We need a lot of honest hard working people like Greg to make this a wonderful world. Such an amazing place with genuine people. Walked in there because I installed my radio incorrectly and in a couple of months it fried. Went there with a new radio and within the same week Greg made me an appointment and took care of installing it in the same day. Everyone was super sweet and the price is very reasonable. I was not displeased at all and I’ll going there another day to get a amp and sub’s put into my car. Definitely a worthy place of your time and money.
I took my car to have the speakers installed and everyone I spoke to was very professional and polite. Im forgetful of names, but the professional that worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and had me on the road so fast it felt like drive threw. When you have to make an appointment to get work done because they are so busy they dont do walk ins you know you found a great shop. The price that I was charged is unbeatable. Believe me I called around. Im so thankful there are shops around still that dont take advantage even when they can. Thank you.
After reading reviews from other businesses, I decided to purchase a head unit from Electronics Depot. I spent over 35 years in customer service and Im extremely picky. I can honestly tell you this was the best experience ever. The entire staff were professional and did a better job than expected. My friend was so impressed, he had one installed in his vehicle. I called five times before I could get ahold of any employees. Someone picked up the fifth time and they had a really bad attitude when I asked a simple question regarding if I would be able to get any rates before coming in to get my car fixed. I also wanted to make an appointment but the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude the entire conversation.

I was extremely please., Did not want to replace my Auto car Stereo (time and $) but had to, not the 1st place I called, but after speaking with manager (Greg) I felt they were going to treat me right and do a good job. I was having issues with my 2015 Ford Explorer, it no longer was communicating with my Bluetooth with maps and text messages. I went to Electronics Depot and Greg was ever so helpful and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem told me what to do to solve it, and sent me on my way! The problem was a Verizon issue, not a car issue. I will definitely recommend Electronics Depot to my friends!

These guys are great and knowledgeable. Keep in mind, they are super popular and you will have to make an appointment. I had a strange problem, crackles intermittent. They diagnosed it and it turns out the previous owner of my car created a short in one of my rears! I upgraded the rears to small kickers, and all I can say is WOW! I love this place, coming back in a few weeks and upgrading my front ones.

For a business that primarily deals in late model vehicles, they treated my 81 with just as much care and respect as a vehicle worth 100x more. I needed a very specific off grid wiring configuration & a from scratch sound system. Most everything needed new/hard wiring. Not only is the turnaround time extraordinary but the service is top notch. WOW!!! I would highly recommend this business!! I called a week ahead and made an appointment for 9 AM. I was greeted by Patrick, whom I had talked with on the phone, and Greg, the owner. Patrick took a quick look at my car speakers, and made a diagnosis. He assured me he would not fix anything that werent broke. (Rear speakers.) He told me an approximate time frame, called me after he had looked at the damaged speakers, and told me they would be replaced within the half hour.I could not be more pleased with my experience. Two hard-working, fair and honest guys, and darn nice human beings!!
