If I could give this place a ZERO I WOULD!!! Poor customer service today. I walked in behind a gentlemen there was a female employee who helped him right away, never was I greeted or acknowledged for being there! Waited in line for about 5 minutes, the door opens a lady comes in, this time a MALE employee comes out of the side room and greets her immediately asking “ how may I help you “, myself along with the first customer who walked in had to tell him I was next in line! He completely overlooked me, had a HORRIBLE attitude, I will never come to this location again! Keep in mind I asked him his name, he refused to give me his name, I asked for a manager he told me “ I will not HELP YOU AND YOU CAN LEAVE NOW ”, they have cameras every store has cameras inside, maybe the owner should look back to review the interaction that went today and share his feedback, if you don’t like your job DONT COME! Thank you for guiding me to go next door to o’reilly where the customer service was much more pleasant!!!

Your customer service was fantastic! My iPhone battery has needed replaced for a while and I was about to get a new phone ( that I didnt really want to spend the money on), because I wasnt sure that a new battery would be worth it. I stumbled on reviews for this store and thought for $50, I would give it a try. Justin did a wonderful job, and the work was done quickly and well. The battery came with a warranty and it has only been a couple of days, but seems to be going strong. I dont need to keep my phone plugged in constantly. Great service all around. Will definitely recommend.

Poor Customer Service!!!!!I brought a light bulb for a track light in November 2019 they call me within the week advising they don’t have the track light. A guy from the Altamonte Springs location advised they will give me a different comparable light.I order this this product online with 5% off for online orders with a pick up at the store to find out they complete change my order to the different light bulb with no records of the light bulb I actually order. I would not have a problem with it until I notice it was not comparable and it was a complete different brand and size. It was much smaller and would not fit the track light that it was needed for.How did you think it was comparable. The sale person was completely unaware of the order change with no notes in the system until I show the ordinal order confirmation on my phone. I was told they will provide me the actual bulb once they order it and it come in.Well now it January 2020 I still have no light bulb and I completely forgot I pay for something over the holidays and never received it I received this email survey asking how did my services go after picking up the light bulb.Well horrible because I spend my money and never received the product or a refund but received this email regarding services. I will never buy from them or do any services because this is ridiculous I have to try to now get my money back for something I never received. Its not worth the hassle shopping with them anymore. Safe yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else-anywhere but here

I went in to get a razor scooter battery and Joe was more than helpful. He saw that I was struggling to find the correct part number and immediately jumped in to help me out. He went out of his way to look for the right part number, explained the difference in volts and amps and what it meant to my sons riding time etc. Its people like Joe that make places like this worth going to, I know people are now doing on line shopping for almost everything, but theres no replacement for customer service like this. Thank you Joe. I will be going to batteries plus from now on for ALL my battery needs.

While in person, the staff was awesome, very polite, and helpful. But over the phone, it is hard to get a straight answer. Getting a different story every time I call about repairs to my phone.In person I was told it would take a day or two, over the phone the story was 5 to 7 days. I do not know who to believe. I all I do know is that it has been a couple of days, still no repaired phone back in my hand, and no one even knows if the part has been ordered! Lack of communication is astounding to meEdit: I did get it back, as good as new. The staff made it good with me, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone! Oh, and if you need key fobs programmed for your vehicle, take it here, they are easily half the price of any of the nearby locksmiths!

Fast item replacement service

I scheduled my appt online for a battery replacement for my iPhone at store #038. When I arrived at the store for pickup, Justin Dabne then told me that he changed my order. He never gave me a curtesy call to inform me that the changes made to the order increased the price by $15 and voided the coupon presented at checkout. I was given no option to make a decision about the transaction.Good quality customer service procedures were not followed here. I will not be returning nor recommending Batteries+ services to any one else.

Did not really know that Batteries Plus Bulbs in Altamonte did key fob programming until I came across their website. My 18 Honda Accord needed another key fob. I had already purchased a replacement earlier and needed it to programmed and the internal key to be cut. I called around to several Honda dealers and got several programming quotes ranging from $65-$135. Also, some dealers were going to charge extra to cut the key. Some wouldnt do it at all if the fob was not purchased from them. I spoke to Joe at Batteries Plus Bulbs and he said that they could indeed program my key fob. Not only that, but they could do it for only $35! Joe was able to finish the programming and cut the key in less than an hour. The new key fob worked perfectly! Very impressed with the high quality service and the price. If you need a new key fob and programming, check these guys out first. Likewise, they do repairs on all kinds of personal electronic devices like phones, laptops, tablets, etc.

Freaking love this place. I never thought a place like this would be that necessary. Welp.. I was way WRONG. I dont even remember when I frequented this location the first time, but now...they have now done 2 battery swaps on my personal vehicles with higher quality batteries and for about a $120 cheaper than a local car dealership in town .They have replaced my phone screen twice now, about $100 cheaper than the next competition. I just left with 4 spot lights for my house and a high end durable flash light at a great price. On my way out today.I found out..they even change WATCH batteries..... I overheard another customer in there asking...

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted cordially and offered assistance. I only came in for some colored light bulbs but there were so many other things I needed! Jason Church was so helpful, informative, courteous and funny! It was a fun experience. I have been going to this location for years for batteries for cars, watches, etc. and have always enjoyed the experience. Interestingly enough, there have been other Batteries Plus locations I have visited where the service was no where near as good!

I went right before a hurricane and the store was packed but to my surprise I was helped right away by a store member who helped me find the right battery for my generator and my solar generator. They even helped me make sure the battery for my solar generator would fit since it was a different type of battery. Overall the staff was great, the prices are on a little bit of the high side but I think thats just for the Kind of batteries I had to get.

I went into the Batteries Plus Altamonte location twice in the last week for some indoor flood light bulbs and again for additional light bulbs. Thank-you to Richard and Brandon for being so helpful and taking the time to explain my options, saving me time and confusion. You both are truly a great example of great customer service. On top of having a necessary battery for my vehicle at a good low price with warranty, they were willing to apply a discount to match competition. The associate, Brandon, went above and beyond to supply us with the part *and* install it. This was all while being the only associate on duty to assist others as well. Brandon was completely thorough, polite, kind, and he did not cut any corners. He even allowed my father to test a lithium product on his phone to determine if he needed an upgrade—to which Brandon also offered a discount. This was above and beyond what we expected from anyone, and it certainly closed a very stressful chapter in our week. I would absolutely recommend Batteries Plus to anyone, and I would hope Brandon get fully rewarded for his expert assistance.

I have been going to the store since 2012. I visited on Saturday, 1 September, to get a new battery for my motorcycle. I always bring in my old one for them to recycle. Anyway, the person who helped me was wonderful! His name is Mike, and he is the real embodiment of something that has long fallen to the wayside over the years, and has become rather elusive:Excellent Customer Service!!Mike had awesome professionalism, really trying to help me to see if the battery was in the system and under warranty, because he recognized as one of their own, but could not find the purchase in the computer. It took a while, because he was doing his job, and someone had misspelled my name. Anyway, I was ever so grateful because the previous people who helped me did not take the steps mike did, and they tried to sell me a battery a step down. Battery would’ve been OK but it was not as good as the Duracell, they wanted money, when come to find out I was still under the warranty.Mike just happened to walk up there during the transaction and noticed the battery the other people were trying to give me/sell me as a replacement was a step down from the Duracell. Thank you, Mike!!

I have a Ford Focus that you have to move parts of the engine to install the battery. I had gone to an automotive store that couldnt do it! And the man here had it in, in minutes! Great Job! I ordered on line because it stated the battery was in stock at my local store, not only was the battery NOT in stock at the one near me in ALTAMONTE SPRINGS but no store in ORLANDO FL. I was promised it would be ordered the NEXT day and it was NOT. It was ordered 2 days after purchasing it on line. I waited a week for the battery to arrive, When I asked for some kind of compensation for misleading The customer, local store Not calling back when they promised and waiting for week. They passed me a mail in rebate that was already due to me. I called the corporate # as I purchased the battery on line where they told me its a franchise and therefore only the manager can assist any further. I paid on line Not the store. The corporate manage has NEVER called me back after several calls and voicemail. This was a very unsatisfying, underwhelming lack luster customer experience by FAR

I was helped by Brandon and Joe. Had a lot of issues with my key fob not working. They ordered me a new one, programmed it, spent the time explaining to me what was happening, treated me like a very important customer! Would definitely recommend these two gentlemen!

Overcharged me, still waiting for credit . and now they pick the phone and hang up. It doesnt take that long to process the credit. just called one last time this morning after they told me to wait 2 more days and they picked the phone and then hang up without saying anything.my 2nd option now is to dispute the charge with my bank.

I needed a replacement battery for my garage door opener and Batteries Plus had a Duracell branded battery for 50% less than HD wanted for the Chamberlain brand. The only difference was that the positive terminal was not the same size as the original battery. The Batteries Plus employee recognized the difference immediately and without hesitation, quickly soldered an adapter to the battery to make it fit my application.

These guys are great! Bought a hard to find battery for my 2015 Suburban online and they called me when it was ready. Then they installed it for free! Great service, very fast and friendly. I highly recommend batteries plus in Altamonte Springs. Jason did a great job.

This store and specifically the tech were fast, efficient and I was in and out in 10 minutes for an iPhone battery change. Making an appointment on line was efficient as well!

I won’t go through everything that occurred but I must say that I was not happy with their service in Altamonte. Reason specifically without going into detail are: 1. They never called me when they said they would on various occasions. 2. They did not do what they said they were going to do and failed to call me to explain why. 3. What should’ve taken one day took almost 2 weeks and at the end of it all my repair was not made. I would like to note that I was not charged for any work so there’s that.

The three guys who work there - Cody, Mike, and Jason - made for a pleasant buying experience. They were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and even helped carry the battery out to my car because I had to carry my daughter. The battery I purchased online was not in stock, but they still made sure I walked away with an equally or higher rated battery for the same price.

Go to place for ALL your battery needs. I was searching for a battery for an older model phone that the big box stores no longer had in stock. I was able to find it here and with a lifetime warranty. They also do a battery test and provide useful suggestions if they dont have what you need.

Charged me to install a battery for remote to my car without my consent. The battery didnt need to be changed. i just wanted an extra one in my car.Then hector tried to keep the battery that was in the remote.When I clearly told him it dont need to be replaced.but wait its free to install a battery into my car? I go there first for any key fobs, batteries, and screen fixes for my Moto Z4. Their warranties are wonderful, and they keep their spoken word promises as well. Much faster screen fixes, slightly cheaper, and I have seen how sincerely hard the guys who work there try to do a quality job, way better than the fix it places.

I was happy with the two staff members that were in the store when I arrived. They knew what had to be done and went about the business of doing the work. The installation went very well and I was on my way with the new battery. Now, if battery holds up as well as service all will be great.

I ordered a light on line to pick up at Batteries Plus. I received two e-mails. One confirmed my order the second said my order was in and ready to pick up. When I go by to pick it up the item is not there and will not be in for a week. I did get it in a week but the confusing e-mails were a pain. This was not the fault of the store personal.

My car battery was bad, so I was looking for a good quality battery at a good price with a lengthy warranty to back it up. Batteries Plus Bulbs signature car battery is Duracell, which had many good reviews at a good price with a 3 year warranty (for the Duracell Ultra Gold). You cant beat that with Walmart or Advance Auto Parts. Plus you just pull up to the store front and theyll install it for you. I was also pleasantly surprised the store was well staffed on the weekend. The staff (Shawn) was honestly caring and did not rush me out the door or try to push additional sales or added warranties. Thank you.

Batteries Plus in Altamonte was very helpful during the SIP order. I couldnt find a thermometer but was able to find a battery for one I had with their help.

Replaced watch batteries in 3 watches with lifetime replacement warranty. Great service from Joe, and reasonable pricing. Have made purchases there before and will again in the future.

Great experience as usual even though they didnt carry the battery I was looking for. He not only searched the company website, he checked many in stock that looked like they might have worked. One a little fatter, one a little taller, etc, but he tried so hard.
