This is my second visit. My family really likes the food. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Oh, and you have to try the coffee! It’s delicious. Between everyone I know and my family, I have yet to hear a bad review. So, you can’t go wrong with whatever you order! Enjoy, because we definitely do and will!!!

Oh my goodness. yum is my first thought! 🤤 I have been yearning to find a place like those in Puerto Rico who have scrumptious cheese pastries.. and I found that at Zazas! I took a half dozen to-go after trying just one!My service was good as there was barely any people inside; however during a slight rush I noticed patrons waiting around for there food.. looks as if they could definitely use more employees. Waiter was doing take out orders as well as those who ordered for dine in and bussing tables.Coffee is self serve.. they have three brews.. even the light is bound to put hair on your chest! There is not much of a huge selection for creamers which was a let down but overall I would come back just for those quesitos!

I ordered a ropa vieja and un picadillo to go, restaurant was empty no one there, not busy, so its awesome they would get my order right. They gave ne less than 3oz portion of ground beef and for the shredded beef dish they filled it up with juice. Very disappointed in portion sizes, rice is also very soggy and overcooked. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Zaza is so popular now in Lake mary. Its so clean inside. I have to say it is the best coffee I have ever had! Very Bold and Smoky, Earthy. If you love this kind of coffee, youll love Zaza. But they missed an order when I picked my food up. And they didnt apologize, thats why I only give a four star. The steak was very flavorful. I had an awesome breakfast overall.

The food was very good! Service was courteous and accommodating!A bit noisy today as a repairman was working on the soda dispensing machine! So, it was annoying & uncomfortable eating with the vacuuming & cleaning of the unit!Ill planon returning & hopefully with a better review!

At one time they gave alot more food .The pork was so small of a portion all rice and beans

You walk in and it is very clean the staff were friendly. We ordered the Steak and the Chicken entrees, both were full of flavor and we both enjoyed them. We will definitely be back. Give them a try if you are in the area.

Recently moved to Sanford but glad theres still a Zaza New Cuban Diner in delivery distance!Got TWO 😄 PALOMILLA STEAKS 🥩 - Thinly carved round steak w/ seared onions. Deliciously seasoned.Also got the SOUP DE POLLO 🐔 - Chicken Soup with Cuban Toast.And sides of CONGRI 🍚 (Rice n black beans) and ROASTED POTATOES 🥔 (has Garlic Cloves)Ok time enter a food coma, lol. Ive been to Zaza numerous times and I recommended it to a friend today but the service from Wendy specifically was like she was not happy to be at work and she was rushing our order she just looked genuinely dissatisfied with her job I hope everything gets better for her.. as far as this location I will not be returning I was wondering why it looked so dead..now I know.

Great food but the cleanliness is very very poor. Is uncomfortable eating in a place with these conditions.

Coffee is fantastic, so many places dont know how to make a proper espresso but they hit the mark every time. Cant go wrong with anything that includes Cuban bread.

Second time we have visited (2 different locations). The food is amazing... we had Cubans, Mojo and Vaca Frita plates, pastries, and coffee. We were in town for a wedding and went out of the way to return here... had breakfast and took to go for dinner! Also taking home a box of pastries and bag of coffee beans!

Overrated, I came with my mother hoping to have a enjoyable experience, no water or hot sauce without asking in advance at the counter or after you sit down for your food, this place screams Cuban place in “lake Mary” idk how much more tame the food can be.Take away from this : couldn’t enjoy food out, with my mother. having to get up multiple times to deal with the wrong coffee, no salsa or hot sauce, no water at the table. Tell me when I can enjoy the meal with my mother . Food was not impressive either, tasted like asic chicken and rice with black beans. No heat no bold flavor

This was my first visit to zazas I was very excited to try the new Cuban Dinner because I love Cubans on the run. I was extremely disappointed the pork was clearly made one day but not the day I ordered it it was so awful the flavor was clearly left over for multiple days. And the rope of vieja had no meat it was just a slushy Stewie looking juice. The rice was dry and the portion was so small you can see the bottom of the container .I will share pictures!the mojito..... I dont know what that was!!When I ordered I asked if they had curbside pickup. Due to my mobility problems. I was told to call when I arrive. I did and I was on hold for about 8 minutes. Sitting out front. Noticing theres not very many customers. Finally I had to go in, in order to get my food... just to get home and see how disappointing it was!

First time at this location and no regrets. I ordered the vaca frita which might i add was delicious, tender and flavorful. I also ordered 6 quesitos and they came straight out of the oven to die for!!! ENJOY

We had the Cubano & Pan con Bistec sandwiches, along with Quesitos & Cortado. The food was delicious! Also, the staff was very polite & helpful, there was a good flow of customers, which is always nice to see. Plus, the outside seating was clean, especially this time of year.

Prices are a bit higher than other similar places, but great food and service. Ate outside in the covered porch during a storm, had a great time.

Cuban, beef empenadas, and plantains.Twas truly excellent. All of it. Everything.The restaurant itself was noticeably spotless.The woman at the register was very friendly and seemed happy. The cook himself took credit for my compliments. I very much look forward to returning.

Visited the Lake Mary location six months since my last great visit. Ordered the picadillo and a beer. The picadillo was a tasteless mound of ground beef with hardly any seasonings and a bit dried out. The black beans were inoffensive but had no taste. ( A little salt in their food would help.) The maduros were a bit dried out and tough. The beer was cool and the young man said he thought the fridge was not working properly. He was very pleasant and courteous. This was a disappointing experience specially since I had been recommending ZaZA to my friends. No more.

A good variety of Cuban food. Tried the chicken platter, with veggies and roasted red potatoes. Pretty good. Nice ambiance with cool music.

So Zaza was full we grab our table and soon after it was packed. We ordered 2 omelets one with american cheese the other with provolone cheese and coffee and a large orange juice. People entered and sat at the coffee bar, we notice 3 couples that came in after us were SERVED BEFORE US. This was about half an hour AFTER we sat down. Then when our food finally arrives it was all wrong from the cheese we wanted to what was in the omelets!!! We ask to speak to a Manager who took quite a while because he was cooking. When he finally comes we tell him what happens and wants to give us pastries!!! Were like NO!!! We want our money back and just want to leave... When getting our money back the Manager realizes they over charged us for one of the omelets!!! Couldnt figure out what they did. Then to top it all off they NEVER EVEN GAVE US OUR ORANGE JUICE WHICH WE HAD ODDER and told him about this as well. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ANYMORE!!!

Best Cuban food in town! They even have one of my favorite desserts QUESITO!!

Id like to give this place at least 1 more try given that my order was delivered. The Cuban sandwich was just not good. It cold and soggy, and just sort of fell apart when I picked it up. Kinda tasted more like a hot ham sandwich than a Cuban sandwich. Next time Ill have to eat there for a fresher experience to really gauge how I feel about it.

One of the best Cuban restaurants in the area! The Vaca Frita is slap your abuela good! The Tuesday dinner special is a great value! And dont forget to get some fresh baked duces (the questions and the guava con queso are my recommendations). Enjoy!

Fast nuvo-Cuban food. The food was fresh and tasty. The recipes are based on traditional Cuban with a twist. Their Cuban sandwich is a Media Noche. Well done but name was confusing. The black beans were served without white rice which was another confusion factor. Wish they also served plantains. Indoor and outdoor seating. A small bar inside serves to replace the traditional lunch counter and walk up window. The place was clean and open decor. Will come back. May try their version if Cuban coffee. Lifes an adventure.

I got the Palomilla and it was very good. The beans were a little bland for being Cuban black beans but not bad at all. The service needs help. People were not friendly. The pastelitos were amazing and the coffee as well.

Went with my husband and it was very bad. People that came in after us was served 3 couples to be exact. Then when we finally get our order they completely mixed everything up, and this was after waiting a good half an hour. We call the Manager who took about 15 minutes to come cuz he was busy cooking. Explain what happened and wants to offer us pastries. We said No we would like our money back and leave. Come to find out they overcharged us,so that took a minute to figure out. When he finally figured it out we informed the Manager again were still waiting on our orange juice that we never received with order and were now leaving!!! Very Unhappy Customers!!!

Delicious!! I LOVE the food. I eat vegetarian, and their options meet my needs and are absolutely delicious. We order from Zaza regularly for our office lunch, and the entire office is always excited to chow down. I love the flavoring on the roasted vegetable mix and the red potatoes. The black beans are well seasoned. I highly recommend!

Im a picky Cuban food eater...well since Im Cuban. Ive eaten this food all my life, but, OMG!!! Their Pan con Bistec sandwich is to die for. Its so so so good!!! Try it! Their Cuban sandwich too, good stuff my friends.

First time customer and I’d return. Being from Miami, my criteria for an authentic Cuban restaurant is a bit different than most other people. My experience was not bad only having tried just one breakfast item it was close but no cigar. Overall good.

Ive always love the food here but today I ordered from uber eats and put specific notes so they would not forget the sauces. The sauces were not in the bag and the food just wasnt wow like it normally is I hope they are just having an off day.

People are great. The have a weird way of making egg sandwich where they will only do your eggs scrambled.You have to ask them to fry your eggs if you do not care for scrambled, just like myself. I also asked for scrambled eggs with ham. They scrambled the eggs and sent ham on the side. No one asked me whether I wanted ham inside or outside the eggs. Be very specific. Coffee is delicious.Service is very good. I will not beat anything outside breakfast here as I do not feel their seasoning of the food is right, based on previous experiences. Too much salt, too little flavor. Again that is just me. You.might really like it. I am Hispanic and I know good tasting Hispanic food when I eat it.

Tried this place out last Saturday and the food was delicious I highly recommended. The ropa vieja is do tasteful, the croquettes everything was delicious, fast friendly service! I will be back!

I went to Zazas to order some takeout on 1/9/2020 for the first time. I stood in the little lobby for fifteen minutes. Employees looked at me but never acknowledged I existed. They apparently do not have any staff working the counter. They only care about guests sitting in the restaurant. Will not be going back.
