This place is awesome, it has all kinds of cool memorabilia from marvel, DC to all kinds of anime.

Very cute but you are better off purchasing online. I didnt see one backpack in store that I was looking at online. You can purchase online and pick up in store. I will say when I went to the store, their was a female employee that was telling 2 other coworkers she wanted to punch a customer in the face and then slap another about 10 minutes later. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but not professional at all. Out in the in middle of the shop were kids were.

Went to this location on Monday. There were 3 women working in the store at the time. I had 2 items in had to purchase but over heard a conversation they were having. They were bad mouthing a previous customer who asked for a discount on a puzzle that had a damaged box. The guest requested to see if the puzzle pieces were affected inside. Not really a big deal but it was absolutely disgusting the 3 Box Lunch employees were bad mouthing the customer after she left. I put back the items I wanted to purchase and I left the store.

I absolutely love this store. You can find anything that you love in here. Wide range of interests. Really fun stuff, Ive found it to be one of my Go To stores for cool shirts and gifts for friends.

This is one of my favorite stores and not just Boxlunch itself but this specific one in Altamonte. The employees are always happy and helpful, the managers are very friendly and caring, the store always looks organized, clean and amazing. I visit there once a week and I am always received with a warm greeting, I shop and when I leave they always acknowledge me, and so I always leave the store with a smile. I recommend this store very much for everyone.

Sorry about the blurry photo didnt mean for that to happen but box-lunch is a really cool place to look in they have a lot of cool trendy little things Harry Potter stuff they had some all real monsters Palmetto place to shop the staff was really nice the vibe inside is nice and chill they even had an old school metal lunch box.

I love this store. As a huge Disney fan I can find great items and the selection is different each time. I love that a portion of each sale goes to a great charity organization.

Clever store with lots of fun novelty items and interesting shirts from serieses long past. Ive seen everything here from Sailor Moon to Spongebob. Items are reasonably priced given their source material, but some people dont realize that BoxLunch as a store chain is actually partially non-profit and works to donate meals to local food banks and fight hunger--hence, their name, BoxLunch. Im always a sucker for shopping with a cause, and the ever-changing stock and witty selection of BoxLunch is always a fun experience. I make sure to stop by each and every time Im at the mall--and their promos, sales, and Kohls Cash-esque rewards system is always a plus as well.

Wonderful place with lost of pop culture items from movies, shows, and animes. They even sell exclusive only items only available from them which is nice and have a rewards program thats nice to use if you frequent these stores or shop online.

Didnt find anything this time but they have some unique gifts so stop in and take a peak

Horrible Customer Service. And ignorant employees. Won’t be back to this location! Walked in without a mask and the girl at the register asked that I walk back outside the store to put my mask on and then come back in. I walked out but won’t be going back in there EVER! Not a thing I need bad enough from that store to be treated like a child.

Staff is great, it was very appreciated that theyre limiting the amount of people inside for covid

I LOVE BoxLunch! They have a great selection of products, plenty of sizes in store and the store is neat and organized. Stroller navigation is easy in a tandem then side by side double.The clerks are helpful and friendly.

Their store is so cute. Lots of great things. All different characters and items. Theyre a little pricey though so I dont think I can buy too much without saving up for something that I really want.

Staff is always nice. I love seeing the items they have! The store is a little small but they get as much as they can in. Only reason its not 5 stars is because of the pricing. The deals are ok but full price is a little much. Otherwise weve bought items a few times and they are all good quality.

Great selection of fan items. Advertised discounts were not completely honest. The entire store 50 percent off discount didnt ring up that way. Worked out to be about 30 percent. However really like to items.
