My boyfriend and I couldn’t have had a better experience at the Jared in Altamonte. At the time, a lady named Sandra helped us in the beginning; she was fantastic, helped us pick out exactly what we wanted, and stayed in the price range. The manager Gema was absolutely great. Gema was very personable with us every step of the way and she made the process fun. She was always easy to keep in contact with out of store with any additional questions we had. We will definitely be returning in the future! I would recommend this Jared over any other ones in the surrounding areas.

Joanne was kind, courteous, and really went above and beyond to meet my needs and order what it needed for repairs. She genuinely cared about my ring and it’s integrity. Chris had the pleasure of working on my ring and I am 100% satisfied! There was damage I hadn’t even mentioned that he saw and went ahead and fixed without me having to ask. I just got my wedding band resized and cleaned it was an extremely pleasant experience. The ring fits perfectly and it looks better than it ever did. Went to the store to pick out a wedding ring for my fiance. The gentleman informed us it would take 89 days to order the ring in his size. We promptly left and went through an online vendor to find the right ring in the right size. Disappointed that we were not able to find what we were looking for in stock today.
Trent one of the guy’s that works on the watches was extremely helpful and such a cool guy! He helped repair my watch in no time and was very respectful and I would highly recommend going to him specifically if you want to have your watch repaired or even look at a watch. 10 out of 10!
I love my wedding ring that my husband bought for me from Jareds. Its very unique and I get compliments on it all the time. When I took it in to get cleaned and inspected, an associate named Trent helped me. He was so friendly and helpful and made me feel like a priority. He offered to clean my other jewelry I had on as well and did a terrific job. The jewelry peices looked like new. Thank you.
We love this place and we love the staff! Sebastian helped us with our very first purchase(our wedding rings), and has since, helped us with many other beautiful pieces! The care that he takes with us each time we come in is extraordinary. We’ve also worked with many of the other staff members and have had the same experience with them. I have had nothing but excellent service at the store I work specifically with Juliet. She always helps me find exactly what I’m looking for from engagement rings to watch his two recently I purchased a new gold necklace for myself. I’m always greeted very kindly and my jewelry is always cleaned/repaired in a very timely manner. Most Recently I purchased pandora jewelry for my mother for Christmas and Juliet Came back from her lunch break early to help me. I was extremely back-and-forth over different pieces but she was so helpful and did not get frustrated with my indecision and I ended up picking the perfect pieces with her help. I highly recommend coming here for your jewelry purchases.

I have tried to find out when this store will open up again. Ive called the parent company and they had no idea. Since there is no information on the website, Im assuming this store is permanently closed due to COVID19. I guess I will have to find another Jared location to take my business to. Sad.

I recently purchased an additional band for my wife and my 5 year anniversary. The young lady that helped us was very nice, extremely accommodating (we had a trade situation that was a challenge), had some great discount offers, and made for a great experience.However, this 5 star rating really is due to a man named Mark, that was able to help me figure out why my bill was not correct. Promises were made, but did not show up on the bill, making for a very upset (temporarily) customer; Mark was able to help get everything corrected. I will make additional purchases at this particular Jared due to Marks professionalism and help.

Bought our engagement and wedding rings from this location. When taking them in for their routine inspection I informed the sales associate that one of the diamonds on my engagement ring was sticking up. I had to leave it for a couple of days to be fixed. Went to pick up the ring and nothing had changed, when I pointed it out to the sales associate she said oh hang on a minute, took the ring in the back and came out with an extended piece of white gold covering some of the diamond to hold it in place. That was how they fixed it. The next time I took my rings for inspection I again had to leave my engagement ring because the under carriage had a split in it. Again after a few days I go to pick up the ring and they never fixed anything. Instead of waiting I just took it home as it was. I now just took the ring again to be inspected this last week and asked that they fix the spit in the ring that wasnt done the last time I was there. When I went to pick up my ring IT STILL WASNT FIXED. Left the ring again and was promised someone would call me when it was ready and that it would be done the same day. Two days have now gone by and when I call I am told the ring will be ready at 2pm. I stated again can someone please call me. The associate promises to call. At 3pm I had to call to see if it was done. This is the WORST service!!!!

I bought my engagement ring 10 years ago and have continued to use Jared since for jewelry. I also buy the service plan so every 6 months we take all our jewelry in for inspections. They always clean them to perfection, reshape the rings if wear and tear have occurred, and fixed any issues they find at no cost to us. In my experience they take care of us with no frustrations.
Move to Florida from Virginia. Visited this store to have jewelry inspected and discovered service like we had never experienced. All associates were knowledgeable and friendly. Hemma assisted us and worked for over an hour.Her professionalism was very appreciated.
I honestly have no idea why the other reviews were so negative. Every single person at this location was extremely helpful and not pushy. David went above and beyond and was a delight! We bought a wedding ring set and have now gone there for all of our jewelry needs.
I BOUGHT MY HUSBAND A $2000.00 GOLD CHAIN FOR CHRISTMAS. THE FIRST TIME HE WORE IT (12 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE) THE CLASP DID NOT HOLD AND IT FELL OFF HIS NECK. THIS HAPPENED AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING. CONSIDERING THE COST OF THE CHAIN WE WENT BACK TO JAREDS LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE. NICOLE IN JEWELRY REPAIR WANTED ME TO BRING IN SOME GOLD CHAIN AND SHED MAKE A SAFETY CHAIN OR IF I DIDNT HAVE ANY GOLD CHAIN, SHED HAVE TO CHARGE ME OVER A $100.00 SHE SHOWED ME IN A BOOK THE CLASP THAT WAS ON THE CHAIN. IT WAS MEANT FOR A LIGHTWEIGHT NECKLACE, NOT THE CHAIN I PURCHASED. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT JARED SHOULD HAVE REPLACE THE CLASP WITH SOMETHING MORE SUBSTANTIAL WITHOUT CHARGE. I BOUGHT MY HUSBAND A CHAIN AT JAREDS ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AND HE LOST IT BECAUSE THE CLASP DID NOT HOLD AND IT FELL OFF HIS NECK AND HE DID NOT REALIZE IT UNTIL LATER. IM DONE WITH JAREDS. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN. THEY ARE OVER-PRICED AND DO NOT SELL QUALITY JEWELRY.
Jared Altamonte Springs can NOT be trusted. I took two items in for inspection yesterday and was told my engagement ring needed $700 worth of repairs. I took it to another jeweler for a second opinion and they told me it absolutely did NOT need all the work that Jared told me it did and they fixed it for $42. My husband took another item in to have a diamond replaced and Jared quoted twice what a am able to purchase at the other jeweler.

EXTREMELY likely to recommend Jareds in Altamonte Springs! We visited several jewelry stores in and around the area. What made the experience so great and, one of the main reasons why we chose Jareds, was because of your EXCELLENT jeweler Mukund Minawala. Mac. Mac went above and beyond to discover what would fit best for my Fiance. He first asked us about our story and methodically asked all of the right questions to determine what concepts and designs would work best for us. He showed us several different options for both the rings and the diamond selections. Macs no pressure approach really stood out from the other experiences we had. His experience and professionalism made us trust him with our important decision. We even spoke about him a few times after the first consultation and said how he made the experience a pleasurable one. My fiance and I do not put a price on what we want, especially when it comes to life changing, memorable experiences. We spent a bit more than anticipated, but that doesnt matter. Because Mac made the experience so pleasant with his kindness and product knowledge, we decided to go with Macs advice as he showed us so many different options. We will certainly refer Mac to our family and our close friends.Mac really made our experience a pleasurable one. Many other jewelers were very pushy, always trying to get me to sign up or apply for a credit card before even looking at what we might like. We really liked Macs approach during the entire process. No pressure and he actually listens to what you say. Very nice guy with a big heart. I appreciate how Mac made my fiance comfortable. I will be back to Jareds soon to make more purchases and I will be looking for Mac.

I actually had an amazing experience with Jared. I dont know if they had a big restructuring here or not but I was shopping for jewelry and was new to the entire process. I had an agent sit down with me and spend 3 hours with me looking at options, qualities, cuts, etc. They did this while full knowing I wasnt going to buy anything that night (and I didnt). They took time to educate me and tell me whats really worth it. I do not feel at all like they pushed me to buy the most expensive thing or were trying to max my budget. I wont go anywhere else now. If youre having problems here talk to Larah! She is the absolute best!

I totally disagree with all of the bad reviews. I bought my fiancé her engagement ring and wedding band from this location. Every time we go here they are extremely helpful and treat everyone as if they are family. We even had to have the ring replaced because of damage and they didnt hesitate to exchange the entire ring with no trouble. They are truly top notch.

Amazing customer service and amazing work on my ring. 2 years ago Oviedo Jared ruined my ring, from a simple repair to changing the look and poor work. It took me this long to finally try a different store and Altamonte Springs just turned it around. Gemma is amazing and the shop did an amazing job. My ring went from, it should have never left the shop looking how it did, to it should be placed on display at Jared. My ring is “stunning” as Gemma said.
My ring is beautiful but the service was below standards. Didn’t return calls, when we wanted to know when the ring was ready and then when we replace some of the diamonds they broke them. Hmmmn didn’t offer to replace them, we had to keep calling, finally a call back and now the wait. And wait. And wait.
Horrible HORRIBLE!!! place to get your engagement ring from. They LIE to you, and tell you ANYTHING to get you to buy something. If you go here, and they tell you something that would be worth anything in the future, get it in WRITING! They knew my 25,000$ ring was broken and bc they were about to close and they sent me out the door with it and it BROKE 5 days later after telling me it was perfectly fine! Almost lost my 22k $ diamond! Please take this advise and go elsewhere!!

We went to this Jared’s location because we were going to several different jewelers to look at engagement rings, as my boyfriend wanted to get some ideas about what I want. I honestly didn’t have a very narrow idea of what exactly I wanted. When we arrived, one of the managers came right over and helped us out. It turned out she was the sales associate who had also sold him a pair of Levian Opal earrings for me last Christmas and she remembered him. She was not a bit pushy and was so helpful. We learned a lot and felt like we got to see everything, not just the most expensive items as I felt had been the case in some other stores. I felt like as we spent more time with her she learned more about us as a couple and what I liked and I ended up falling in love with two rings that are absolutely stunning. The rest is up to him!

Id like to say first... My husband and I purchased all 4 of our rings here and absolutely love them, but thats it. Weve had several issues with going in for our 6 month inspections. Weve had about 5 inspections since getting our rings. The first inspection we explained to them that one prong on my engagement ring was loose, when we got it back the following day, all four prongs were loose. So, with that said, we had to have them keep it another day/night and come back...which is a huge inconvenience for anyone, especially if you dont live right there in Altamonte. The second time that we went in for our inspection, we said (I quote) We are here for our 6 month cleaning and full service... The next day when we go in to pick up our rings they are only rhodium dipped and cleaned, NOT inspected. The sales associate that was taking care of us, says Why didnt you get them inspected? If you miss your inspection, youll lose them. At this point I am of course a little irritated. I explained to her that we wanted the inspection, so she quickly took care of it for us. The third time we go in for our inspections, we are looking at my band to buy for our wedding and as we pick out that and drop off our rings to be inspected, we get more than halfway home and the sales associate that was helping us with the purchase of my band, calls us. She then explained how she accidentally dropped another band in our bag and would be in a lot of trouble if we didnt return it. I looked in our bag and sure enough, there it was. Told her that we had it and that we would be back to drop it off. We live about 40 minutes from Altamonte, so yay for us.The fourth time we go in for our inspection we were halfway home when we were called AGAIN to come back and sign one more paper for our full services. And lastly, this very last time that we go in there to get an inspection, we are told there is going to be a wait, so we patiently wait after, what we though, was our names being put on a wait list by, what looked like, someone higher up. So as we are waiting to be called, we realize we are skipped by someone who showed up after us. Very frustrating! When I mention it to someone, they say that there isnt anything that they can do about it. They did apologize and say we would be next, but STILL. At this point, weve been waiting about 35-40 minutes. Someone comes over to help us and I explain that we would like Inspections, rhodium dipped and cleanings (at this point, I feel like Im covering all my basis by trying to be thorough). The sales guy takes our rings and quickly sprays them and looks at them with a magnifying glass and hands them back to us. (I did inform him that we were kind of in a hurry). I look at him confused and say, We usually have them here overnight and we want them dipped... he then says, Oh! Thatll be an extra 10-15 minutes for me to fill out all the paperwork. So my husband and I decide to leave without having any other services done and end up coming back another day where we surprisingly didnt have any issues with dropping them off or picking them up....besides the sales guys attitude. Needless to say, its never a good experience and everyone who works there seems like they dont know what they are doing or were all trained differently.
If you wanna get ripped off go here. Amazing so many places to buy fine jewerly & they must not know this!!! Bought a new chain to replace the original chain that broke on the pendant purchased here. They had to fit it onto the pendant themselves. 2 days later when we returned to exchange for another chain because the new one was ripping my hair out they were more than happy to make the exchange however couldnt give us full price back for exchange because it was damaged ??? When they put the chain on the pendant. SMH. SHOCKING they would even sell a chain that got shredded in your clothes & pull your hair out. Not upset because i thought the exchange would be easy. If they have to make any alterations to fit thier chains to thier pendants BUYER BEWARE!!! Guess the proverbal dollar is more important than customer service. Shopped here many times but never again. I guess I should have read all the other negative reviews on social media, my mistake.
Bought a Tissot watch for my mother as a Christmas gift. While I was checking out the salesman tried selling me a 3 year warranty for $129 and when I refused another young lady approached and did the tag team sales person pitch explaining that the battery costs $150 and when it has to be replaced I have to send it out to Tissot because they have the proper machines. So I figured let me buy the warranty. The following day curiosity got the best of me and I decided to call Jareds 800 number and they contradicted what the salesperson at the store said so just to make sure I called Tissot just to verify, sure enough none of what both of the salespersons stated were not true and the battery would only be $30 and any authorized Tissot retailer would be able to service it. Now I have spent a lot of money at Jareds over the last 10 years since Ive become a card holder and to be lied to before Christmas so someone can make an extra few dollars is not the Christmas spirit. I will definitely be contacting the district manager and whoever else I need to in order that this doesnt happen to anyone else. Be careful with there warranty pitches and verify info with the manufacturer.
