We were greeted at the door by Joseph at the Altamont springs store. He was very informative and very helpful. He showed us around we were looking for recliners. We ended up choosing two recliners and can’t wait to get them.

We went looking to purchase a new couch and our sales person was super friendly. After hearing what we needed she hooked us up with their free interior designer, Bonnie. WOW! Bonnie is awesome. She comes out to your house and does measurements. Then puts an entire room together for you! We ended up buying everything she suggested. Lazy Boy got it right when they hired her!

Jenn did a wonderful job of helping us navigate with our decorating decisions and possibilities. She connected us with Bonnie at the right time in our buying process so we could make a better informed decision. La-Z-Boy furniture store in Altamonte Springs is the best! We needed new family room furniture and were trying to incorporate some inherited pieces to go along with something new. Bud, our very patient and knowledgeable sales associate, saw that we were having trouble figuring out how to put the room together. He suggested we speak with Bonnie, an in-home design consultant. Bonnie came to our home, measured the room, and saw the pieces we wanted to keep. We returned to the store a week later and were able to see a 3-D image of our living-room with a new space saving recliner sofa, chairs, fabric choices, and even an accent rug to pull it all together. What a great experience!

Phenomenal service and phenomenal quality! They aren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The quality is definitely there, and they have lifetime warranties. Subject to certain conditions obviously, but they seem reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Senior Sales Consultant Roger Labor, Jr took the a lot of time to show my husband and I sleeper couches, chairs, ottomans, and recliners along with the many fabric options — he printed out all of our options for us — and he did this knowing we would not be purchasing from this store, but from a Lazy-Boy in NY for an apartment there. There was no rushing, and no pressure — just amazing service. He answered all of our questions and offered great advice. We will return and definitely purchase from this store in the future when we need furniture for our Orlando apartment.

We were told later, by lazy boy, there was an issue with the leather supplied for our couch and loveseat. The chairs leather is fine though. The service we received was excellent and attentive from the moment my husband and I walked in. Our sales associate Donna was warm, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were undecided as to which type of furniture we wanted and were pleasantly surprised to find they carried a variety of seating arrangements that were not recliners. In the end Donna helped us put together a beautiful sectional with fabulous matching pillows. The prices were so reasonable we added a recliner to our purchase. Right away we were greated by a friendly advisor who let us have the freedom to roam the store, but was nearby for questions. We went to several furniture stores looking for just the right piece of furniture before deciding to purchase at La-Z-Boy. The biggest takeaway is the difference in quality. We really noticed a bid difference between them and the other stores. We wanted something that would last for a long time. The service was excellent, we felt like we received excellent service without a lot of pressure. We will definitely buy here again.

My husband and I went to the La-Z-Boy furniture gallery in Altamonte Springs yesterday. Chris was the designer who helped us. It has been 15 years since we have bought living room furniture and so we were quite out of the loop as far as what to buy, design, price. Chris helped us pick out the living room set within our budget that I know he’s going to look very nice in the house. He took almost an hour and 10 minutes with us showing us fabrics and different sofas which he felt with me our tastes and needs. We have never gotten any attention like this going intoOther furniture stores such as Kane’s furniture. We felt very well taken care of. We would recommend the ultimate lazy boy furniture gallery to anyone who is looking to splurge a little and get a very nice living room set. We are now in the process of waiting the 10 to 12 weeks for our custom furniture as we chose to pick furniture that was not in stock. Given the fact that we will probably keep this furniture for the next 15 to 20 years, and the fact that I’m confident it will actually last that long, it is going to be well worth the wait.

Upon walking into the Altamonte location, we were greeted by Chris. The gentleman was professional and patient. He was well spoken and very educated on the array of items and choices. Two weeks later, we met with him, again, while being accompanied by the designer. She was down to earth and very accommodating on the numerous changes we made since our last visit. Overall, the experience was 5 stars all the way. The only drawback to anything was the order timeliness. We were originally quoted for roughly Christmas and then informed it was pushed back to mid January. We understand the entire order is custom made and COVID but we had no idea it would take 3 1/2 - 4 months. Overall - we are satisfied with the order and cant wait to see our new set!

I started my furniture journey in the Hudson Valley, New York as I am soon to be a Florida resident. Although the salesmen in NY were aware I would not be purchasing anything at their store, they graciously assisted me look at fabric swatches and were extremely informative and suggested I call a store in Florida. I thought I couldn’t be more pleased with service until I called the Altamonte Springs location. Christopher is the most patient and gracious salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of collaborating with. His designing skills are exceptional and he can steer a wayward designing “wannabe” in the correct direction without offending and actually in a very positive manner. She said she wanted leather and darker color. So I took her this time, it was just after 5pm. The sales representative that was there said my salesman just left. Joanna wrote the proposal, put everything in a folder. I came back the next morning and she asked for my final decisions on options, wrote the order, and thanked me for choosing their store. Man this place is phenomenal. All there couch selections etc are all comfy as hell! When I die bury me in a La-z-boi casket. The sales people are nice people and showed us everything we wanted to see and showed us what separates them from their competitors. Very pricey furniture but I can kinda see the worth.
