Needed to identify a wood species I brought and employee spent more time than I expected in researching to make and educated guess. Was very helpful in finding items I was looking for. Answered or referred to another employee any questions I had on previous visit.

The staff at Rockler is always great. They offer all the assistance they can, answer questions with a smile, and are willing to give any advice on projects they can. Although Ive been woodworking for a little bit, Ive been expanding my project list and they couldnt be more helpful when I have questions. Taking a couple of their classes soon and cant wait to see how much that helps on some new projects I want to try.

Nice Rockler store. Recently added a decent exotic lumber section. Spent a couple hours browsing.

Had never been in a Rockler store before and I was pleasantly surprised. The store had a. great inventory of tools, accessories and wood. I had called the store looking for a specific item, and the person that I spoke with found the item and placed it aside fore me. When I arrived at the store I was able to see many of the products that I have purchased, or wished for and had a great hands on experience. I would return to this store, and only wished that we had one in the Nashville, Tn. area.

I have always enjoyed the wide selection of woodworking tools and fine collection of hard to find lumber. But today I found myself shopping for cabinet hardware! After on-line shopping for just the right hinges, it was Rockler that had the best selection and price. Big box stores all had the same selections as each other, ok but not what I was looking for. On-line shopping at Rockler made it easy to find the parts I needed and confirmed availability and price (lower than the big box)

If you are into woodworking this will be like a candy store to you. I love to go in and just browse at all of the tools they have. Everything is high quality. Definitely recommended.

All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.Expanding the lumber department was a great idea. This brings me into the store at least once a week. Whenever I go to purchase a large tool I also ask their staff on advice to help me with my final decision.

I went in looking for two specific items, sanding disks, for a Rotex 150; and dust collector bags, for an older Festool CT-22E. They had the sanding disks but do not stock the collection bags for the older Festool collector models, but that didn’t stop Steve. He grabbed the phone and called over to the “Other Woodworking” shop in town and had them hold the right bags for my pick-up. It is a rare situation where a business not only refers you to a competitor but goes the extra mile and contacts them on your behalf. This is what keeps me coming back!

Item I wanted was not in stock. Clerk went on line and ordered it delivered to my addrerss with no shipping. It was shipped the following day.

Ok, this place- even for the non woodworker- is dangerous. Seriously, you walk in, smell the wood and suddenly- yah youre totally a woodworker.Those dovetail joints on that box? I can totally do that! (Forget the fact I never have) Theyve got the tools, theyve got the wood, I can totally make that box! (Never done it before, but this place has got me believing harder than a preacher on Sunday). Slabs of hardwood- Id totally make a table from that (you know, cause the first time I tried to make a table went amazingly well and didnt end up in the burn pile....)No worries on that front though. Why? Because theyve got a class for that...Start to finish, if you need anything for a woodworking project, these folks have you covered!

Came in for the clamp, the bag was stuff I didnt know I needed! The staff was super friendly and helped answer all my questions. They sell all kind of items that make project easier. Great store!

Fantastic. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, curious, and all around enthusiastic about making things. Everyone maintained social distancing, wore face masks, and the store wasnt crowded. Pricing is fair and reasonable on hardwoods and equipment. Ive been here multiple times and will be back again.

Very friendly staff, they take the time to help you and answer your questions with no problem. I got a bunch of pieces from the bulk bin and they were able to label them for me so that I knew what I was getting

I love Rocklers! The staff is so helpful. Whether youre just starting out or an experienced woodworker, they do a fantastic job at helping you find what you need and providing advice if you run into an issue on a project. The classes they offer are in a hands-on format, and are super helpful in learning new skills. I took an intro to woodturning class a few years ago, then a pen turning class after that and now Im hooked on woodturning!

Great lil gem of a store

It was my first visit though not my last by far. A more superior selection of woodworking tools and exotic woods cant be found that I know of. Very helpful staff.

Always great helpful staff who try their best to assist your woodworking needs. They have a good selection s on exotic woods and carry high quality 13 ply Birch.(For those also in the trim carpentry world who know the pains of using home cheapo products)

Today was my first visit in this place and it is quite awesome.I went in looking for a solution for a hinging problem I have on a difficult to find hinge. While they did not have the hinge I was looking for, Steve, the store manager, offered me a better, long term solution, to the issue I was having today, have had in the past, and what I expect I will see again in the future.I am a professional designer and project manager in the kitchen and bath industry. Steve, and his assistant were wonderful, knowledgeable and great in customer service. I will definitely be back to this store in the future for needs and solutions.What a great group!

Stopped into Rockler while we were vacationing in Central Florida. I cant begin to tell you how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. It just happened to be Demo Day, so we got an extra treat listening in on a few classes. Joshua and Bob were so helpful and just plain down to earth. If youre in need of any advice on woodworking this is the place to go.

Went into the store and had a really great experience. I was told that in the future, instead of ordering online, I should call the store and order so the store gets credit. I love having a Rockler location near me, so I’m more than willing to support them any way I can.Fast forward two weeks later. I call the store with an order. The guy on the call seems very confused and wonders multiple times why I’m trying to do this. I explain I’m only trying to get the store credit for my online order, as I was previously instructed. He still seems perplexed and transfers me to a woman.The woman also seems confused and then a bit angry that I’m attempting this instead of just coming in. At that point I just gave up and ordered my items online. Needless to say, this has hurt my opinion of this location.I love having a Rockler near me, but this was a really offputting experience, especially since I was just trying to do the store a favor.

Amazing customer service and great environment for beginner woodworkers!

My Fiance and I recently took a class here to build a wooden box to use as a card drop at our wedding. All of the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable and our instructor (Chuck) was great and walked us through everything explaining things clearly. We walked away from the class with two very nice boxes, they werent 100% finished at the end of the class but my fiance was able to return later in the week and they helped her finish everything.The shop also has a great selection of specialist tools, hardwoods and hardware for any project.

Wonderful customer service and prices

If youre interested in wood working of any kind, this store is worth checking out. From the first cut to the final finish coat, they have great selections of materials, tools and experience to help you from start to finish. They even have free how to classes. Everything else is a bit expensive though.

I seen a couple of Rockler challenges on YouTube and then I realize that there was a Rockler within driving distance of where I lived so I drove over and how to look they have a lot of really nice unique woodworking tools that you just dont find at your big box stores so whether youre an expert or novice and just want to have the right tool for the job or even a job you didnt know you wanted to do until you seen the tool to do it with this is the place to come check out

Visited Rockler for the first time a few days ago looking for help to replace a broken bifold corner cabinet hinge. Turns out it was an older non-standard and tough to find piece of hardware. I was helped by three different Rockler employees that refused to give up. They basically searched their huge inventory trying to match the hinge for over an hour and finally they were able to find a match that worked perfectly. Cant say enough about their old school style of customer service. It doesnt get any better. THANK YOU GUYS!......Gary Moran (Winter Springs)

Needed replacement hinges for my cabinet, they had the exact model as it was a few years old after having them installed.

Found lots I wanted however only bought stuff for current project. Cutting board for a wedding gift.

Ordered specialty molding online...ordered two pieces, they sent me one, charged me for two and when I called to tell them, they told me that they no longer carry that molding. I had to call the supplier myself and order from them.
