Let me start by saying you should definitely hire another company to do whatever it is you want them to do.I hired this company to replace my fence along the back and then put in one gate. My side fences are owned by my neighbors and they had different companies install their fences, I wish I had as well. The owner is very unprofessional. After I initially left a review on Facebook, which I removed at his request however I’m attaching it to this review so everyone can see it, he called me and was yelling at me on the phone. The owner literally called me to yell at me because I left a 100% honest, albeit negative review. He later, on the same phone call, apologized and offered to replace one of my yard lights with his newer LED light. So, I took down the review and let them do the work and that was a huge mistake. They installed my fence in, I believe, February of 2017. The installation appeared to be fine and they replaced my light, the light seemed fine as well, but I don’t think it was any better than the light I previously had. I paid them and everything seemed ok when they left.Fast Forward to now: Hurricane Irma came and soaked our town (with lots of rain), a couple of my fence posts sunk down into the ground leaving me with an uneven fence line, none of my neighbors fences did this. The LED light they installed also stopped working within 9 months of having it installed. I wrote them and asked if they would fix it, they said they would come out and look at it. The guy that came out said they would order a replacement light and he would be back out in about two weeks to install it, that was Aril 3rd 2018. As of May 22nd I still don’t have the replacement light. While he was at my property on April 3rd and I showed him where the fence is sagging, he said “it’s been a year don’t you think that’s a long time to..”, meaning I shouldn’t expect their fence to last a year?!? What kind of company are they running? Both of my neighbors had fences installed around the same time (within 4 months of me, one before and one after) neither of their fences are sagging. So, yes I expect a fence to last longer than one year.If you want a quality job don’t hire this company!!

I want to start off by saying I live in California and am trying to sell a house that I had Jacob clean up for us. He was very friendly on the phone and got me on the schedule very quickly. The price was great and I am having him come back weekly until we sell the house. The pictures he sent me when he was done look like a completely different house! Great work, super friendly and responsive and for a really great price.I do believe the phone number on here is incorrect, but I found the correct number on their facebook page.

We had the Outdoor Brothers do a clean up of our back yard and they did an amazing job. We would recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.

I hired Jacob Gainey with Outdoor Brothers to rework my sprinkler system and put in landscape and lighting, He did the work and told me the bulbs had a lifetime warranty. A year later 4 of the 6 path light bulbs in my landscape beds started strobing and eventually went out. After weeks and months of leaving texts and phone messages he finally came out and replaced the first 2. Later when the next 2 went out he would not return my calls or texts. The first time I reached out he even said it would cost him too much money to drive out to my house just to replace light bulbs. He has lied over and over to me and given excuse after excuse!! I do NOT recommend using him for anything!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

Terrible service and lack of responsiveness.We hired Outdoor Brothers to install several large palm trees at our property. After installation, we noticed several of them had been burnt and even had a large hollow hole in the center - poor quality stock. We called them with our concern and they assured us if there were any problems, they would immediately replace.Several months later, one of the bad trees is completely dead. We have tried over a dozen times to reach Outdoor Brothers via phone, email, text, every possible way. They have ignored all requests and messages and refuse to respond.Its baffling that a company would work this way - dont understand how you ignore a customer who spent so much money with you, and is trying to follow up on something you said you would stand behind. Very poor experience.

Anything outdoors you need done, these guys are who you want to call. They have transformed our front and back lawn and looks awesome and raised the value of our home. Thanks Outdoor Brothers!
