Had a plugged up drainage tube in skylight. They couldnt repair it but showed me where leak was coming from and told me to go to auto body shop, who was able to blow up tube. Didnt charge a penny for helping me.

Took my car to have a winshield repair done on a tiny crack from a rock. In 2% of cases, the winshield cracks and has to be replaced at MY expense. Thats what happened to me today. Now, through no fault of my own, I have to fork over $250 for a new winshield. Do not use Safelite In Alton. Instead of Safelite repair, Safelite replace it should be Safelite replace, Safelite replace. I am so mad right now. I wonder how many other 2%ers they have had this week. Times are hard right now but this is just terrible.

Steve came out today and I’m not kidding, he had to be the most genuine person I’ve meet in awhile. He was very polite, answered all questions, very knowledgeable, answered any questions I had question, and went over the guidelines of care for the new glass(don’t drive for a couple hours, and don’t power wash for a day). I would ask him to come out again if I ever needed this service again

Scratches on my dash, said they were already there, glass left in the vehicle, came out cleaned it out and still glass in vents, even though I showed him where it was.

Replaced a windshield that had a manufacturer defect in my driveway at no cost!

The employee was a little short with us when we arrive, but it was partly due to being the only worker and us being a few minutes late. He was very professional and quick at replacing the windshield. Much appreciated and overall a positive experience!

Joseph was the technician that took care of me. You ever meet someone who was so cool, but super professional too, to the point where you didnt know if you should address him by dude or sir? Thats the kind guy he was. I spoke with another technician there as well and Im lead to believe thats just the culture at Safelite in Alton, Illinois.

I had windshield replaced and they replaced it with a blurry unsafe aftermarket windshield on a 2020 and not the standard OEM glass. Now I have to wait to get a new windshield and not able to drive my vehicle. Inconvenience

Just decent when I setup the install I told the window was already tinted for the said price and once I got back to get vehicle window wasnt tinted, guy in the shop was cool but that didnt sit well with me.

Placed order and they were there in 12hrs at wife’s job at 9am and in and out in 2 hours with a great professional quality job anyone would be more than satisfied with. Ty Safelite!🥳

Got a small rock that chipped the windshield late on Sat. 1/2hr. later after calling insurance I was waiting at Safelite for the repair to finish. Sadly, the windshield did not cooperate and decided to crack all the way across. Tech came to my work on Tues - could have been Monday but I wanted to see the Eclipse (WOW!) and it is totally new. Cant ask for better!

Scheduled a repair through my insurance. The guy called and left a voicemail at 8am to say he was on his way. Then he texted later to say hed be there at a different time. Needless to say, he never showed. Then when I called the main office, he lied and said he called multiple times to confirm the appointment but never got a response. The woman on the phone lied too and said theyd called multiple times as well. These calls never occurred, only got one call and a text. We wont be using them again.

Highly professional, I chose to go to the shop rather then them come to me (due to weather). Google had the shop map plot wrong so I updated that. They where fast and accurate with the replacement of my windshield. Thanks a lot!

The technician was professional, fast and provided excellent customer service! It took an hour to replace my windshield and while I waited there was free water, coffee and cable TV.Google does not have the location mapped accurately so its located in the Target shopping area with the black and red sign.

Technician Tyler arrived early Monday morning and fixed the back window of my F150. He was very polite and professional. If I have anymore autoglass problems i will use safelite again, and I highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you!
