Willies was busy so decided to come here today for a new tire, by the time I got to work the tire was completely flat, should’ve never got my tire changed to begin with. What a joke.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They said first come first serve, apparently not! Sat in the heat for 1 hour and 45 minutes only to get skipped repeatedly. Finally decided we’d had enough and left. Went down the street to Willie’s and was in and out in 10 minutes!I’ve never left a bad review before in my life. They’ve lost our business. I would give a zero if that was possible.

Got two tires fixed waited awhile for someone to acknowledge we were there. Once they got to us we were out in a matter of minutes

Fast service. They had a lot going on but they were handling all the business really well and it seemed to be moving smoothly and quickly. They offer cheap tires and even bought our used tires from us for reasonable price

It was crowded, and no one else was open on Sunday. It took a while. But the service was Great and price was too

The prices arent bad. They seem to not know the tire sizes though. They just go by looks and it takes a little bit. They were super busy.

Had a donut on my car and they were getting ready to close until she see my donut and they went ahead and took me and replace the tire for $35 and now it runs and drives so much better

Late Saturday morning and the place was the busiest its ever been when Ive needed to stop by. All spots were full plus some, putting me 5th in the waiting line up. I was still only there for an hour!! The people were friendly and were able to patch my tire with no issues. The young man that handled my issue even put the spare back where it belonged without me asking. As always, fixed and back on the road CHEAP 🍻

Sold me a BAD tire again. Made it and hour away and tire was FLAT. Found it had a chunk taken out which was the culprit. Will not be back after this experience.

1st time using Cheapies Tires, I may not be going anywhere else for my tires from now on. Oh & I drove an hour to come to Cheapies!!

Rude service, I come frequently so I’d hate to do this but I sat outside for an hour and was never helped or even asked if I had been. I both buy and sell tires to you guys for years but it’s starting to seem like willies is the better of the two. Both in mannerisms and efficiency, this will be my last time doing business with you all.

Ive been here many times. Normal out the door wait time is around 30 min. This place offers an amazing, and professional experience. Im posting because I bought a tire, and picked up a nail in the next 24 hours. I came in expecting a bill. With limited staff that morning, and everything else going on. A manager came to me and said they would fix it for free. Ive bought tires probably 5 different times and they are always professional. 5 stars earned for sure!

Very quick service and inexpensive.

Went there to get a tire plugged. They got me in and out quick. They stay busy so get there early.

Affordable and respectful. Got 3 used tires and 2 used rims (nice, looks new) for almost half the price of a weeks worth of groceries at Schnucks - which I went to later.

EaY to busy and understaffed, waited almost an hour just to leave as we would have waited another hour in the 95 degree sun, I fixed it myself without the heatstroke

So I call to ask for some basic info on tires. The lady on the phone was rude. I told her what I needed after she asked me a few questions and then she said quote well Im busy right now so I cant tell you if we have those . I just said okay and hung up. Get a better paper pusher guys!!!!

In the past, I would have said this facility was a 3, or a 4 on a good day. Very unorganized and chaotic. Not welcoming to the average consumer. Today, the atmosphere was much different. Very organized and welcoming. I pulled into a lane and parked. An attendant came out to see what service I was requesting, directed me where to park, and let me know I was in queue. As always, the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The prices were exceptional, as usual.

I went once. Asked the mechanic if he was going to torque down the wheels he just rotated. He asked Whats a torque wrench? The woman at the counter explained to him what one was and what it did. I go to Willies down the road now.

I have gotten a lot of tires with them. But I was there fri an had to tires bought an got home an 1 tires was flat. So I called they told me to bring it back an they will fix it . So I tell all to get them at Cheapies

Been sitting here for 3 half hours to sit wait more watch guy walk off with tire spend next 20 min looking at phone laughing and joking last time here.Update woke up and tire I got from them flat

Slow process(2 tires took an hour after they got the tire info and people who showed up after us got served first and left well before us. They had 2-3 tires replaced) but they do have cheap tires.

I asked for a new tire and they patched it. Wasnt even gonna tell me. Make sure you watch these people change your tires and keep your receipt.

I am currently up here it’s been approx 2 hours all I need is one tire was helped initially because no instructions were given to the other customers here as far as how to line up was finally pulled in about 30 mins after I got here and have been sitting waiting about an hour and a half for the tire guys to even see what I need and currently still waiting. I have NEVER sat this long to get tire service

This place has pretty good prices for tires make sure you give yourself time because there will be a wait for them. Also please tip these guys doing the work, rain sleet and snow or shinethey are doing it for you.

Great place to get tires about a 20 mile drive but cheap tires 30 and free installation guys are nice and very fast.

Prices are awesome customer service is cool bc they dont take all day (its first come first serve). Quality of work is good as well.

If you need a cheap tire look no further. In and out as fast as possible.

I took my truck in to have all 4 wheels & tire spin balanced because I have bad shimmering on the whole truck...Gentleman balanced them all and now Im riding good !!..thank you very much and this was very reasonably priced...I will be back !!

Good tire shop nothing bad to say only a suggestion, I came in for a tire plug, I beleive those quick jobs should be taken in first that gets the person gone and they don’t leave cause it took an hours to get a tire plugged, I run a diesel repair shop and quick little jobs should be done, what 5 min to plug a tire like I said great place

So fast and friendly. I lucked out and got 4 matching tires which isnt common. And a week later after my check tire pressure light came on they checked it out and replaced the valve stems no charge no questions....good people good business.

My friend and I had driven from out of state, and must have picked up a nail on the way. Only 12 lbs of air left in the tire. All other places were rude and slow and way overpriced. Literally everyone working here at Cheapies is working their tails off, and although its hot outside and they are busy and working really hard, everyone we spoke with was really kind and knowledgeable and swift. Thanks for getting us back on the road!!!!!! Yall impressed these southerners!! I hope the people of Alton know how amazing this place is!! Wish we had one back home.

Mean people and bad service

Drove two hours to the place. Got there and waited in over 90 degree heat. Not one person even spoke to us. Watched many employees wander around as though they were lost and almost every employee was constantly smoking cigarettes and eating food. Offensive music was playing very loudly. When I approached an associate. I was blatantly ignored. The place seems as though it was a mad house. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The savings was not worth it.

The tire changers are hard working guys. Tip them, I use Cheepies for tires when in the need. Have never been disappointed with the service or product. There is a wait as they are always busy but they get people in and out in the order they arrive. Highly recommended them. Good work guys.

Honestly could have had the 5 star, just needed better communication with me. There service while there was spot on, though. Very fast, very clean (for the kind of work it is, anyways), and super friendly. These guys can definitely help you with your tire/wheel problems, just may be best to show in person instead of calling.

The only issue I have with this place is the wait but I guess its because they are that worth it..
