Customer service is so terrible its unlike anything else Ive ever seen. Youre better off getting your games digitally. Please do not give this store a cent of your money.

This is a nice GameStop. The store is set up nicely and its a decent sized store for a GameStop, sometimes I feel that they are super cramped up. Dave is always super nice when we stop in and always makes sure that we are taken care. Overall it is a nice place, it feels clean, and the employees are friendly.

I give this a 3 stars because my mom and dad bought me the new avengers game and the guy said 4 days and it still has not came

JUST QUIT if your trying to get closed down. The virus precautions are one thing, your ignorance spreading it is another. Telling me to step back from the counter to the tape box is rude and unprofessional. When your wearing XL gloves on your medium hand is literally pointless but im sure you dont acknowledge that. When i ask if your changing your gloves at all and you say i wipe them off is just sadly ignorant. At what point do i call someone.

This place is a great place if you buy a game for 69.99 they will buy it back from you for 0.06 what a great deal so when your do e with it you can put that 0.06 towards a new game so now its 69.93 what a bargain. Did i mention they buy brand new iphones back for 0.25 holy cow what will i do with all of this money.

Reserved a game online to pick up in store for my niece that she wanted for Christmas. Everything went according to plan. no hassles, no fuss, in and out in less than 5 minutes.

A game I wanted..... each one had different prices on them, (all of them same condition) so I went somewhere else!

They charge SO MUCH FOR GAMING SYSTEMS BUT THE BUY BACK IS HORRIBLE! The gaming systems they sell you can get much much cheaper on Amazon. I bought a 1TB XBox One, I paid almost $500 for it, not even 2 months later the buyback or trade in value is only $100. They are a scam! Dont spend ALL that money in Game Stop when you can get the exact same GamingSystem BRAND NEW WITH WARRANTY from AMAZON OR EBay. And I have been a loyal customer for several years and the fact that they could give a Loyal Customer whos spent thousands in that store a better offer, well theyve just lost 6 customers. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN GAMESTOP
