Unfortunately there has been a lengthy delay in an order that myself and employees placed. Upon weeks of calling for updates and continuously given will be ready by this date & if not worst case then given an alternative date. All of which have came and went. Upon calling today and speaking casey, theimmediate response when expressing my concern with the lack of communication was well I can just take down your link meaning no longer have it accessible for future orders. I was speechless and felt that was uncalled for and to be the first response when someone sounds frustrated on the phone. Mind you the beginning of the conversation, was told our order still had not arrived. However upon further discussion our order had been there but was still needing to be sorted through. That was all that was needed, a genuine update that I could provide my team with. Fortunately for us there are other local businesses to work with in our community but it truly is a shame that the immediate response was to just cancel further business with our company

Casey and the rest of the crew here are quick and on point. It is obvious when you walk in that they are very busy but I waited less than a minute to be helped. In less than 10 minutes total, my project was underway. Super impressed!

I dropped a shirt off this morning around 9am and they had it done in an hour. I was totally last minute with getting my sons pre-K shirt made. They were so polite and genuine. I would give this place 10 stars if it were an option.

Needed shirts for our business and contacted Logo It for information. They replied immediately, gave me prices and sent proofs of my shirts before they went to the printer. Once the shirts were in (a week or two later) they called and we picked them up. I’m so happy with the final product ! The shirts are great and every single staff member was so friendly and helpful.
