Very poor customer service experience the people who deliver the bed were great but there boss was a complete a hole the manager at the store seems to try but his hands are tied also good man

Bad experience from the time we walked in the door. Went to mattress firm and they were very nice and bought 2 mattresses from them. It’s amazing what they’re willing to lose out on with business.

It was a great experience. Eric found us the perfect mattress for what we needed.

I bought a mattress with them in sept I complained about it sinking in dec .. went to the store they said I have to wait. I fell they should have replaced my mattress in store, but they want me to go through the warranty mattress. The manager Chad is not help full at all. I also bought a couch for weekend’s only and problem with the couch and they replaced my couch in store, now that is how you treat a customer. I will never do business with mattress direct ever again, see treating a customer right you will have business and treating a customer wrong .. you will not have repeat customer never again ....

If you go here i hope you enjoy extremely high pressure sales environment...the Beauty Rest rep was there and would not let us browse at all she was practically forcing us into the new top of the line mattress whether we were interested or not. Anytime we started to look at something else she would say oh no you dont want that. If you want to be forced into something and told what you want then this is your place. Highly dissatisfied

Brandon was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and asked us a lot of questions about our sleep habits. There was no pressure at any time, he let us walk around and look, and told us to take our time. Once we decided on our new bed he showed us mattress pads and pillows, again with no pressure to buy. I could not believe how easy it was to buy a bed. I thought it would be like trying to buy a car, with all of the haggling and negotiating prices. It was not thank goodness and thank you Brandon for such a wonderful experience.

A good experience overall. Didnt feel pressured into getting anything we couldnt afford, and got fitted for the right style of mattress for how we sleep. Shaun was extremely professional and enjoyable to work with.
