Kinda disappointed to be honest took time off work to drive the hour to this shop only to show up and not a soul be there, if you have set store hours and arent able to he there during those hours please change them so people dont waste their time gas and money driving somewhere for absolutely nothing. So much hype about this place in some of these reviews just a big let down tp show up and it be closed

Worst costumer service I have ever seen! I dropped my bow off to get a new string, they said it would be a week and a half and it would be done, it went 3 weeks and no word from them, I called them they said it would be another week, so I stopped in at the end of that week,and they hadnt even started, they said it would be another week yet. I took my bow and left... Dont waste your time with these guys!!! Go somewhere else!

This is one of the best bow shops Ive ever been to. Chris is a great guy and willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied. If your looking for a great bow shop and your in Pa look no further then Open Season Outdoors!

As a 1st time Archery Consumer I was looking for a Pro Shop who was knowledgeable, patient, and customer focused. Chris at Open Season Outdoors embodies all of these traits. After purchasing my 1st bow I experienced more than my fair share of manufacturer issues. Chris walked me through the entire process and in the end worked with the manufacturer to make it right. Not only would I recommend his shop but Im lucky to have him in my area. If you are anywhere near the Central Pennsylvania area do yourself a favor and go see Chris.
