Last time I was here the associate was very rude. Maybe having a bad day who knows. Today Ive been at this stand in the middle of the mall for nearly 20 minutes with NO ONE here to assist me with my order. No note. Nothing. About 6 people have stopped asked where the associate is because they wanted to make a purchase also. They missed out on quite a bit of sales. I’m not impressed at all with this place. I tried to “chat” with someone as listed on google and that didn’t work. It also said you could order online and pick up at the stand so I tried that and it also didn’t work. Very disappointed.

Was going to buy from Victoria but the other girl there would not let her ring us up today. So we gave the jewelry back and went to Littman upstairs. Sorry Victoria we would have bought from you but what that girl pulled with you was uncalled for.

Sales reps were extremely rude. We were just walking past their booth and they told us we had to have on a mask to look toward their booth. I will never shop their again. It’s Clairs or amazon for me. If you want to make masks mandatory then Maybe don’t rent a open space in the middle of the mall. No one will ever tell me where I can look or stand. Rude Rude Rude!!!

Told my wife they would only pierce a childs ears with 14 karat gold earrings that cost $75, not including the cost to do the service..Lucky I wasnt there to call them out on their scam. Will certainly be the last time that anybody I know of will be giving this place business.Will be contacting BBB.

Manager was extremely rude to me. yelled about face mask, when sales girl had already told me nicely. went back a bit later told manager she was rude and ignorant. She called security as I was walking away. Went to Claires they were awesome.

I am only giving one star because they do have nice jewelry. However, when I took my 16 month old daughter to get her ears pierced for christmas pictures the experience was absolutely HORRID!!! The gun mechanism did not release causing the gun to be stuck on her ear! Not only did the employee seem inexperienced but she just walked away, leaving it hanging on her ear. I had to hold the gun to keep it from causing her more pain from it weighing down her ear lobe. The other employee saw this and came over to help get it off. After a few tries with a PAPER CLIP it released!! The ear ring was stuck in the gun so after i grabbed my belongings we walked down the mall and found a seat where I had to put the ear ring in her ear. What a nightmare!!!!! My daughter was completely frantic, screaming so loudly and everyone around the kiosk and stores just stopped and stared in complete shock as to what just happened. Since then the same ear has been infected 3 times, so I finally took it out so she doesnt have to deal with it being sore all the time. I have called several times to file a complaint, my info was taken but I have yet to get a call back!!!! I am completely disgusted with them and how they are ignoring me. I pray this never happens to another little girl. I strongly recommend going somewhere else!

This place was extremely expensive, in my opinion. The gal I spoke with was very nice though.
