Showed up 12 hours early, trailer was preloaded, in and out 30 minutes. No nonsense or bs this is a great shipper. Two parking spaces on street at end of Ziegler rd. overnight parking was okay. (No toilet) Note to truckers, docks are at the second entrance (sign out front didnt make sense to me and I have a college level reading comprehension level. Figured it out from the satellite view.)

Had my family drive all the to Jackson from Rochester to look at a combine. They didnt know anything about one. Finally found out it a salesman named Chris that it was still in iowa hadnt been picked up yet. So they drive all the way to Fenton ia. Spend night in hotel and another tank of fuel. When they got back home went to call about purchasing he tells me someone else was on way to look at it. Even though we looked first

Went to Ziegler Cat today June 25 2020, in Altoona. Obviously they practice social distancing, while nobody has a mask on. I had money in hand to purchase a tractor. Nobody would get off the phone or ask me what I wanted. Didnt even get a friendly hello. I was very disappointed. Spent 10 minutes looking around and checking out brochures. Than I walked out with out even a glance from anyone.Never thought it could be so hard to spend that much money!

Good people to work with lots of room and Im glad theyre open Saturdays till noon for delivery or pickup

Called Monday to rent a mini excavator for the weekend. Talked to someone at their rental call center in Minnesota. Had one available at this location in Altoona but it was being worked on and she said she would call to see if it would be available by the weekend and call me back. No call back. Left her 2 voicemails checking on it and still no call back. Then I was transferred to Tori when I called again at this location and left a voicemail to see if there was one available since the other person never called back. No answer from Tori. That was Tuesday and haven’t gotten a call back from her either and now it’s Friday. So I rented from another place in Des Moines and got it squared away. All it would’ve taken was a call back. Won’t rent or buy from here in the future.

The lady that helped us was very helpful, and when they didnt have the size sweatshirt we needed, she arranged to have it sent to us from another location. Very impressed!
