Customer service here is nonexistent. My husband dropped off his chainsaw here to get fixed about 2 months ago, after being told it would be done in 2 weeks. He kept getting the runaround from the people working here (short staffed and all, which is understandable), but they never gave him any updates. Hed call them and theyd say theyd call him back in a couple days with an update, which never happened. Im all for supporting small businesses, but never coming back here again. He was charged for a part he never knew his saw needed because they never called him and told him he needed it.

Great place to get lawn equipment at. They have the top of the line machines and the owners are so nice!! Ive been working with them for years and theyve always been helpful.

We started using Roberts for snow removal at our business on the Boulevard this Winter. They do an excellent job! Roberts takes pride in their work and even shovels by hand to get what the plow missed (see photo). We can always rest assured that our customers and employees will have a safe surface to drive and walk on with Roberts doing the job. Weve used just about every big name Landscape, Excavator and Asphalt business for snow removal and outdoor cleanup in the past. They all did a poor job, never got out of the truck and shoveled, rarely spread any salt and would usually bill us for services on days nobody even showed up to plow. We would always have to shovel and bring the snow blower from home to clean up what the company we hired in the past missed. Usually about 2 passes with the plow and they left. With Roberts you get quality work and peace of mind knowing your lot is safe and free from any snow or ice.Roberts also did some decorative concrete resurfacing on my Fathers front porch a few years ago. The concrete looks like real Flagstone. No cracking. A remarkable job he did. This is who to call for any concrete jobs!Havent used any landscape services yet. Probably will this Spring.Keep up the great work guys!

Nice store, Nice people. But unless you have great credit, or Cash Id suggest looking elsewhere. They do service the machines they sell. An they seem very knowledgeable of their products. So good for some, not for all though.

Excellent service

They did some work on a waterfall feature. It had multiple leaks and he refused to stand behind his work and make it right. When confronted about the poor quality workmanship he, tried to walk off the job leaving us with an unfinished job after charging top dollar. Now it will likely need to go to court to recoup the money from the defective job, and hire another contractor to fix his work. I would not recommend this company, very dishonest.
