This was my second visit to this location and I keep coming back because of the excellent service given by Evan! The first time I came in was the first time I had ever “shopped” for a mattress. He was so attentive and a perfectionist without being annoying on finding me the perfect mattress. The excellent customer service is what brought me back the second time! Again I was throughly impressed. He gave me his business card the first time so I contacted him when I was interested in coming back. My schedule was so crazy that he even went in early for his shift to help me! That’s dedication and you don’t find many people that work in customer service like him anymore! Evan and Corey helped me find the perfect mattress. tried about 6 mattresses, then found one that truly helped relief my sciatic nerve pain, which genuinely surprised me. I pretty much have constant sciatic nerve pain and again I literally felt pain relief. The bed itself was also very comfortable. I’ll be honest, I ended up spending more that I had originally planned, however, they were both able to work with me to where I ended up getting a very good deal. I do recommend this store. I stopped in on my way to grocery shop at Walmart just to look around and see what they had to offer. Evan greeted me 2 steps in the door and COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE FRIENDLY! I wish every sales guy I interacted with took some advice from Evan. He told me he just started a few weeks ago but you would have never guessed it by the amount of knowledge he has on the products he was selling. He set me up on the bed match system after we started talking about new pillows. He didnt pressure me to buy at all but laid out all of my options from the cheapest to the most expensive and explained the pros & cons of each pillow. I ended up getting the Bed Gear Storm 2.0 & 3.0 pillows that stay cool all night long! I could not be more happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to buy my next bedroom set from Evan!

I stopped in Mattress Warehouse tonight needing to get a mattress quickly for a new townhouse Im moving into this weekend. Evan Wolford assisted me with descriptions of the selections to meet my particular needs, as I tried them out, going back and forth several times between my final contenders. During a stressful time, he helped me feel at ease, with patience, humor and a detailed knowledge of the products. I actually enjoyed this last-minute shopping chore, mainly due to Evans approach. I decided to purchase a medium firm Serta mattress (Hydra Plush, to be precise), and got a free box spring and free delivery thrown in. Ill probably return later to add on one of the adjustable bed platforms. Thank you, Evan, for making my day. Ill be back.
