I came into the Altus AT&T store today. The store was full of people and there was only one person working. There was at least three people ahead of me, but the manager of the store April made sure to acknowledge me and assured me that she would be with me as soon as she could. She was very polite and answered every question I asked. It’s very nice to see someone work so hard and still have the kindness and patience she had today. I will be telling my co workers, friends, etc. all about the AT&T store in Altus! Thank you April!

Outstanding service and fair pricing. The manager, April, helped us trade 2 old IPhones in for IPhone 12s for no cost. She also showed us that trading two of our newer phones would not be a good deal. Super-professional and helpful service. Thanks April!!

Avoid Altus store like the plague! Save yourself time and effort AND AGONY use lawton store. Robin at Lawton store was amazing! My review for Altus: Terrible, ignorant, incompetent customer service. Horrible phone etiquette. Answer phone Hello ATT . No name of whom I am speaking to. Is your customer service so bad you dont want to be held accountable for your terrible customer service? I explained we are having sms text issues not being able to send text on both Android and Apple devices. If your a store Owner/ Manager Please listen to recorded call for training. Your store is going to close from incompetent customer service. I explained this is not acceptable. Delays in service and intermittent disconnect of service . What is the issue? Answer I dont know.... I explained I must have reliable service and I am considering switching to T-Mobile or another carry. Response...sorry you feel that way have a nice day....really wow! Customers equal employment no customer no employee required.A vending machine is more helpful.

The internet service was good but I received what I thought was a promotional gift without my authorization and they were charging me for wireless service I didnt ask for. I asked them to cancel that service which they did but continued charging me for a tablet I didnt ask for. When I tried to return it to three different locations all I got was the run-around. Wasted time and money. After they canceled my internet service and my tablet fees they tried to charge me a cancellation fee which they said they waved.Stay away from this company. BTW. Viasat is owned by ATT

Extremely knowledgeable staff. It takes time to get things done, but that is the fault of the companys set up, not the staff.
Worst customer service I’ve seen at an at&t store. One lady looked like she just rolled out of bed and didn’t know how to speak to a customer, imagine trying to buy a phone from the nun lady in The Conjuring. The other appeared to be napping on the bench when I walked in and threw in a yawn here and there. I felt like I just interrupted a funeral for my inlaws’ pet hamster. Not a surprise that they had no customers on black friday(the busiest shopping day of the year), while Verizon across the street is full.
When you call it goes to the voicemail ...I called 3 days in a row and no answer ...so I will go somewhere else ...

Definitely better off shopping online unless you would want to use this place as a way to preview devices in person. Staff member was argumentative and rude- easy fix by shopping elsewhere.
We felt like we were an inconvenience to the two gentlemen working there. Didnt want to help us. Didnt say hello or goodbye. We will never g ok back to this store again. One star is even too much.
Absolutely horrible...a nightmare..they dont keep any of their promises to reimburse you for the phones that they took from you when you trade in from another company...they took a phone from me that I still owed Verizon for and did not take care of the bill like they said they would... that cost me $ 736.00736.00
Went in to pay my bill and I pay half cash half card because my brother is on my account with me anyways I gave April $221 and got 14 back my change should have been 15 and when I brought this up she said I was wrong she didn’t even count the cash I gave her so I definitely won’t be going to her for any assistance anymore
