I walked in there looking for a pair of off the rack boots and found a pair that fit me as good as my customs I bought elsewhere. Will be back soon to order a pair of customs

I bought a pair of boots and had them custom made. They took the time to measure both my feet and found they were different from each other. They made me a pair of black ostrich went in to pick up and they were wrong. They made a different pair and the right boot was still tight. Young man said they will stretch and should be good come back tomorrow. I went back next day boot was still tight he then said need to stretch again and leave longer. Went back a couple weeks later due to being from out of town. Right boot then has a bulge from where they were stretched and are still tight. I have only worn the boots 2-times since then and always pull my other boots out of the closet that were store bought and not custom made. I believe the right boot is miss made but Im not a boot maker just a life long boot wearer.

Excellent customer service! Went in for some new boot and the owner made sure we found boots that we loved, he spent a lot of time helping my husband find the perfect boots for his feet. He has trouble finding boots that fit just right so he was thrilled to find some that fit like a glove. This is going to be the only place we shop for boots from now on!

We stopped and bought these amazing, custom made boots on our way back home from Colorado to SC. Very awesome guy who makes the boots. He takes his time to help you figure out the right fit. The belts, wallets and purses are beautiful too. My aunt and I bought a pair of boots, to be shipped once he makes them, and I bought a gorgeous handmade belt for my husband.

After a color misunderstanding these folks literally made 2 pairs of boots for me to make it correct. Excellent customer service and quality product! Working on my second pair now....

Havent owned a pair of boots in years.After shopping around, I thank God I found American Boot Co. The same man who sold me my boots also made them. He told me everything I wanted to know about them and matched me with a perfect fit. I Love my new boots!
