Bad service Didnt care to help, dude in the front was more worried about a facemask when all there employees didnt have one smh, wouldnt go here again, really messy place

These guys will do anything to not work. Past few times Ive been there, nope dont got it, dont know who you talked to on the phone. If you come by anywhere near 5 o clock, just turn around and walk away.

Not your typical box store . 84 Lumber is primarily for the professional builder/remodeler and serious DIYs. Just about everything you need to build a new home or remodel an older home. No plumbing or electrical. Doors, windows, siding, stucco products, cabinets, drywall and beautiful cedar for those outdoor pergolas, decks and porches.

Always very prompt and helpful service, great prices as well.

Went to get a stucco color Jerry was at the front desk so I sat down to wait for him I look down to check my phone and he was gone so I went to the stucco section they have on the corner to wait for him afther a while he comes and asks me what do I need when I told him I needed a color made he tells me that he hasnt taken a break yet (11:45am) so I ask when are u going to be back so I can get the color done then with a attitude he tells me that hes too busy and he cant get it done today for me to come back tomorrow i was upset cuz I live on the other side of town and thats why the store has hours of operation but I left got a paintbrush and when to check out Tanner ask me if that was it looking confused to why Im I getting only a 50c paintbrush so I told him that Jerry had said that he was too busy to make the color but instead of getting someone to help me out he just ignores me

To all consumers. Please avoid this store. Save your time and go to a real lumber/hardware store. I was there today to look at some doors. There was a staff of at least 15 and no one asked me if I needed help after 15 minutes. I looked around and walked to the back and saw 2 employees sitting around smoking. They did not ask if I needed help. I asked them a question about some doors but they were not able to answer my questions. One of them said that he would go find someone that can answer my questions. After 10 minutes there was no avail. So I walked around the store still expecting some customer services. I was wrong. Dont waste your time here. I would give a 0 rating if I could.
