Michael helped me out when I was in a pinch while travelling through Amarillo. He really went out of his way to get me a new battery quick and saved my trip. Super grateful at how well I was treated.

My sweet 87 y/o aunt needed a battery for her car today. Dirk was more than willing to help us find the right battery, and install it for her immediately. He offered his cell phone number to her, and told her to call him if she had any troubles at all. I was more than impressed with his customer service and professionalism today. Our conversation was pleasant and found that Dirk had other services to offer today that we were interested in. We WILL return to see him for all our battery needs. We needed batteries. LOTS of batteries. RV (thats 4), tire monitors (thats 6), handheld GPS units, walky talkies and all their friends. Batteries all managed plus installed. Happy Campers!Update. Visited to purchase additional battery storage for a solar setup. Counter person was awful: dismissive (do you even know what an amp is?), rude and not interested in helping. Spoke with manager later. We will not be returning.
