If you come here you’re going to get ripped off. There sales associates lie to you especially Henry they have no idea what there talking about anybody that thinks they do is lying to them selves. Just try and return something that they sold you by telling you it was the best thing there is but it’s not and they will use any excuse not to refund you. Even if it has only been a week. Don’t get me started on all the things they lied to me about pertaining to the Verizon’s service. Either they are just incompetent or just don’t care. Worse than used car salesman

Polite, but they told me their account privileges (or lack of them) prevented them from being able to tell me what the new $195 charge on my account was.

The staff treated us well. They were kind and courteous, even with it being a holiday weekend. I highly recommend the store.

Not helpful at all just basically told us to go home and get on internet and do it ourselves to instead of helping us set up the new phone and transfer data from one phone to another just said Google this and download this at home and should work we try to tell him it didn’t work for us and he said he couldn’t help us just had to download the apps and basically figure it out ourselves bad bad customer service

I love that there is literally no wait time every single time Ive been in here. Employees are super nice and helpful. Had a great deal of $700 off of two new smartphones, which we planned to grab full price anyway so PERKS. Switched from ATT to Verizon, YAY! Now to see how the overall Verizon service goes. *fingers crossed*

Over payed on my husbands phone bill and asked for a refund on the money I over paid, they told me I had to wait 24 hours to get my refund so I did and went in after the 24 hours .. come to find out they STILL CANT give me my refund and they tell me they will be calling me as soon as they do . Wait almost a week and haven’t heard from them and come to find out my husbands phone gets disconnected ... go to get it turned back on after I had already paid them and they tell me I have to wait couple hours to get it back on and to get a refund on the money I over paid ! Last time going here !
