Its honestly a cool shop and the employees are professional but the dresses are super expensive. The shop is also slightly disorganized...I had a hard time finding stuff in my size because the shop is organized by color and not necessarily size or style. It was a good experience but definitely not a great one.

We went in yesterday to look for a prom dress. Staff was very attentive, but we felt like we was being judged the entire time we was looking for a dress. The dresses are beautiful, but that being said, I feel like some are over priced especially when you can see that some are missing stones and sequins or snagged hemlines. And they do not offer discounts off for these, they still expect you to pay the full price and then pay an additional fee for alterations...It isn’t that we can’t afford the dresses in the shop, I can, but I would much rather drive to OKC and buy a Sherri Hill than from dnk.

Took my daughter in to look at prom dresses. Staff went above and beyond. We really weren’t sure what style we were looking for, they pulled dresses of every color/ design and made our shopping experience a complete pleasure!! We will definitely be returning!! Thank you DnK!!

There was one nice girl who helped us. The girl with long dark hair was very rude and made shopping very uncomfortable. Dresses are way over priced.

Went in with my boyfriend to find a prom dress and they gave us both dirty looks the whole entire time and made me feel very uncomfortable. Poor customer service. The new trainee was nice and helped, but every other staff member was rude. I sure will not be giving them any of my money.

The staff acts pretty self-entitled and snobby. There are maybe one or two gals that are actually nice and help you out. But the dress I got here was super cute.

Ive been into dnk many times to find dresses for various events and have always found something I love. The staff is very attentive and answered all my questions promptly and politely. I have always found amazing dresses, and will only shop at dnk for all my formal wear needs.

The owner was the one helping me and she was amazing to say the least. She helped me with everything! She even recommended other places to go to for sales and better pricing. I didnt end up buying a dress from her (Karen Merchant) but she will be my GO-TO lady for everything formal from here to eternity! I never felt pushed into buying anything or that I wasnt beautiful in everything she recommended. She was VERY KIND and VERY VERY knowledgeable about how certain designers fit and how they size. If every retail store in America had a Karen in it, buying clothes would be a better experience!

We went Saturday February 3, 2018 was really upset not one of the employee offer to help or even recognized that we were in the store, yes I know that they were busy but the thing is as we were standing by the door waiting on of the one of the girls walk around us and greeted the. the customer that just entered the store. We were there to find two pageant dress.

The ONLY place to go for formal wear. Excellent customer service and selection. Gorgeous new store makes an already wonderful experience perfect.

D&K has some of the most beautiful dresses! Every time I come in I’m in awe of the vibrant colors! I came in yesterday looking for prom dresses with my best friend. We were greeted by a blodnde lady that helped us around and answered any questions we had. Once we found some dresses they took them back to the fitting room. I grabbed a handful of sizes because I had no idea what size would be right for me. As I put the 1st dress on I needed some help because I didn’t want to damage the dress. I opened the door and 2 sales associates came to help me. The older one took over and said “a 8? yea no this isn’t gonna fit.” And then proceeded into my fitting room taking all my dresses and then shut the door. To be honest I was fairly embarrassed that she was so loud.. it really bothed me she took the other dresses that I spent 30 minutes looking around for.. there was no questioning if I had tried them or liked them. It was really bazaar. I then continued to zip the dress I had on with no resistance. I showed my friend and we were both really confused what the issue was. I do understand I’m a 17 year old girl without a parent present with me and with a friend. that tends to give off a vibe that I’m not here to spend money and I understand that, But I really was looking respectfully because I know that these dresses are high quality and aren’t toys. I just thought it was unprofessional and rude and I felt like I didn’t belong. I ended up leaving after because I felt uncomfortable. I’ve been in other times and have never had a issue but I feel like treatment like this shouldn’t be tolerated. Great dresses but some questionable customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service was terrible and it took forever for us to be taken care of. The employees were rude and condescending and I would never go back even if you paid me.

If you go to this place you better be a size 0 to size 3 because they do not carry for normal realistic size people that wear size 5 through 10 so yes if youre anorexic thin person size 0 2 3 youre more than welcome there but if youre bigger than that they are a disgrace and discriminate you for not having your size
