Such a neat and trendy store but don’t ever receive help when I’m there and most of the employees are rude.

Horrible store/company. Been having their credit card for almost 4 years now just realize theyre criminal. Didnt receive a package but they refused to sent my orders Im not going to pay for something I didnt receive. Im also returning their credit cards and if they try to mess with my credit score Im going to take them to court because I have a camera the show no delivery was made

Hey!! Y’all don’t talk bad about my girls working hard in retail! I absolutely love Forever 21 no shame about it. It is the most affordable way to try new trends you might not want to spend over 100 bucks on normally. I would be so so so sad if this forever left our mall! We need them! I’ve only had good experiences there. Returns are easy if you buy online (bring your original payment and the barcode from online) and I’ve never had an issue while asking for help if I needed it. I love having this option in Amarillo!! Please done leave us.

Awful customer service. Manager is very rude. I worked here for a week & after working they REFUSED to pay me for my hours worked. Had to contact corporate just to find out I was one of MANY who didn’t get paid. This store overall is just awful. I’ve even still come in to shop after not getting paid & they’re always very rude to me.

The workers are hit or miss but most of the time theyre nice and helpful. Prices are amazing for the quality clothing you get. Very great place for a baddie on a budget or a quick night out outfit

Nice place for womens clothes. Staff is very helpful. Some of the clothing is kinda ridiculous at times but Im always able to find something I like.

It looked like a Justice for teenagers. Justice is better kept. The clothes you can get to, are cheap and poorly made. The store was too bright, rave music blaring and looked like a Goodwill, clothes everywhere, no organization and stuff all over the floor. The shoes were cute though. Probably wont purchase there and wont go back.

I have never had to wait in a line as long as I have every time Im there. Theres something about their systems not being able to handle people signing up for a card very quickly.
