Absolutely love coming here! Store is always neat and organized and the employees are always so helpful and kind.

They have some cool shirts. The staff was nice. It was ok... Not really my tow of store, but not bad.

Ill never order or preorder any funko pop from hot topic I have had not but issue after issue canceling my pre order the was in stock to shipping my preorder and the same day delay it for a month most horrible experience I have ever had online and in stores

Considering how much we spend with Hot Topic this was a complete insult of a visit. Employees monitor how many people are in the store...thats good. Minimizing the amount in the store is fine. I was allowed to enter without a mask. I was in the store for almost 20 minutes and passed the manager multiple times. As I was actually ready to leave he lets me know that I had to leave because I cant wear a mask, but nothing was said when I entered or when he passed me. As he walks me to the door, he unlocks it. The door is locked during operationing hours which may go against fire safety code. Guess we will shop elsewhere.

My girlfriend forced me to go here and the person at the register growled at me.

Great place! Typically well maintained with friendly staff. My favorite clothing store in the mall! Love their jewelry as well as their band shirts. They have great makeup too! One of the only places I can get Japanese candy and anime/Disney merch. Great place, would recommend if you have a teenage kid!

Hot Topic is great, if you are a little girl. Their merchandise really hits home for pop culture lovers, but they seem to be adamantly opposed to anyone bigger than a 10 year old girl with anorexia. I suppose their target consumer is teenagers, however pop culture is no longer contained in that demographic. Hot Topic is really missing out on a slew of sales in larger sizes.

One of my favorite edgy stores. Typically well maintained. I wish all their stores were bigger. As one of the last stores catering to pop culture I hope they are around forever.

My husband has a medical card showing he doesnt have to wear a mask from the va. She informed me that she didnt care and he had to get out. We will not return.

The clerks are really care less about what going on. Have to chase on down to help me at register... But they are very friendly. When they finally acknowledge you.

They have nice stuff, but its kinda going down hill since now they are just trying to keep being trendy.

I love this place. Ive always have had great service. They have always exchanged my items if there was a problem and that I saw after leaving and buying it. They are a litte expensive but what stores arent nowadays.

I bought so many great Christmas gifts here...my sisters love this place and I liked it to they have a variety of things to choose from for your Disney or anime needs

Its great! You can find all your favorite bands, fandoms and stuff like that as merch. They have good deals and the employees are usually very funny, and happy to be there.

You need literally nothing at this store but its good for emo, punk, goth, band, and fandom wants. Anime section at this store is lacking compared to others but still adequate. Prices are high, but they tend to have some sort of deal going on to attempt to compensate. Do not come in unless you have money to blow, i almost always leave with something and its hard to spend less than $25, but they sell merchandise other places dont. One of my favorite stores over all, staff is friendly to top it off, dont be intimidated by how they look!
