Great cookies.

Just wanted to say they helped restore my faith in humanity on Christmas Eve. We had completely forgotten to pick up our Birthday Cake for Jesus (yes we’re weird white people that do that), and we called and as they were getting ready to close everything up, Andrea, answered the phone and was so kind, and even delivered our cake to us. Definitely a gesture I will never forget. Thank you!

Ordered a cookie 3 days in advance and was supposed to be ready at 12pm. Had to wait 30 minutes as it was not even done and employee stated she didnt even know it was that kind of cookie or that difficult to make. Shouldnt have on website if they cant make it. That employee wasnt very friendly as well. Questionable on returning after ordering 2 in last month.

Horrible place. The employees are extremely rude. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on if I feel like having a cookie.

I love that they ask you to show your id, now a days you cant be too careful. The service is always great as well as the cookies! I didnt want to provide my number and they were fine with that!

We love ordering cookie cakes from here. Theyre always delicious and made fresh on time! Perfect for a party with minimal utensils and plates. Can literally use napkins to serve this and no need for forks. Yum yum!

One of our family traditions is getting a giant cookie for birthdays and weve never been disappointed.

The cookies are always good. However the girl that waited on me did not listen to what I wanted and then blamed me when I told her it was wrong. She went to fix the order and got it wrong AGAIN and once AGAIN it was my fault! I will take my money to a bakery where they know how to treat customers!

It is wired about having to show your ID for such a small purchase. The cookies are consistanly good. I dont like giving my phone number verbally in front of other customers. I feel like no one needs my phone number. They say it so they can send you texted coupons but I have yet to get a coupon.

I used cash for two cookies and then my mom went to go get two sugar cookies for $3.40 and she was using her debit card and they asked for a ID for no reason... They are rude... We will not be going to this cookie shop anymore

Who makes you show your ID to use a debit card to buy cookies!? Very inconvenient and unnecessary. Whatever the reason, upgrade your system or change your policy.
